I feel like Bitcoin is becoming a bank, in order to transact now we need big amount of fee so that the transaction will be fast. I was amazed in Bitcoin before because the transaction is instant now i don't know what to do anymore, i feel like selling all my Bitcoin and find another crypto that will be used by everyone in the future that will always have a low fee.
I hope you're right that bitcoin is becoming a bank, but what I'm seeing is the bank still below bitcoin in transaction fees, and above bitcoin in transaction time. The bank give a flat fee for transaction that I know, but bitcoin, the higher mount of your transaction, the higher fees you get. |

I'm personally hoping it will go down again soon so I can pick some more up. $4100 is too high for me right now so I'll be waiting. I'm guessing by the end of August it will have peaked and be ready for a correction.
I do the same thing. But I dare my self to buy more btc when the price around $3.8k, I think this august is the bitcoin month, and there still a few days more for the segwit activation, I've no idea what will happen after that. I've wait once when it price still around $3k, but I've not seen a dump, so I decide to buy more on that price. So talk about how long will Bullish, I think until the end of august. |

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
That's a very good idea, but the question is, who'll spend the money for the advertisement? I think they won't do that because if they do, Not just him who will enjoy the results, but all who take advantage of bitcoin as well. Because bitcoin is decentralized. I've seen many advertise about bitcoin but not in tv. |

There's no correct or wrong choice about selling or holding. You can't really judge someone for selling BTC instead of holding it. No one can actually predict if the price goes up or down, sure thing is that it cannot keep increasing forever. Deciding to hold your bitcoins won't save the price from falling, thousands others are selling, there's no wrong choice in any of the two.
agree, It's depend on your own stratey. If you're a day trader, you'll often do sell and buy so there's no correct or wrong choice .If you're a long term trader, You'll often do a buy, than a sell, because a longterm trader hold their investmen they hit a take profit target. And when the dump is come, Long term trader will buy more and wait. |

Everyone wanted higher bitcoin price and we achieved this but another problem become transaction fees. When bitcoin's price was low, we had to pay also low fee and now when it rised, we have to pay high fee in bitcoins and plus that high fee is more higher with current price. Is this fair? The higher the price, the more money miners have with bitcoin exchange.
To my mind when price becomes high, we have to pay low fee and when it becomes low, than fee has to be high. To my mind it had to be done like this from the begining.
Everyone who use bitcoin wanted the same thing, the price become higher and the fees become lower, And I think It would happen when the users are also growing and the mount of transaction increase every time. So the miners get low money, but more often. And its still fair right now I think, because you can easily sent money to everywhere in the world with that fee. |

We will reach $5000 in a few days. Guess what will happen on 21 st August when Segwit activates.

I've seen other member prediction, and most of them has predict the price in august will reach around $3k - $3.5k. But right know, the price have prove they're wrong. The situation is that i am making small profits day trading. Cant completely say that its day trading but i buy coins and sell them in 1-3 days when price increases. But whats happening now is that the coin i sell keeps increasing after me selling those coins and thats why i am missing opportunities on short term. Is there any solutionso that i dont miss those opportunities.
because you're a day trader, thats what you'll get dude. If you're a long term trader, You'll keep calm when the price is rising. How about this way, decide a good entry point for your coin, and specify the spot to take profit. But dont cash out All your coin, so if the price keep rising, you're still have a good entry point, even with a small mount. You just need to specify your new entry point. This is cryptocurrency, You need to buy and hold it as long as you can. |

The bankers control the world, they could simply start by shutting down the exchanges but they won't do that because people will start talking about freedom of belief, speech and that kind of stuff. Instead, they will do whatever they are doing with Islam for example, they will make it look bad, you will see more pedophiles and terrorists, weapon and drug dealers, kidnappers on the media asking for bitcoin and eventually this will put away a large amount of people away.
I agree, the shareholders of the bankers in the world are the person who is influential on the economy, So they will'nt just sit back there while the bitcoin rising and threatening their business. Definitely,we are blessed one to have bitcoins with us and early birds are more blessed than us.At first,i was planning to save 21 BTC to join the 21 BTC club so that i could enjoy a happy retired life.But on seeing this price hike,i think i coul even achieve such a life with just 10 bitcoins.I bought my first bitcoin at $650 last year and now its price is $3422.Thats a tremendous progress.
Lucky for you, After seeing this ATH, I would believe the basil rule in bitcoin investmen. Buy It, And Save It. I made a mistake when I first buy bitcoin last month at around $2.5k price and sell it at $3k. Although Its not a huge money yet, Its still a huge mistake I've made. So pls tell me, is there a chance to bitcoin comback to $2.7k price? Because I want to be a Lucky man, just like you do. |

Okay, I am just making that headline short and sweet. What I mean is: What is one big dream that you want to realized out of your Bitcoin income? No matter how small or big it is, please share it with us here.
As for me, I have a big dream of having my own 10-hectare farm somewhere here in my locality and I want to stuff that area with all the fruits I can find here and with my main products which are cacao and coffee.
I guess I have this special connection with the soil and the land that is giving us the food and sustenance daily. And who knows maybe years from now I can be able to issue tokens out of that farm...something like AgriTokens or AgriCoins.

After I'm 40 years old, I've dream of having my own farm with gold plant and also a livestock there. Because In that age, I want to stay away from urban world and its time to return to a clean and pollution free village. Every time I go to the bank I like to ask them if they have heard of BTC, most of the time the answer is no.
I do ask a lot of people about BTC.. a restaurant near me.. near ish use to accept it as well, I asked to pay with it, they said it no longer exists.. .... ...
Most people I find still have zero idea what BTC is unless they are friends with the likes of us.. I don't think we are even in early adoption stage.. we are in "the chasm" .. it would appear we are going to survive though... appear anyways..

Absolutely true, tought right now, there's just a 1%-5% of world population who know and have bitcoin. and with that mount, the price now is around $3.5k. Well dont you think its not too late to buy now, and keep it as a longterm investmen. the bitcoin will survive, though the mount is limited, the decimal split bitcoin to 8 digit is not something usual. With that 8 decimal, think, how much the maximum price/btc. And after most people in the world have use it, the price will keep climb up. The miner maybe get a small fees, but more transaction will happen. And the difficult maybe decrease. This is 2017, there's a 83 years to see what happen, and I think we cant see what happen that time. but I believe in that time, human already use a cryptocurrency, as their currency. |

the price right now is around $3k, and the people who know and use the bitcoin especially in my country not more than 2% of population. with that users and price, dont you think a $3k is not a high price yet for bitcoin. the mount is limited only 21M, even now, its not exactly 21m, because there's amount of missing bitcoin, and if missing, it will never go back. Hi guys, I been sort of a enthusiast and involved in crypto since 2013 I think. I haven't been that active until last month when I really put tons of hours reading and catching up. I have talked so much about crypto with family members that they ask me to save some funds for them in crypto and I believe BTC is the safest bet. I got some at 2700 but the price is going up like crazy, usually there is a correction but it seems BTC has a rocket in its behind  My question is for long term is it better to wait or is the price going to keep rising. Maybe we have a new bottom? first, BTC is not a bet, and there's no safe bet. If you do long term investmen, of course the btc is a better and a greater choice. The mount is limited, and the users keep growing. So more and more people are using it, more and more the price will climb high. Is not impossible the price will reach $1.000.000/btc, because if most of people are deciding to keep their money in btc than keep in the bank, you'll see the future currency that we're talking right now come true. |

Would you use this machine or rather buy your Bitcoins in the Internet?  there are just a few country that provide that kind of machine. Just the end of yesterdays stocks exchange japan right now is leading the market. It shows that japan was not being so quite when it comes to crypto currency. What are your thoughts about this?
I think there's might be some relation between a bitcoin trade volume in japan, with a news that right now, merchant in japan are accepting bitcoin. even the big dept store are deciding to accept the bitcoin payment method. Japan is one the country that have a great technology facility, Its not suprisingly that the country will do a big adopted to bitcoin. |

I see BCH price is around 0.094 BTC at time of writing. I am considering to buy some. I hope the price will raise because of all the media attention.

When the price pump to around $1k, you should cash out your bch to get free money. And after now the price dump to around $200k , you can use your money from your bch cash out and buy more in the lower price. The start price is high, I think the bch is not a bad alt of all. Just becouse its bouncing very fast, the low is still the same . So its a big oportunity to get big profit from bch. |
