It appears C-Cex has been fending off a DDOS attack all day. Since there are no alternatives other than C-Cex to store your Botcoin ATM, I recommend that you sell your botcoin and move your BTC to an alternative location. It's best to err on the side of caution. The DDOS attack might get stronger, and if you don't act fast, you may have your BTC stuck at C-Cex for a week or more.  Nope. We are well protected with CF. Direct DDOS is not possible. We just had some minutes of downtime because of short maintenance. |

It is not true. We did not lost any MOTO of our customers. Where is Your ticket?
It is true and saying it isn't is not supportive either: I have deleted personal info, you can find it in the ticket. Also scroll back in the thread you can see it's true. This ticket is open for 4 months already. After 4 months the issue finally got proper attention and my coins were put back in my wallet. Apologies for that delay, but You know, MOTO had issues for very long period with it's blockchain so Your ticket were answered with that info and put on hold untill it's resolution. Sorry again we did not pick it up recently after MOTO got their issues solved. |

Are you trying to steal coins?

Just one-time statement for people who understand how things work. I will not answer on any further questions here. We provide coin exchange service. We are simply not interested in this because our earning is fee. Any experienced trader will see if we do so and never deposit any coin to c-cex in this case. VERSA ICO were extended because versa dev ask me before ICO start if he can extend it. My answer was - yes. So I did not close ICO until I had clear statement from dev to do so. We closed it only after we finally had working wallet and clear request to close ICO. It is not against our rules to extend ICO terms. I also noticed that one time 19 BTC sell into the wall. I immediately verified this sell and find it completely legit. It was done by one of investors who bought versa absolutely legit for his own btc. We do have response from versa team. They prepared working wallet and we are testing it now. Once we make sure it works fine we will open it for deposits and withdrawals. Also we will put 50% buy wall as stated in our rules.
