The first revenue share payments have now been paid. They were a day late due to scripting issues with this month being the first time revenue share payments have been made. Until the matrix stage there is a set amount being shared in each pool.

As the title says why bitcoin price is not rebounding ? It is not bouncing back to its original value. It still didn't reached the min 450$. I think now price will be steady at 380$.
Any reason why its not getting his real value after crashing?
1115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / COLORED COINS NOW TRADEABLE ON MASTERXCHANGE on: October 14, 2014, 10:31:01 AM

COLORED COINS NOW TRADEABLE ON MASTERXCHANGE

In a move that is sure to bring more attention to the umbrella of colored coins projects currently in development on top of the Bitcoin protocol, issuers of colored coins can now list their assets on MasterXchange.

This online exchange was started as a hub for trading bitcoins and mastercoins, and it has more recently branched out into offering many other types of tradeable assets on the platform. Various tokens issued on top of Counterparty and Mastercoin have been traded on MasterXchange in the past, but this is the first time that assets issued in the open assets protocol will be listed on the exchange. In fact, this is the first exchange of any list so-called “colored coins” that are issued via the open assets protocol

1116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Newsweek could get sued for its dubious Bitcoin scoop | VOX Report on: October 14, 2014, 10:23:31 AM
Back in March, Newsweek published what would have been one of the year's biggest technology scoops. An article by Leah McGrath Goodman claimed to have unmasked Satoshi Nakamoto, the reclusive — and likely pseudonymous — genius who invented Bitcoin. Goodman pointed to an elderly Japanese-American engineer named Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto who was living in Southern California.

Dorian vehemently denied any connection to Bitcoin, and Goodman's story — based overwhelmingly on circumstantial evidence, quickly crumbled. Yet Newsweek refused to admit that the story, which appeared on the cover of its first print edition under new ownership — was wrong.

The Bitcoin community saw the Newsweek article — which revealed intimate details of his personal life and quoted family members making unflattering comments about him — as a serious invasion of an elderly man's privacy. They quickly raised more than $20,000 to help him cover personal expenses. And now, Dorian's law firm has has created a website to raise more funds to file a lawsuit against Newsweek.

"A lawsuit against Newsweek will be very expensive," the website, created by the law firm of Kirschner and Associates, says. "Dorian does not have the resources to pay the costs of such a suit, let alone attorneys' fees. Monies raised by the Fund will be used to further Dorian's legal claims against Newsweek; anything remaining will be given directly to Dorian for his expenses."

Why would the Bitcoin community donate to support Dorian's lawsuit? Many in the Bitcoin community see the Newsweek's story as a symptom of the mainstream media's clumsy treatment of Bitcoin more generally. Bitcoin is a complex, technical subject; it has been widely misunderstood and even mocked by mainstream journalists.

Some Bitcoin fans see Goodman's bumbling investigation — she cites Dorian's skill machining parts for model trains as evidence that he had the engineering prowess to create Bitcoin, for examples — as a particularly egregious case of Bitcoin-related journalistic malpractice. They may be willing to contribute in order to hold the magazine accountable in court.

hi!
i am looking to make a bitcoin related website to earn some bitcoins.I really don't want to make dice or exchange.I have considered a bitcoin bomberman game, but i am not totally sure that will he get the attentions of users? will people play it? also its not handy.
do you know anything better than that? as i said i am not really interested in making dice or exchange. Please tell me something different that will gain maximum bitcoin users.

You might want to try some of your ideas in a small scale to see if there is interest in it if you're concerned about user adoption. You can roam the boards here looking for other people that are looking for help too.

One thing that seems to be missing is finding trusted resources for development in the Bitcoin community. Matching people with skills, ideas, and funders in a single place. This board is an okay platform towards that but not well suited for that. As an example, I need a trusted web developer who is also familiar Bitcoin. The board here offers some anonymity which is key to some Bitcoin discussions, but the last thing I want to do is hire a dev who has been involved in a scam. I've seen some people post here looking for help with website graphics, blockchain help, web dev, etc. I could use a kickstarter type site that is merged with something like fiverr and LinkedIn.

well know i have maked decision to go for bomberman game
what do you think about it?
Users play with some btc, they have to find three hidden btc in the blocks in 1min time. Each game three btc will be hidden randomly by Random seed.If users successfully found these three btc they will get double of their btc
