602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / New Bitcoin Foundation Director Bruce Fenton Pledges Fiscal Reform on: April 14, 2015, 04:42:42 AM
Veteran bitcoin activist Bruce Fenton has been named the Bitcoin Foundation's newest executive director.

Elected by a 5-to-1 vote, Fenton succeeds interim executive director Patrick Murck and outgoing executive director Jon Matonis, the latter of whom resigned on 30th October amid financial turmoil and ahead of staff cuts at the industry’s top trade organization.

In interview, Fenton stressed that his greatest asset to the Bitcoin Foundation would be his ability to serve as a “bridge” between the organisation’s individual and corporate members. He cited his full-time position as CEO of Atlantic Financial and involvement in bitcoin as a technology enthusiast as factors.

Hi
I want to exchange some bitcoins to paypal money.
Please PM me
Make sure you are careful - Bitcoin transactions are final and irreversible.
But PayPal isn't.

Yes, and there many scammers trade btc&fiat in paypal, be cautious, OP.

Actually I recommend you use btc-e.com, because you can sell btc to fiat there and you can withdraw money to your paypal. Safer than here.

but they need verifications

I abandoned these ideas because they are illegal
Care to tell us why they are illegal? As you don't say anything about it being illegal in your topics and there are a shitload of bomberman games available online.

HaHa!
They are illegal in my country.
Now i am working on something big Cheesy
611  Economy / Gambling / Re: [ANN] Multiplayer bomberman clone on: April 12, 2015, 01:57:16 PM
Hey people, I've been working on a multiplayer game platform for a while, made my own web engine, graphics engine and a game engine.
(the idea is to make not gambling games but skill based games, (optionally winner takes bitcoin from other players))

first game implemented is bomberman.

this is a super alpha, can't play for btc yet, I'd like to see if people are interested, get some bug reports and play against someone Cheesy

http://lobby.bitcoinlab.org

new games will be built on top of this, bomberman is just a test.
and it supports multiple web servers (regions) so that everyone can have a low ping.

thanks!

PS

there is a small bug with character movement that doesn't influence gameplay, annoying to fix, will fix it

why you don't have good domain?

I am willing to buy this and pay more if you can create a game in it, rather than just enter and click captcha, can you do that?

I am not a programmer.Just do simple UI frontend

I think he means these game captchas that are made by 'Are You a Human' (http://www.areyouahuman.com) - instead of reCaptcha. I've seen many faucets using them. I've never used them myself but I suppose it's just a copy paste of code. Anyway, the site is awesome.

I can't add

It says
Please provide an eight character alphanumeric password.
But i can set password as "abcdefig"

Another thing
I just need to put captcha when submitting a ticket. It does not say that you must write subject and description. So people can spam the system by using a bot!

I think you missed this
619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Payments VP: One Thing Stands Between Bitcoin and Mass Adoption on: April 10, 2015, 04:56:59 AM
“Everyone thinks bitcoin is the currency of criminals.”

According to Alasdair Rambaud, senior vice president for payment solutions provider CardinalCommerce and a self-proclaimed bitcoin user, this is the only factor prohibiting bitcoin from mass adoption.

Rambaud believes that “most large merchants” in the US are currently looking into accepting bitcoin as payment, and that the reasons go far deeper than the publicity that can be gained.

620  Economy / Services / Re: Rent a avatar : Just 0.02 BTC a week on: April 10, 2015, 03:00:39 AM
The most important is quality of the posts. Their number is not so important

I think the same, maybe in the next few months will start some signature campaigns will pay for your posts quality instead of your "number of posts". What do you think? Will it be possible or not (I know it is a lot of work, but maybe ...)?

I have seen some new campaign where minimum of signs in post is 75. This is first step to check quality of posts. But i see that some other campaigns owners even prefer when is more posts and it looks like they don't care about quality.. so probably it depends from target of company..
how can you check the signs of a post?

About avatars rental, theymos was asked if it was permitted, and he said that it was permitted

signs = symbols Wink sorry. ("- We don't pay for posts less than 75 symbols length." - Coinomat.com campaign) I think they will count them Wink or they have some script..
I don't think Coinomat count the letters in posts. They just copied that requirement from BITMIXER campaign (bitmixer has bot which counts this, alright). And of top of that I think that 75 letter is not exactly the ideal post 'quality' determinant.

OK i will post 20 posts in week
