Villarreal team performance was not good, Villarreal team lost by a wide margin while fighting against Real Madrid. Most of the time in this match Real Madrid was in control, I can say from the equation that 60% of the ball was in favor of Real Madrid and the remaining 40% of the ball was in favor of Villarreal team. AC Milan had a flashy and strong win. They get these kinds of victories from time to time. Milan started the match quickly. Tijjani Reijnders scored Milan's first goal in the third minute. Reijnders draws attention with his play in the central midfield this season.
They dominated the match and they were the better side so the deserved the win. It could have been more flasy if Pulisic’s fine curler attempt was to have scored but he was unlucky and hit the crossbar. They missed couple of chances to increase the lead but it was a brilliant performance from them. 18-year-old young defender Simic came on as a substitute in his first match and scored his first goal. It was a great match defensively by Manchester United, The red devils didn't give away many big chances. They had some opportunities to counter-attack in the second half. Manchester United seem to be more careful when playing a bigger club that’s why they didn’t give away much chances and that way they always seem to play better but they still need to work on their attacking and finishing and also they should keep a consistent performance when they are faced with smaller opponents. In my opinion I think Liverpool should have performed better so they can maintain the top spot and probably lead till the end of the first round. Mark my words.

So City gave up on two points, nice.  Now Arsenal have to beat Brighton and United do something good for the first time and play better against Liverpool. There's an open path for Gunners, I don't really care about Aston Villa. They won't be here forever anyway. The only threat is Liverpool for now after City self-destructed. Everyone was surprised, i couldn’t watch the match so i followed up online and after City was two goals up i just concluded the match was over and City had won but I guess I forgot this is the premier league, the league full of dramas and surprises. Afraid of what exactly? A goal they luckily scored at 88 minutes, it was a home game for them, I expected them to even have more than that goal and expected Marseille to go hard on them to equalized or had a goal initially but I was disappointed and there incompetent cost me $420 from my bets. Group F has been very exciting so far. We are in the final minutes of both matches. Milan have just got ahead against Newcastle by making a huge comeback. But still PSG can finish the group in 2nd place despite having the same points with Milan in the live standings. PSG must be really grateful for that equalizer now. If Dortmund win the match PSG are just over.
Newcastle gave it their best but i guess it was not enough to be able to progress to the next round and it proves that they inexperienced in the league. They did their best and it will be difficult to notice they are first timers. I was more surprised to see them perform in the hottest group in the competition and until the final minutes it was difficult to predict the team that will progress to the next round along side Borrussia Dortmund. I thought at first that PSG was going to top the group but they failed to perform to expectation, they were even lucky to have qualified to the knockout stage and the equalizer just saved the day for them. That’s probably because you gambled more money than you can afford to lose or maybe you are gambling for money and not for fun. When you gamble for fun i believe you will not feel stressed when losing a bet even if you are watching the game as it goes on. What a day for them and the fans, After winning against Chelsea just a few days back to losing back to back matches to Bournemouth and Bayern Munich (if they lose today) Harry Maguire who has been impressive lately has sustained an injury which is going to be a huge blow for them as there is no available substitute to replace him. I never expected Maguire to be an important player after being treated badly as an out cast. I say this with so much joy as another lose awaits United, without Maguire and Luke Shaw there will be a huge void to be filled and I doubt if the coach can utilize other players in such a that there would be no problem. Liverpool are top of the league and have been having an impressive run of form so i guess they have another free point coming their way.
