626  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC and Banks on: August 29, 2017, 12:27:57 AM
Ripples. Invested by many banks. That's why many are in doubt it can last because it's not really a  decentralized altcoin. Bitcoin i know is not really favored by banks since it's against them. By i heard Rothschild are invested at Bitcoin. Rothschild owns the biggest banks, the central bank. They're not invested huge amount tho. Just $250,000 as far as i know. It's funny because this is just penny for them. I think they are just experimenting.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather vs McGregor on: August 29, 2017, 12:18:13 AM
Lol. Mayweather is very proud of herself. McGregor is not really a boxer. What do you expect about the result of the fight? Good job for McGregor he lasted up to 10 rounds. He is so exausted. Im not happy at this fight tho. Too much hype. They are just making money. Now McGreGor is now requesting for rematch. But this time the fight is in the cage. I doubt Mayweather will accept it. He knows he will not last at the first round because he can't run.
628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Parents disagree with MMO – Make Money Online and Bitcoin ? on: August 29, 2017, 12:05:41 AM
Just explain to them what bitcoin is. Is using bitcoin in your country is prohibited? If not, then don't mind them. Sometimes they'd just being skeptical because of what they see on news about bitcoin. You know, parents are  very protective. Thats their nature. But as long as you're not doing anything wrong or illegal, just keep working on your bitcoin. Just prove to them that bitcoin can change your life for better.
629  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade or Hodling on: August 28, 2017, 11:45:43 AM
Obviously day traing is way more profitable than hodling/long term trading. But day trading is riskier than long-term trading because if you miss the timing you could lose huge amount. Also not everyday you'll see opportunity to earn big and most of all, you have to full time on day trading. Which means you have to give up your job and be full time on trading. Unlike long-term, it's not that risky compare to day trade but low profit. Also don't need to be on full time. Just sell when you are comfortable with the profits.

If i were to choose. I will do long-term trading. Because the profits are sure and not so risky. Im also a student so this method suits me because i don't have to spend a lot of time just to trade. It makes me also comfortable because you are aiming at long term goal and your confident that your investment will grow over time. And most of all, you can easily correct your trading mistakes.
630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How are cryptocurrencies priced? on: August 28, 2017, 11:30:01 AM
It's on circulating supply of tokens. The more the supply the lower the price. The lower the supply, the higher the price. That's how it's done mate. Let me give an example. Dogecoin, 100 billions of coins circulating at 2015. Now look at it's price right now. It is on 40 sats. It's so undervalue and the problem does not ends there. Every year they are adding another 5 billion of tokens. That's bad. It will be dead soon.
631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Discourage by our country. on: August 28, 2017, 11:16:06 AM
Im sorry about that mate. You country just banned Bitcoin recently (January 2017). I don't know why. Maybe just they see Bitcoin is a threat to your country's banking system. But there's still hope mate. I heard that government is working on possibility of adopting the technology. They already submitted the report and it's still on going. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory. So cheer up.
632  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beginner trader on: August 28, 2017, 10:52:15 AM
You should try a user friendly interface like Bittrex or Poloniex because some exchanges are not user friendly and causes confusion to traders who just starting on this field. Yobit is a bit complicated. So i don't recommend Yobit to use. There's too much shitcoins on that exchange. Poloniex is good since the available altcoins there are quality coins. Which means the chances of profit is good.
633  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Pano mag translate ng ANN Thread at Whitepaper on: August 27, 2017, 03:00:59 AM
635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins are traded with Bitcoin or Ether and not with fiat directly? on: August 27, 2017, 02:50:22 AM
Because it's way more profitable mate than fiat. In fiat, your money is sleeping. Unlike to Bitcoin and Ethereum. The profit continues. Converting in fiat is good tho. It's more secure than Bitcoin and Ethereum because we all know they're very volatile. But still most of traders choose Bitcoin and Ethereum because the chance of getting more profit is high. They only convert to fiat if they want to store it to bank or they want to cash it out or sometimes they want their money secured because there are some situations that Bitcoin and Ethereum are having problems or in panic.
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin (BTC) be killed by BCC soon? on: August 27, 2017, 02:41:30 AM
That's a possible scenario since miners now are switching to Bitcoin Cash (BCC/BCH). Although the biggest supporter here is bitcoin. They can't do anything about it if all miners goes to Bitcoin cash. Means, no miners will confirm transactions for bitcoin. I can't blame them because Bitcoin cash can give 2% more profit than bitcoin plus the potential pump of it. Bitcoin fees now is very high compare to bitcoin cash and more faster. But i don't think Bitcoin cash will replace Bitcoin in just a short period of time. It will never give up easily because of big whales.
637  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think cryptocurrencies have the potential to overtake regular currencies? on: August 27, 2017, 02:26:54 AM
That is bad if that happen. That means everyone now will rely on technology now since cryptocurrencies are needed device in able to use them. And i think it's going to happen since most of them are decentralized which is against the government. Government will not allow that because everyone will evade their taxes. Bitcoin surpasses the price of regular currencies. But it doesn't mean it will take over regular currencies.

Cash or regular currency still the best since it's way more convenient to use than cryptocurrencies. Like i said cryptocurrencies uses device or technology in able to use it. While cash can be use to buy anything with ease and don't use technology.
638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO a new form of HYIP ? (High Yield Investment Program) on: August 27, 2017, 02:15:06 AM
A highly orchestrated HYIP. Many ICOs today are just popping out. And it's hard to to choose what ICO is the good one to invest with your money. Some of them are just copy paste from other tokens. So im carefully choose which one is potential coin in the future. So i suggest if you are going to invest to any ICOs out there. Just make a research yourself. Don't just listen to anything they were saying here. Some are just paid to hype those coin. Sometimes they are faking the stats to make it impressive. But not all of them. That's why it's very important to make sure you made a proper research before jumping in.
639  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Coinbase ignored to solve problem & return money on: August 27, 2017, 02:01:13 AM
Coinbase is known from bad support. They have terrible support. I don't think they will solve your problem in time. Maybe few days or week before they notice your concern or treat it as a loss. They are known for that. Just don't use any web wallet next time to avoid inconvenience like this one. Use mycelium or electrum to store and send funds. There's so much disadvantages on using web wallets like they can easily block you and never recover your money and selectively scamming people. You problem is not common tho. But im telling you. They have the worst support.
640  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: can you recommend a Reddit group about cryptocurrency worth following? on: August 27, 2017, 01:13:00 AM
There's only one which you rely on in terms of cryptocurrency discussions. It's bitcointalk forum. You can find all details that you want and we can discuss it. There's so many forums in the internet. But Bitcointalk only is the best destination for cryptocurrency enthusiasts like me. Every altcoins here have dicussions. For me, it's good to know whether their opinion is good or bad. I see some forum like this. Reddit is good though. But it's not completely cryptocurrency related forum like Bitcointalk.
