621  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: July 07, 2016, 01:19:37 PM
I think the usage of paper money was decreasing in the future, many people now are using credit cards, debit cards etc., using electronics currency, and now we facing to the world of bitcoin as an  e- currency , you can buy a things using bitcoin and may be in the near future you can buy anything using bitcoin only.Of course, rarely do any of us walk into Starbucks with a $5 bill anymore. We walk in with a credit card, or a Starbucks gift card, or with an Apple Pay app on our iPhone. And that’s another way money has changed.

Decreasing is the right word but not totally erased. There are many things that cannot be done by electronics. What if everything is down, an electricity outage then what are we going to do to buy our stuff or our needs. That is why it is still needed.

Yeah the usage of bitcoin will increase in future but it doesn't indicates that paper money will simply disappear in future, paper money is easy to use anywhere to buy anything.

That is why paper money lived for many years because of it convenience to every people. If it had not worked for them maybe they will change it but it did so it will be hard to take that away.
Although paper money may not disappear easily but arising some phenomena such as internet of objects can lead to make paper money a memory.

People will prefer to use bitcoin more in future as we will also find many physical shops where we can spend our coins directly, but I think the presence of paper money will always be felt.
622  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 07, 2016, 01:17:15 PM
My job is actually quite simple; i operate as an assitant manager, working out quotations and tenders for any orders we recieve. I really have a lot of free time to deal with my bitcoin business. Though i could go full time on Bitcoin, it would be a really bad idea for me because as of now i just use Bitcoin as it raw self for online transactions and i don't convert it to FIAT. My day job gets me just enough to pay for everything else that isn't online.

If you have enough time to work on bitcoin along with your full time job then that is the best think you can have, as you don't need to quit your job as you can earn from both of them simultaneously.
i think you are right, i never had too much time to be with bitcoins because of my full time job and my family, so bitcoins get really small amount of time from me right now to be honest

I got the same. I got a pregnant wife to take care of then I must go to work at day so my time is really full when it comes to something to do. But this bitcoin jobs and some other services I can do with some of my spare time.
Same to me, i can only do it if i have some spare time. its hard for me to give up my real job because i need a stable income to sustain the needs of my family.
Lately, I have been very busy with my work and have not been as active as I wish to be. I am only able to earn a fraction of what I used to because I could hardly find time to post. That is why it is hard to consider going full time on bitcoin. The most that it can be to me is another source of income and an alternative to my investments.
If you are just going full time with bitcoin just to earn from signature campaign then forget about your plan, you better stick with your daily job because it is not worth it, you only go full time when you are already a big investor or a trader.

Signature campaign is good to give you additional income but you cannot depend only on it for living as payouts are not too high and it also offers limited earnings, full time job plus signature campaign is an good combination.
623  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: July 07, 2016, 01:14:30 PM
I think people who are saying bitcoin as dead, They don't have proper knowledge of bitcoins and that is the reason they get on any conclusion very fast without knowing the actual situation, they just listen to what they hear from other resources, and make their own decision.

That is the major reason that people easily get carried away with what they listen from others, they don't try to think on their own or try to know what is the reality.
624  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: July 07, 2016, 01:12:18 PM
I do sometimes spend some Bitcoins to by some stuff for my computer I know that people say that it is not handy to spend Bitcoin at the moment but I do not really care.
I am going to spend if I want to spend so do not judge me please.

Hell I do that too. No one will judge you for what you are doing is profiting them also. As many of us are using it the greater the fluctuation it will come for bitcoin. So if someone says you should not use it to hell with them.

Exactly we are earning it to spend it, and whenever  I feel to spend I spend it without any hesitation and I really don't care about the price, as I know I am capable of earning it regularly.
i think it is better not to spend it at least right now to be honest because in my opinion the price of the bitcoin is going to grow a lot in the future and it will make me big money easily
If your sole income is base on bitcoins then not spending would not be a good idea otherwise you cannot survive, I would suggest that we should limit our spending and focus more on our future than lavish things.

I think you should wait for next few days before spending it as price may go higher at halving so I will hold till that time and even if price goes higher or lower I will start spending my coins.
625  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: July 07, 2016, 01:10:20 PM
Well spending bitcoin aint that much of a problem in terms of paying bills IMO. I think spending bitcoin to buy a drink or anything at a fast food chain is what im having trouble with since no companies here accept bitcoin as a payment in Philippines. It's easy to pay bills because of some site but to use it in daily life we need to convert it into fiat.
Yes it is hard to believe that we see small retailers accept bitcoin as a payment method soon and most of bitcoin holders spend it in digital environment.

Exactly, spending bitcoin is limited at a moment as it can be mostly used only for online shopping, it has not reached to physical stored yet, but things will change in future for sure.
626  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 07, 2016, 01:06:49 PM
Well man I get most of my capital for altcoin trading in signature campaigns. Then I get most of my coins from altcoin trading. I get some of my coins partly from gambling faucet.
well i get some bitcoins from a signature campaign too, i think it is a good way of receiving bitcoins but i doubt that altcoin trading is really easy think that allows you to make profit

Before you enter into any type of trading its better to gain some knowledge and experience, as it can be risky if you enter into it without any knowledge resulting in loosing you coins.
627  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate womens to use Bitcoin? on: July 07, 2016, 01:04:55 PM
If makeup, shoes, bag stores, convenient stores, supermarkets accept btc payment and offer discount for bitcoin payment.

most women do not like complicated to pay something
like if she have cash and credit card she will use credit card
That's true that they are more comfortable in using cash and credit card as they find it simple and easy to use, but what if bitcoin gains physical shape like card, I think it will attract many people to start using bitcoin.
628  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is bitcoin going down 4 the halving?! on: July 07, 2016, 01:02:28 PM
I think price didn't rise since last few days in fact it started to drop so majority of users would have panic and started to sell their coins thinking that price may go even lower in next few days.
629  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: July 07, 2016, 12:59:58 PM
I think this time I will make it even more, because I feel we need a bitcoin is very much in the future. but, maybe some bitcoin I would sell for a business beyond the Internet

Oh good If I have 21 btc, I would sell it now without thinking again now the price of bitcoin rise sharply, I think enough to prepare a greater advantage because when the price goes down I'll buy bitcoin again with that profit.
That is an right strategy to follow, and if I am holding 21 btc then I will definitely sell all of them when I see higher price and wait for the price drop to buy some more of them.
630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Are Just Too Stupid to Use Bitcoin Right Now on: July 07, 2016, 12:57:51 PM
It is not the best thing to do at the moment because the price is stable at the moment and it is not that high, I am sure that if you wait a bit that you can make more money with it.
So wait until after the halving, you should be able to make more at that point.
no i don't think so to say like that. if a person is using bitocin for his basin need in present time then how can we call him stupid. i think every one has the right to use their bitocin according to their wishes. and no one has the right to interrupt him.

Its our money and we can use it wherever and whenever we want, no one has any right to call us stupid, if I need money I will sell my coins without any hesitation.
631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: July 07, 2016, 12:52:56 PM
In my mind it's low of introduction of btc my self learn about it from who work with that and have income so I did too read it from net it was hard to find what does it
Some people never heard about bitcoin because of no electricity or internet connection in their places. not all people are fortunate to have gadgets to use to surf online. i guess that is one of the problem because they have no knowledge regarding bitcoin.

Lack of knowledge is the major problem for people not using bitcoin, if they have never heard about it then we cannot expect them to start using bitcoins.
632  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I buy now? on: July 05, 2016, 01:42:52 PM
the current prices back again to $600 above now but is not too late to buy bitcoin because perhaps the prices will more increase again tomorrow but i won't guarantee for these moment but i personally still dare to buy bitcoin and hold it

Yeah we can afford to buy at this price as price is comparatively good to make good profits at halving, as we may achieve the price of $800 at halving.
If you where clever and you want to buy them now do it becaused the price of the bitcoin will be atleast 1000 dollar each at the end of
this year so end of 2016 will be the year of the bitcoin for sure first time hitting the 1000.

Yup that price can be achieved in this year, as halving will also help in taking its price to higher level which will be followed too in next coming months, so buying at this is a right thing to do.
633  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: July 05, 2016, 01:40:58 PM
The bitcoin can hit the 800 dollar each at the end of this year for sure i think that the bitcoin price will be 1000 dollar at the end of the year 2016
for sure but i am not very speakable about because the bitcoin is doing strange things.

I think $800 will be achieved after few months of halving, and at the end of the year it is possible to touch $1k to $1200 price, it will interesting to see what will be the price at halving.

I do not think we would reach $1k or more at the end of the year. Let's see the effects after halving, if the price is getting down is really difficult to reach $1k. $800 previously  I  thought to be achieved before halving, because when it has reached the price of $770 but after that prices are falling so far, so I can not see what will happen in the next 5 days when halving occurs.
$1000 by end of the year? Sure it is possible and going to happen. See how rapid the adoption on bitcoin is progressing and keep on making a big way to developed?

We will definitely see 4 digit price in this year, and that is the reason I am holding my coins and will sell only when it crosses $1k mark.
634  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: July 05, 2016, 01:38:56 PM
People are buying, accumulating, adding to their bitcoin stack and hodling, anticipating and keeping in mind the upcoming halving.

Yeah I second that. As long as people keep buying Bitcoins and don't sell anything the price will continue to rise. When everyone decides to offload their stash for profit the price will drop then people will buy again and the story will repeat itself. I expect to see a pump before the Halving though as it will be an opportunity for the speculators to make some easy money this year.
There are so many peopel who think that bitcoins are only rising but that is not true there are to many drops in the bitcoin and that is not very
nice because i dont want to see the price dropping becasue there will be allot of peopel not making profit with it.
Normally in the Bitcoin world sudden price fluctuations can be attributed to market manipulation by large holders of the virtual currency, the price is not dropping just it is stablilized.
Yeah. The drop doesn't affect the price because it was easily covered with continuous rise. So even a small drop happened it is still not bad at bitcoin at all because the price is keep on increasing.

Small drop is always better then major pump, as if we see major pump then it will be definitely followed by major dump, so we should not worry about the current price drop as price will start rising soon.
635  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: July 05, 2016, 01:34:23 PM
Just wait and holding all your 12 bitcoins in your wallet until the halving come. Because i think the price of bitcoin will increase when the halving come, and when it happen, go sell all your bitcoin.

That is the safest thing to do at a moment, as price is not too high now but we may see growth in price at the time of halving, so halving will allow you to earn higher profits.
636  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: July 05, 2016, 01:32:25 PM
To grow the adoption of bitcoin we need people spending it as a daily currency.
In my country there is not much I cant buy with bitcoins.
Granted not a lot of retailers accept BTC yet but with all the services available now they dont need to.
A bitcoin debit card can be very handy.

Nowadays if I need to pay a bill then I can pay any bill via a site called livingroomofsatoshi

Please list any reasons why you could not use bitcoin for day to day expenses and maybe we can find a way.

We cannot use bitcoin for our daily expenses first and foremost since bitcoin users are a small percentage of the countries population. Not everyone has knowledge about bitcoin and you cannot purchase bitcoin in any region or areas. There are only a few stores who sell bitcoin and its located in selected areas only. SO in short the problem is 1. bitcoin users are few, 2. Lack of IEC on bitcoin and lastly 3. poor accessibility to bitcoins.
Maybe in a few years' time we might see shops slowly accepting bitcoin as payment. But you are correct in saying that there's just a small number of people using bitcoin because mostly people are still more comfortable with their traditional ways of using money.
no need to wait for it because now you can easily find a store that accepts bitcoin as a payment there's even some a real store. I mean, not an online shop.

Not in all countries you will find a real shop to spend bitcoin at a moment, as where I live there is no single shop that accepts bitcoin as a payment system, so if I have to spend then I need to convert it to my local currency first.

Yes, same like in my country. It's really hard to find a shop or minimarket that accept bitcoin, that's why i always spend my bitcoin on online.

Even spending online is difficult sometimes, as if you want to buy anything online you also need to check the shipping costs as its very high, which can be expensive for us.
637  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: July 05, 2016, 01:30:31 PM
I don't believe that bitcoin replaces money, Bitcoin is used directly in some stores but it is not used directly in the stores of other countries. It is very difficult to replace money because bitcoin now is not as much popular and accepted like other currencies. And one thing more that in all countries they have their own currency so it seems impossible, bitcoin replace other currency or money.

Yeah its difficult to imagine that bitcoin can ever replace paper money, as there are many people who have still not heard about bitcoins, and we cannot expect them to use bitcoins.
638  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: July 05, 2016, 01:27:55 PM
Well If I own 21 BTC I would probably convert half into fiat. I will use half in altcoin trading to profit but ill be very careful in buying coins. Well Ill do some research before buying to make sure ill not lose half of it.

If you are planning to convert it to fiat then I think you should wait till the halving, as at that time price will be higher so you can hold higher amount of fiat.
639  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: July 05, 2016, 01:25:35 PM
Exactly what the title says.

If bitcoin dropped to the price of a dollar (which we hope it never will), what would you do? Buy more and hold, sell? Buy a promising altcoin like ETH?

I personally would buy more bitcoin.
There is not much that I can think off but to buy as many of them because $1 for a Bitcoin is nothing to what the price is now at the moment.
I think that so many people would do it that there would be no Bitcoins left to buy because of the price being so low.
but i think if bitocin coming down to 1 dollar then there must be a serious problem with bitcoin. i think no one will be interested in bitcoin. people will be more cautious about trading in bitocin in such a low price, because they will have lost their confident at that time.

Yeah if price falls that low then many people will start loosing faith in bitcoin, and if they have suffered loss from it then no one will have courage to invest in it again.
640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Are Just Too Stupid to Use Bitcoin Right Now on: July 05, 2016, 01:23:13 PM
I do not think they are too stupid for using the bitcoin, the most are just way too scared to do it in my eyes.
They are scared to lose money with investing into the bitcoin itself, I'm really thinking this.

This is probably the biggest mistake most newcomers to Bitcoin make when they dabble in the crypto currency market for the first time. Bitcoin is not necessarily an investment vehicle, it can be perfectly used as a digital currency should one desire to use it as such. It seems the majority of people think of Bitcoin like it represents the stock market and the fluctuating price makes them uneasy to get involved with the Bitcoin market.
Well I agree man. Bitcoin isn't only used for stock market and not because of investing because of it's changing price. bitcoin is used mainly for payments and many more.

Most of the users are using it for online shopping and money transfers and that is the good thing to do, as bitcoin should be spent to take its price to higher level.
