I see 30 players in the "cash game players only freeroll"

I see 0 players playing cash games...

Also, I don't see any rules about players having multiple accounts.
I do see affiliates baiting players into making multiple accounts.  This should not be allowed for many reasons.

Are players allowed to multi-account? Are you aggressively taking action to prevent players from multi-accounting and punishing those who do?

If you're not, I suggest you mention somewhere that multi-accounting is permitted.
Simply doing nothing is just going to hurt the honest players and benefit the cheaters.

Is it true that you allow small cashouts to be processed by new accounts without any sort of manual review?  For the sake of game integrity, I hope not.

You should consider players cheating other players just as seriously as you take players cheating you.

PS - I'll keep asking you these questions until you answer.

If it's just a password, there will be many players entered who haven't qualified.

Not sure if that's the case or not, but if it is:

You should make a rule that disqualifies (and somehow punishes) anyone who registers without qualifying.
6145  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag: Who needs ethics when you have shills? (2/27- OP More Organized) on: March 08, 2016, 08:18:01 PM
Updated OP with recent news involving overcharged rake last year:

  • Taking Too Much Rake
From 11/14 or earlier10/31 to 12/14 they raked cash games up to six times more than advertised.  They made a WEIRD STATEMENT after over a month, and have since ignored the issue and deletedANY QUESTIONS LIKE THIS (by dooglus)

Update:  Betcoin addressed this situation on 3/3/16 [LINK] They admitted the rake cap was increased due to a technical issue and are now offering players the choice to have their account be reviewed to determine if/how much they were over charged  from 10/30/15-12/9/15 OR waive the review process and receive a Tournament entry worth 0.05 BTC

"If a player played at Betcoin Poker using the 100% rakeback promo, the player will technically owe funds to Betcoin.... If the player owes Betcoin funds, the player's account will be deducted those funds, however if the player chooses to accept a ticket in lieu of a review, the player will be awarded the ticket."

This is a step in the right direction for sure, but it's disappointing that they seem only moderately apologetic for the actual glitch causing the rake increase, and no mention of why they allowed this to drag on for four months or any pledge to handle situations like this differently in the future

I don't think their claim that players may "technically owe them" is valid considering the they failed to address the situation for over 4 months as well as the fact that they were aware of the issue on November 10th, and allowed it to continue for a month longer.

Greg has been a member for 2 weeks now, but the rest of this seems reasonably on point. I'm not ready for anyone to pull out pitchforks, this could be anything so let's see if we can work it out.

Yeah i talked to a live agent, and you already checked our chat. i sent him all the proofs when i made that deposit, and he said they are working on it, and i went somewhere after 3 days i came back and checked my account i still didnt get that .4 btc and nor i have these ,4 btc in my blockchain account and than i tried to follow that tx and it says there is nothing in that tc id. now i have nothing as a proof. how can i contact to the block or to betcoin to get paid these .4

@ Gianluca95 are u the owner, do you know anything to do with betcoin? do you know how much i already wagered there? lol dont post your shit here than.

Post your deposit address/tx id.  Blockchain doesn't lie.  The .4 is either still in your wallet or you have proof of where it was sent.

Never got the free ticket promised..Betcoin is still the same. Bullshit all around. I sent the ticket 2 days ago, never answered, never got the ticket. Live support is not live. The hell with them. Keep the freaking bonus ticket. I guess you have to kiss ass to get the ticket for the stolen rake..

Says you Gatta wait up to 10days for a review of your account history.

At least Crazywack staying consistent ...

tldr;

Twitchyseal was right, instead of apologizing betcoin is giving everyone daily coin ticket instead.

Did you read the post above lol?

They AGAIN apologized and are offering a review of your account to see if they owe you. If you actualy owe them since the 100% rakeback promo was taking place then, they will give you a poker ticket...

im more excited to not have to see all the trolling then finding a few penny's.

Hey CrazyWack, are you missing my responses?

Have you trued looking at the situation objectively? If so, why would you think we are talking about pennies?

I don't mind at all if you disagree with me as long as you have a point which is somewhat logical.

It's a bit frustrating how you keep making these statements that you can't back up with any type of logic.  Several times I've taken the time to explain it to you, and it's as if you aren't interested in reality the way you ignore my response completely and eventually return with another ridiculous comment.

Here's just one example of several:

I've always bargained for the highest percentages for my players.  I think my players from both the online community and IRL are more than satisfied with the services I provide.  If you want I can ask them to let you know what I've done for them in the past, and it's not just paying out RB.  I keep constant communication with a lot of my players via other mediums such as email or messenger.

6151  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 3 BTC BONUS on: March 05, 2016, 05:28:37 PM
Tried this site out for the first time..didnt even realize this was a self moderated thread or else I wouldn't have deposited a satoshi here. I dont know what they set their house edge at on blackjack but winning 15 out of 92 hands is outrageously unrealistic. They can claim provably fair all they want but its all BS at the end of the day. Plus their deposit bonus is a sham because it only includes their ultra-rigged games, not the super rigged ones, unfortunately. Never will be playing here again. I advise coinroyale or hell throw it in the garbage. Self moderated thread...what a bunch of shitholes

This thread being self moderated has nothing to do with the fairness of this site. Fortunejack never censor a legit question, they will only censor troll postand Im sure your post is nothing like that. Also regarding your BJ losses, it is normal and everything can happen in gamble however with provably fair you can always check if it is fair so instead of posting nonsense please provide proof that they are rigging it

BlackJack is not provably fair, it doesn't work for me.  Try to verify a bet to see if it works for you.
6152  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetCoin.TM Bitcoin Casino | Poker | Slots | Sports | Live Dealers | And More! on: March 05, 2016, 03:59:36 PM
Do not lie, all my bets were placed on valid lines (perhaps dropping odds/ sharp lines), so there was no reason to investigate my bets.

Maybe this was part of reason:
Banning from an anonymous site?  Are you kidding me?    I have 4 connections  to the internet (isps) .  (but you can try to ban my country, if you have ip address logs , proxy?  Wink )

I suggest Betcoin bans this user to insure they remain a loyal customer.
6153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: March 05, 2016, 02:11:36 PM
That can not happen. Gambling is made just for fun and for luck. But a normal person lose more money than you win money.
It is all wasted and it is just for fun and that is why it is so bad. But I hope more people will realize that gambling is very bad to do.

Fun is not bad.  It is good.
6154  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetcoinPoker.com Betcoin.ag-Big Tourneys-BONUS-Freerolls, Ring Games, Real Poker on: March 05, 2016, 01:10:07 PM
We have apologized for this before and want to apologize again.
If you're apologizing for the bug, I don't think you really get it.

The real issue is the way you handled the situation from November 10th, when it was brought to your attention, till yesterday, almost 4 months later.

To whoever is in charge over at Betcoin, when you realize that you're taking money from your players that doesn't belong to you, you shouldn't be able to sleep until it's fixed.  You found out about this issue on November 10th, and did nothing till December 10th - that's 100x worse than the issue itself.  Why should anyone trust you?  You should be humbled by this experience, but your post seems as if you are trying to make yourself out as the hero.

When you finally realized something had to be done, this is how you began your statement:
The rake is actually programmed correctly in the system with the proper cap

Weeks later you claimed:

You went on to ignore your players for months, rewarding those who didn't complain and censored, ignored and punished those who did.  You should apologize for that.

After an extensive review, a few of our players were able to pinpoint the the rake overcharges from 10/30/15-12/9/15 and is providing refunds to players or a Daily Coin Ticket based on the following criteria.
Is this what you meant to say?  Do you really think you'll convince anyone (besides CrazyWack) that you did research and review so extensive it took 4 months?(!)

If a player played at Betcoin Poker using the 100% rakeback promo, the player will technically owe funds to Betcoin.
Is this a joke?  We get the point, you over paid players.  Had the situation been handled appropriately on November 10th, you may have an argument since it was an honest mistake.  As of November 12th, you were intentionally over-paying players, big difference.

It's very nice of you to basically give away so many daily coin tickets, I hope you didn't only do it to muffle the voices of those who are actually owed.

It's also sad that they won't process refunds automatically as there are a ton of people who won't see the announcement and will thus not know they need to do something to get the money that was stolen from them returned.

For people who played cash games, don't be a sucker!  You have several months to submit a claim.  If you played cash games at all and didn't use the TSR, you are 100% due money.  Get it.

Honestly, I doubt they have bothered figuring out how to analyze hand histories yet.  I suspect anyone that submits will receive an offer they pull out of the air.  I could be wrong though, I hope I am.

If there's anyone that is either on the fence or definitely submitting, I'd be willing to analyze your data independently to figure out if it's worth it and then to compare my results with their offer.  Would need all the hand histories and you TSRB data.  Skype is twitchyseal (never do business with me over skype without confirming its really some other way)

They unbanned me yesterday by the way.

Hey CrazyWack, when was the FIRST time they apologized?  wtf are they even apologizing for now?

Also why do you keep making these false statements lined with insults and never thank me for taking the time to explain to you how things work? How about a  "oops, my bad" every now and then, huh?
6155  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 3 BTC BONUS on: March 03, 2016, 03:18:30 PM
Yes it's indeed a strange payout structure: if showed in percentage it is

1° - 43%
2° - 23%
3° - 13%
4° - 12%
5° - 9%

whilst I would consider a typical payout somehting like this (assuming 5 position paid as it appears in lobby):

1° - 45%
2° - 25%
3° - 15%
4° - 9%
5° - 6%

This kind of payout is winner-oriented and could be varied if they would like to split more amongst the non-winners

The payout structure is actually fine and good enough. It may seems like a weird number however the first structure as used by Fortunejack will give more to players assuming that if you are not finished as the second or the first rank. This payout structure was actually based on number of players imo incase if you forgotten

To be more clear what I find strange is the too little difference between 3rd and 4th position and not the lower/higher reward to the first two positions.

About the bolded part: maybe it's my poor english but I couldn't get what you mean with it. Anyway that payout structure was referred to those 41 entrants  registered at the moment the screenshot was taken. I know that the more entrants the more place paid (generally according to a payout structure but couldn't find it on FJ).

Agree.

They should really just copy pokerstars or full tilt for all tournament structures.  These sites have been around for 15 years and the info is available, just use it.

I participated in the VIP freeroll after getting a heart in the valentine giveaway, I won a share of the lottery as a whole! But a little surprised the share was just 33 mBTC, how many exactly won "since the total amount should have been 2 BTC for 1 number picked".

Hi twitchyseal,

Your account has been credited with 500 mBTC, feel free to play with your prize in VegasCasino!

Open challenge, should anyone who supports Betcoin want to make some easy money.

(...)
I promise to leave this thread forever if you or Betcoin are able to have a rational discussion about the evidence I have presented.
(...)

I'm sorry but rational discussion is impossible as your evidences are irrational. My opinion is known - Betcoin.ag is the best, reliable and professional Bitcoin Casino. Also I remind that this forum section is not truly mentioned for posts like yours.

Thank you.

Good luck,
best regards.
You haven't even tried to dispute a single fact.

Simply claiming "your evidences are irrational" doesn't explain a thing to anyone.  Don't explain yourself for me, do it for betcoin and the members of this campaign.  Tell them which parts of my discussion you think are irrational.

How about we get a neutral third party to make consider both sides and share their thoughts?

I'm confident every member of the first default trust level would not support you or your (lack of)argument, should they take the time to inform themselves.

Why dont we make it a little interesting?  I'll bet 1 bitcoin against you or anyone that a neutral third party would agree that betcoins actions are EXTREMELY unethical.  If you're willing, we can set aside 5% of the bet to pay whoever ends up deciding.  Any first level default trust members, Ill send to escrow immediately.

Here's the list.  Dooglus is the only member I've ever had any type of relationship with.  The rest would consider me a complete stranger.
