601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SLeepless nights doing bounty campaign is it worth it? on: June 21, 2018, 04:07:26 PM
I know that there are other members here working day and night doing bounty campaigns. But i think that doing bounty campaigns is not worth it especially if you had a lot of work during the day. Some are just boasting on their bounty campaign earning wherein fact maybe because they are lucky to receive those awards but somehow do not wish that you could be like them because some of the ICO project that you will going to work will not give bounty rewards and some of it will fail, or just pause. So no reason for sleeping late at night.
Im sure there are really people who do have sleepless nights but majority of them are those who work on translations or moderation but talking with signature and repost/retweets then its not actually a valid reason since those things doesnt consume too much time.
Doing bounty is depending into your preference if you do seek up for potential additional profits then it is worthy  to try but you should be ready on the risk behind it.You might really end up on not getting paid and waste all of your efforts been done.

It's really hard for me to catch up my life.
I work a day job with an overtime. 8 in the morning to 6 in the evening. And I live alone and need to do the chores myself.
With bounties and world cup going at a time, I can hardly watch any matches properly.
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How much is everyone earning from bounties per month? on: June 21, 2018, 03:57:29 PM
With a lot of bounty scams and unpaid bounties. My one year average is just $25 though something than nothing but 75% of my time in last 6 months have gone promoting for scam bounties or the bounties that didn't reached the soft cap.
603  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which do you prefer ? Kucoin or Binance ? on: June 19, 2018, 12:44:54 PM
Why people compare binance with Kucoin? There are many other great exchanges to talk about.
Binance is still holding up it's position but is constantly getting challenged by new comers.
While Kucoin is losing its ground.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO BENCH IS ASKING PAYMENT FOR "EXPERT" STATUS! on: June 19, 2018, 12:29:46 PM
They are not satisfied by the money they get to sponsor the ICOs and write a positive review of them, now they also want users to pay to get their correct opinion. No thanks, I'll make opinion of my own.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop good for Project, Airdrop Participant or Both? on: June 19, 2018, 12:27:22 PM
It's good for both. A cheap promotion for the project and free coins for the participants.
Though most of the time the price of airdrop token don't even cover the transaction fees.
But for some good project, it reaches over $100.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to Google to have their own coin ? on: June 18, 2018, 04:02:50 AM
According to new news around, Buterin claimed he was offereda job at google. I'm a close follower of him and his words are not as surfacial like other twitter celebrities.
This makes sense as a google spokesperson had claimed in the past

Quote
Google is exploring potential applications for distributed ledger technology, but that it was too early to speculate about possible use cases.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitcoinTalk starts an ICO to improve the Forum Look & Feel on: June 18, 2018, 03:53:53 AM
Bitcointalk already have one of the best look and feel.
It's quick and simple. There were works in the new forum software but it never got any interest or progess seems to be halted for now.
If bitcointalk needed funds, they can easily achieve it my increasing the number and size of ads on the forum. But that is not the intention of this community.
608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How centralized is EOS? on: June 17, 2018, 11:50:37 AM
21 block producers were selected from the voting of said millions.
But gods knows how many people voted for it. And again now its just 21 block producer.
Handful of people controlling the 10billion $ coin.
These people are entities can totally be influenced or controlled by a single entity or their local governments.
That would certainly compromise our expectations.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which currency is better to invest now? on: June 17, 2018, 11:38:02 AM
In the new era of cryptocurrency energy hungry coin like Litecoin has no place.
Bitcoin is just here due to it's legacy. Now the coins not being able to shift itself from traditional mining to validate transaction would die off as people move into cheaper and quicker currencies. Litecoin neither has a team nor a community like bitcoin.
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Fifa world cup will show any impact over BTC? on: June 16, 2018, 03:08:14 PM
World Cup is a huge spending time. People would redeem their bitcoin to cash to travel and celebrate and party.
With the increase in competence of crypto only online sportsbooks to that of traditional, we can expect less people changing their crypto to gamble.
That would make things a bit ease as the crypto is just transferred not sold or bought.
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to buy Wave Tokens? on: June 15, 2018, 06:38:28 AM
Binance is the largest exchange by volume, lowest fees, best uptime, easy GUI, high security and best of all you don't need to provide your personal information for trading and withdrawing below 2BTC a day.
Waves is listed and traded in Binance, you can buy it by depositing BTC, ETH or any coin the exchange supports.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Your Money Safer In Crypto than at the Bank? on: June 14, 2018, 01:50:28 AM
I'd say bank.
Crypto has became more like an investment and speculation platform.
Bank has no problem of huge price fluctuation, they have no problems for hacks (if hacked, it's the bank that bears the loss) and there would be no problem for your if your money came from legit source.
While crypto investment are more like securities/stocks, you bear the profit and loss of the company. You can be rich as well go bankrupt.
613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is EOS ran by cowboys? on: June 13, 2018, 02:04:31 AM
This is a plain FUD.
Yes, EOS is a controlled and has less decentralized nodes but that doesn't mean it is a scam.
We've seen relatively more centric, the ones whose total supply is sold in an ICO become a success.
It's better to wait and watch where it would takes us to.
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple to compete ETH and EOS with Codius on: June 13, 2018, 02:00:52 AM
This would being tougher competition on already crowded smart contract and dapps platform.
Though a good news for the technology, it would jeopardize the investment in different coins.
Ripple is a powerful company and anything they bring will have relatively larger attention than others.
615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 51% attack on Zencash and Bitcoin Gold, punishing the resistance? on: June 11, 2018, 01:44:56 AM
So, are we supposing Bitmain has full control over every hardware it sells?  I don't think that would be the case.
Another more probable case can be bitcoin pools unite to do it without the consent of the miners. The large Chinese pools combined do make 51%.
But again why would they kill their golden hen?

617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS : it's a go, Mainnet is here on: June 09, 2018, 03:26:31 AM
Though there is a hike in price for EOS, I still can't verify for any legit source about the mainnet launch.
It's really good for every EOS holders and the sharp increase in price signifies how eager the people are and the launch too closes the door for some conspiracies.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still use MEW? on: June 08, 2018, 01:47:48 AM
MEW is one of the easiest and if you know how to use it, one of the most secure wallet I've ever used. There are no alternative to MEW in the web.
I use MEW and Metamask as my primary wallet for holding and trading tokens. But my Ether holding remains in a hardware wallet.
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Binance Trading Platform establishes a bank account in Malta. on: June 07, 2018, 11:58:57 AM
Malta is a tax heaven of a sort and cryptocurrency exchanges moving to such places would make the industry independent and free from regulation and influence. It will add one more layer of security in the traditional flow of cash along these countries making it cheaper to clean the black money.
620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Monero a Good Investment? on: June 05, 2018, 02:17:32 AM
As of now monero seem to be stable coin than a good profit opportunity. If you want a secure growth, it's for you but if you want to venture for exponential growth, newer coins are what you need.
