Slažem se. Volimo ovaj naš hrvatski forum ali činjenica je da nas je ovdje aktivnih taman toliko koliko ima i glasova u anketi. Tu i tamo se pojavi neki novi korisnik ali rijetko koji ostane i postane aktivan kao mi "ovisnici"  Mislim da nikoga neće biti briga što 20-tak ljudi iz tamo neke egzotične zemlje traži moderatora. Baš to. Moderator bi nam dobro došao ali smo puno premali i totalno nevažni u globalnoj slici foruma. Tako da mislim da je moderator čista utopija u ovom trenutku. S druge strane naš dio foruma je stvarno dosta "čist" i svi spam postovi/teme koji zalutaju nestaju vrlo brzo nakon prijave. Mislim da je Theymos jednom rekao da je njemu signal da neka sekcija treba moderatora kada se napuni backlog prijavljenih postova a postoći moderatori to ne mogu rješiti. Po tome smo imali puno bolje šanse za dobiti moderatora prošli put kada smo tražili nego sada. Slažem se s tobom. Povrh toga, ne postoji ni veliki interes zajednice za vlastitim moderatorom, sudeći po anketi, pa je bolje ovo ostaviti za neka druga, ''bolja'' vremena. |

Imam jedno pitanje... Jeste li razmišljali o uvođenju neke vrste kripto ulagačkog fonda? Nešto poput investicijskih fondova koje banke imaju, ali za kripto valute. Kad bi omogućili da "mali" ljudi za uloge ispod 5.000 kn kupuju udjele u takvom fondu, vjerujem da bi vam se povećala i baza klijenata.
Jesmo, razmišljali smo još pred godinu dana i dugo smo vagali kako sve posložiti. Naravno da postoje ideje koje su i puno veće od toga te svakako planiramo nešto veće pokrenuti no pitanje je u kojem vremenskom periodu ćemo to moći i napraviti. HNB gleda na kriptovalute kao nešto visoko rizično te zapravo čisto sumnjam da bi nas odobrili, u Hrvatskoj je zapravo jako malo nekih rizičnijih fondova pa ljudi ne znaju u što uložiti osim u apartmane. Tu je jedino riješenje VC koji bi morao biti registriran vani ili off-shore na što naši ljudi u startu gledaju kao nešto što smrdi. Od toga smo zasad odustali, a za pravi investicijski fond u RH treba 5 milijuna kuna temeljnog kapitala. Minimalan ulog od 5000 kuna je dovoljno visok, a opet dovoljno nizak kako nebi imali klijente koji ulažu zadnju kunu koju imaju jer misle da će se obogatiti preko noći. Uporno svima ponavljamo kako treba uložiti samo ono što si možete priuštiti, pa ukoliko je to 500 kuna, uložite 500 kuna međutim mi Vam u tom slučaju ne možemo pomoći. Ne želim zvučati bezobrazno, 5000 kuna je nekekav minimum da to možete nazvati investicijom, a nama je prosjek cca 1800€ po klijentu danas i stvarno ne vidim potrebu spuštanja početnog uloga u kunama. Ako već posjedujete kriptovalute, minimalno bi bilo nekih 2-3 ethera što bi uzeli, nebitno koja je kunska protuvrijednost. Što se tiče ugovora, digitalni potpis kod nas još ne vrijedi i mi ugovore šaljemo preporučenom poštom, klijent ga fizički potpiše te ga vrati na našu adresu, ne mora dolaziti kod nas u ured. Znam da je birokracija kod nas jako teška i komplicirana, a i HNB i institucije nisu stvorile ''pozitivno'' ozračje o kriptovalutama i s te strane vas razumijem. Vjerojatno bi Vam bilo lakše pokušati u nekoj drugoj zemlji, tamo registrirati firmu a onda u Hrvatskoj poslovati kao nerezidentna firma. No, mislim da je naše crypto tržište još premalo i nerazvijeno za ovakve pothvate. |

Ukratko ću Vam objasniti kako funkcioniraju pump grupe. 1. Postoje ljudi koji su glavni, u prosjeku to je max 5-10 ljudi. Oni se dogovore koji će se coin pumpati i krene lagano akumuliranje nekoliko dana ili tjedana i oni zapravo uzmu najveći iznos. 2. Oni imaju ljude ispod sebe koji im vode pump grupe i koji će prvi saznati te proširiti vijest da će "taj dan u to i to vrijeme" objaviti coin. Oni dobiju vijest najčešće 1 dan ili nekoliko sati ranije. Tu je max 20-30 ljudi koji su "promotori" cijele priče, možda sam previše i rekao. Dok oni kupe cijena je već na x1.5-x2 te također uzmu dobar iznos. 3. E sad. Otprilike sat vremena prije poruku koji coin je u pitanju dobiju VIP članovi kojih može biti 100, a može biti 1000 i oni pokrenu momentalni rast te iste valute uz sve ove prije koji dodatno mikro-transakcijama ili botovima pumpaju cijenu. 4. O kojemu coinu se radi izlazi javno svim ovcama u grupi, a to su grupe po nekoliko desetaka tisuća ljudi koji u najgore vrijeme ulaze unutra. 5. Ovi s točke 1 prodavaju dio po dio na svakih 10% profita, a najveći dio gdje procjene da im je dosta ili si unaprijed odrede neki cilj. 6. Dok ekipa s točke 1 prodaje, ekipa s točke 4 i dalje kupuje i u jednom trenutku ekipa 1 proda apsolutno sve što su kupili. U tom trenu cijena brutalno padne i zapravo izgube svi osim njih, čak vrlo vjerojatno i njihovi promotori. Eto ukratko, manite se pump&dump grupa osim ako niste osnivač iste  Jako dobro objašnjenje, hvala ti. Ovaj sistem, kako si ga opisao, zapravo vrijedi i za sve druge slične sheme tipa HYIP, MLM itd. |

First, I agree that president Lincoln was great president. He won in the american civil war and he finished slavery. It's too early to start talking about the president Trump as great president. Nixon was perhaps the best American president in the last century. He knew how to approach China, how to to reach an agreement with them and put the first wedge in the communist bloc. President Trump should learn from his example. Lincoln caused the civil war. Also no one really wins civil wars. He never gave a fuck about slavery, he even explicitly said if he could end the war without ending slavery he would have. I have mixed feelings about Nixon, there are a lot of things about him I do not like, but at least he wasn't an ineffectual spinless turd like some of the other presidents we have had. Trump is simply dealing with the hand crafted cluster fuck created by previous administrations (on both sides of the isle) that was left for him. So far I think he is doing a good job, but more can always be done. At least he has made a notable change in trend. Well, I think it is too exaggerating to say that Lincoln caused the civil war. Conflict of advocates and opponents of slavery has already been so severe that war was inevitable. I agree that Nixon had many weak points but he also dif many great things including split in communist block. About Trump I would not speak for now, time will show. |

It looks cheap because the value is $500k but if the value is less than $50, a $5 transaction fee is too high! I am using a local wallet and yesterday the fee was 0.0006 btc that is for the low fee and the highest fee for faster transaction was 0.0017 btc not fair!
If you try other methods to send your money, like Western Union, Bank Wire, Postal order etc. you will see that they have even higher fees. So, in my opinuon even $5 is not to much and for higher amounts Bitcoin have no real competition. |

Vrlo zanimljiv prijedlog. Ako bi se ovako nešto pokrenulo kod nas, sigurno bih bio zainteresiran. Ne mogu ulagati kao ''veliki investitori'' ali za manje uloge bih razmislio. Upravo to. Ne znam kako to zakonski izgleda, ali volio bi uložiti u takvo nešto ali ne ako minimum i dalje bude 5.000 kuna. Čak bi mi se svidjelo kad bi postojala mogućnost da svaki mjesec uplatim "višak" love. Naravno, također bi bilo idealno kad bi sve to moglo bez potpisivanja ugovora. Pretpostavljam da se to može izvesti bez ugovora ako kod ulaganja u investicijski fond ne moraš potpisati ugovor. Ako misliš na ''klasični'' investicijski fond naravno da moraš imati neku vrstu ugovora ili naloga brokeru. Nije baš tako... Barem ne dok sam ja kupovao udjele u tim fondovima. Znači imao sam internet bankarstvo i preko njega kupovao i prodavao udjele u fondu za koji bi se odlučio. Nije bilo nikakvog ugovora. OK, možda ugovor nije bio potreban jer sam potpisao ugovor kad sam otvarao tekući račun. Ali svakako bi potpisivanje ugovora bilo "pain in the ass" ako bi se ugovor morao fizički potpisati. Ako bi se to moglo napraviti preko Interneta (možda skeniranjem potpisanog ugovora, a onda slanjem poštom), onda OK. Ali baš me zanima što će BitLucky napisati na moj prijedlog. Ugovor je ovdje manje bitan. Bitno da oni ponude takvu uslugu Ako si imao internet bankarstvo onda su tvoji podaci ionako već bili poznati banci a to ti je bila samo dodatna bankarska usluga, pa nisi morao potpisivati novi ugovor. Kakvo je vase misljenje o pump grupama i njihovim akcijama?
Osim što su te šeme ilegalne i možete si napraviti ozbiljne probleme? Upravo to sam htio napisati... Takve stvari bi (ako već nisu) trebale biti ilegalne. Naravno, bez KYC-a je prilično teško otkriti tko stoji iza svega ali mislim da će takve grupe uvijek postojati kao što još uvijek postoje piramidalne sheme koje su odavno ilegalne. A radi se o identičnoj stvari. Takve stvari i jesu nezakonite, naravno ali uvijek se skupi dovoljno ''naivaca'' ili očajnih ljudi koji pokušavaju nešto na brzinu zaraditi i nasjednu na takve priče. Uglavnom se radi o malim iznosima pa gotovo nitko to neće pokušati prijaviti policiji, a i traženje pravog identiteta odgovornih je teško i komplicirano pa nitko to za manje iznose neće ni raditi. |
