You'd be lucky to find any 'legitimate' sellers.
Most of the accounts have had their passwords changed and others will be able to retrieve their accounts through the use of signed messages from an address or PGP key.

I'm almost certain he's looking to buy hackforums.net forum accounts, not hacked bitcointalk accounts as that would be silly.

It seems to have improved over the last 5-10 minutes. Page loads are almost instant and not getting many 502 errors anymore.

Did he give you some insight on how he obtains so many steam wallet cards and is able to sell them for such a big discount? I personally would be worried about the accounts I redeemed the codes on in case they were obtained fraudulently, which Steam would end up taking action towards later on.

It is still risky for the steam account and battle.net account. It is possible for the owner to retrieve the account through customer support if they claim and provide "proof" that the account was hacked or stolen in some way.

I am not sure about the runescape account though, never played.
