621  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: October 11, 2017, 10:43:39 AM
Just because bitcoin is falling in value, doesn't mean your bitcoin will be gone, we should keep in mind that bitcoin is not just a currency, but also an asset, bitcoin may fall down but will also rise, it is just how investments work, the value of your asset will depend on the number os shares you have, in this case, how many bitcoins you have. We shouod remember that whenever we enter an investment we should always make a plan, so whenever the prices goes down, we still gain profit, and whenever there is a negative news, we need to do our own resrarch and validate it, because sometimes.history repeats itself, and we.might find a strategy to use then.
622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do thousands of investors hold bitcoin on troubled days? on: October 11, 2017, 09:16:16 AM
It is just normal for investors to hold on to their investments during troubled times, since what you will only have is paper loss. If we check in the basics of investing, whenever the market is down, hold and buy it low, the same goes with bitcoin, if you see the price going down, you should not panic or worry since you will still have your investment, the problem is people don't realize what they bought, what they just look at is the value of Bitcoin and not having Bitcoin itself.  The reason why most investors hold, is the fact they know, that Bitcoin is volatile, and they have a tolerance to when is the right time they will sodl if the price is going to hit rock bottom, but if not, they hodl, since a very volatile asset also means, a very volatile gain, and that is what we are looking for why we invest, we look for ways in how we could win, not to cry when times are hard.
623  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you expect a crash soon ? Or you see bitcoin keep climbing ? on: October 11, 2017, 03:06:53 AM
i see that bitcoin will keep climbing at the end of this year, since there are no signs of bitcoin going to to fall, however if we look back, the moment bitcoin has a bull run, sooner or later, bitcoin will take a slight dip, i think we need to be cautious at times, though none of us wanted bitcoin to drop, we still need to make a plan. there are news that russia is planning to ban bitcoins, however this are still considered hearsay unless proven otherwise, since this seems to be a trend, whenever bitcoin is bouncing back, someone is always making up fake news and never validates, for as we know, russia has been trying to think up of ways on how they can regulate cryptocurrencies and i think they need to ask help from japan, and if they think that bitcoin is being used for crimes, so is their fiat, so one thing is for sure here, russia doesn't want criminals to use bitcoins and hopefully putin has found out a way on how he can regulate the use of bitcoins against criminals in their country. in general, bitcoin's price is still going to up even with some negativity around.
624  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you expect a crash soon ? Or you see bitcoin keep climbing ? on: October 11, 2017, 01:44:16 AM
As of now, there are no signs of bitcoin going down, though without china and some exchanges are being closed, bitcoin still proves to be the dominant force in cryptocurrency. I think a major event like a world war, may bring the price of bitcoin down, since all will be affected or it may be halted, it depends on what will happen if ever it may happen. Bitcoin is also showing strength as  of late, i think that is because of the upcoming forks and bitcoin gold, still we need to be careful, since the last time bitcoin fad a ver nice bull run, chia decided to ban bitcoin, and noe russia is showing some signs, but hopefully they will find a way on how to handle theirs and not judt let go of bitcoin.
625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the Philippines uproar on: October 11, 2017, 01:10:48 AM
There are a lot of people in the Philippines that do recognize bitcoin and  more and more people are beginning to get curious on cryptocurrencies, however it is only on a small percentage of the population compared to other countries like japan. It is sad to say that though most of the people have access to internet, instead of taking time to check on investments, they don't. It is true that the Philippines is growing economically, however majority of the population are not into investments, a lot still wonders what are investments, and they still think that investmenting is only for the rich. Though we already accepted bitcoin and it is legal, it is sad to say that still majority of the population lacks financial inteeligence. Fortunately for us who are into bitcoins, more and more opportunities are opening, since there are already vendors who accepts bitcoin and there are already seminars being conducted to educate the masses regading bitcoin, hopefully it will be a success since most Filipinos do lack financial education.
626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Africa Slow on the Bitcoin Uptake? on: October 10, 2017, 11:53:15 PM
If we consider the geography of africa it is slow to uptake Bitcoin since most countries don't even have access to Internet, and some countries who do have internet, would rather make time to earn a living instead of learning about Bitcoin and what it can give to them. Let's take Egypt and South Africa, bout countries have access to the internet, but it does not compensate with the whole of the continent. I think if Africa would be more like Asia, they could have a huge number of Bitcoin users as well. In the future we might see Africa to be advanced as well, considering the aide it is receiving from it's neighboring countries, I think time will tell, when Africa will have majority of it's people to have access with the internet and Bitcoin as well, we could never tell, there might be a Warren buffet in the making.
627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia banning BTC? on: October 10, 2017, 10:51:57 PM
I think we should verify this news first, it seems to be a lot like China again. We already know that Russia wanted it's cryptocurrencies to be regulated, and why would they ban Bitcoin in the first place,  they have one of the best mining conditions there is, and not to mention a cheaper price of electricity, I think there is more reason why they will keep Bitcoin and regulate it. We need to clarify this news first, since seems to be looking a lot like what had happened in China,  whenever there is a fork, some media men, tend to scare people and in the end will cause panic.

630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Are Now Used in Crimes on: October 10, 2017, 08:26:58 AM
I think we are all familiar with the deepweb by now, and how they used Bitcoin on their silk road, it was way back then, when Bitcoin's value is very cheap, a lot of criminals already used Bitcoin for crimes, and we all know what had happened, the creator of silk road had been found, I think we need to learn a valuable lesson from it, that you just cannot hide secrets, and sooner or later your evil deeds will be revealed. People should stop, bringing back past, we all know that Bitcoin had a dark past once, and was salvage by a lot of honest users.
631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM increasing at rapid rate.... update on: October 09, 2017, 01:13:39 PM
I think this is a good thing in places where in people accepts Bitcoin and are open to the idea of decentralized currency, in my country, we do not have Bitcoin ATMs, what we do is to print them out and use paper wallets, if we wanted to hold them, but its a good thing that we have at codes, wherein some establishments just scan the code if we would like to use bitcoins as payment. An increase it Bitcoin ATMs only means that a lot of people are beginning to use bitcoins for transactions and soon, Bitcoin ATMs will be scattered as well just like ATMs we use with banks, hopefully we see them in my country someday.
632  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin replace gold? on: October 09, 2017, 10:12:34 AM
I think bitcoin had already replaced gold, in terms of being an asset. We should look back, gold was used before for transactions, and in time it was replaced by fiat, which most people still use today, and in time,  bitcoin will replace fiat. If we compare bitcoin and gold, both have the same traits of being highly volatile, and gold right now is just considered to be an asset, since only a few to none uses gold for trnasactions, however bitcoin is still both, it is an asset and currency, just like what they say, bitcoin is gold 2.0, in that case, i think its safe to say that bitcoin is improvised gold, and it had already replaced gold in.terms of being an asset.and currency as well.
633  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese consolidating not banning (intent to regulate and dominate) on: October 08, 2017, 11:29:30 PM
China had already said before, when it was just banning its exchanges,is that they wanted to regulate cryptocurrenciesin their country, however i think what china didn't took note is that bitcoin is global, it is not just focused on one country alone, though they have a lot of bitcoin userscit doesn't mean that thry own bitcoin. I think they should consider lifting the ban on bitcoin now and not just for he exchanges, it seems that exchane companies, doesn't like the new way, that is getting a license to operate, because if they do, china will be back on track, and be competing with japan's 11 exchanges. I think china should really consider liftin the ban on bitcoin, since they now found out, with or without them, bitcoin still lives on, they might as well join.
634  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Trend on: October 08, 2017, 10:57:21 PM
After what had happened with the Chinese banning Bitcoin, the trend now is going up, though it seems to be sideways, what I see basing it on the news and current events as well, Bitcoin is less volatile at the moment, but is slowly rising and recovering it's all time high. I think the rise now, is due to the fact that more and more people are now aware with Bitcoin, and not only that, we are also having Bitcoin gold and another fork by November, the move of China only gave publicity to Bitcoin, and now, a lot of people had gotten curious on what is Bitcoin. I think the mainstream media also did their part, they are trying to make headlines back then, but it only given more opportunities to Bitcoin, since we no longer need to advertise it thru mainstream media, however they gave bad publicity, but it's still publicity, and now a lot of countries supports Bitcoin.
635  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN DOWN OR HIGH ????? on: October 08, 2017, 10:17:30 PM
Bitcoin is going up these days, not only that it had recovered from it's fall because of what had happened with China, Bitcoin is getting strongerand stronger, if you check the news of today, it is clear that a lot of countries and financial institutions, and even banks, are accepting Bitcoin, because is is clear to them that Bitcoin is a great investment and for sure it will now drag them down, and not only that even small investors are relying on Bitcoin today, because of the same reason. I think we would see that Bitcoin will be in the rise on the coming months, since we are going to have Bitcoin gold and another fork by November.
636  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin banned in China. Did it affect the price? on: October 08, 2017, 10:03:14 AM
yes, china's banning of bitcoin did have an impact on the price of bitcoin, since bitcoin still is an investment and it follows the laws of supply and demand, during the china crisis, a lot of bitcoin users panicked and forgot that they are in it for a long term and not just to dump their investments, and so we saw a huge volume of bitcoin went into the surplus and made the value decreased, but thanks to that, bitcoin's value became more affordable to the rest of us and we can see that bitcoins are being bought everyday, however it still is not enough to compensate the value which it had lost, during the banning of china. i think there are pros and cons since it had happened, the pros, a lot of investors are now more cautious of the news and the cons is the value, but we are talking about bitcoin here, bitcoin's value can still rise up.
637  Economy / Speculation / Re: Panic sellers got flushed fast on: October 08, 2017, 07:51:38 AM
i think the reason behind this is that, a lot of the who sold their bitcoins are new to investing, it seems that they do not know what to do in times we there are bad news going around, and i believe they also lack trust on bitcoins, since just a word from jpmorgan's jamie dimon, a lot already sold their bitcoins and instead of holding them and looking at the gains that they could possibly have by now, i think they might be regretting that decision they had made, but all is for the better, i hope they already learned their lessons and if they want to invest in bitcoin they may do so, but they should really come up with a plan, not just selling their bitcoins. it is also a good thing, since now we know, what percentage of bitcoin users are actually knowledgeable in what they are doing and not jut going with the flow or following the trend since bitcoin's value is going up.
638  Economy / Speculation / Re: Pricing over 4K ,thinking about buying on: October 08, 2017, 06:24:27 AM
i think it is always a good time to buy bitcoin, as long as it still not as high as 10000 usd, since it is still considerably cheap, however we still need to check the trends, if we see it somehow going down, that's the best time to buy, since it will gain more profits. still we need to be very careful when buying, if we are not updated with any of the news and current events that are happening it could cost us, the more we know and understand when to buy bitcoin at a time like is much preferred than just randomly buying at any time or doing an impulse buying, since we all know that the price may no go  lower than 3000 usd as of now, we can be sure that around 4000 usd is a good time to buy. i think with all the positive news that are coming, bitcoin's price will go up, so before or after the fork, is the best time to buy, since there will be more investors that will hodl and only a few will sell their bitcoins, since they had already bought it at a cheaper price.
639  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC analysis for this month! on: October 08, 2017, 04:16:36 AM
i think for this month, the value will keep on increasing, considering the news we are receiving, all seems to be positive, we should also keep in mind that as this month there will also be another fork and it is for bitcoin gold, all the graphs are also showing positive outcomes, there are also reversal of the chinese decision when it comes to their exchanges, as long as they are licenses, it means that they can operate, japan as well had endorsed 11 exchanges and then there is goldman sachs, they also wanted to have their own exchanges, i think an increase in exchanges could also mean an increase in interest with bitcoins and a lot of work for miners. i think it is safe to say that this month, we could see bitcoin again having a value of 5000 usd or even more and by the end of the month, it might be reaching a new record and also by november, next month, we could see that bitcoin might go over to 6000 usd or even 7000 usd, if all runs smoothly with the forks and probably we might not a hear another word from jpmorhgan's jamie dimon, bad mouthing bitcoin, since a lot of support is coming for bitcoin.
640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin cash or Bitcoin gold? on: October 08, 2017, 03:28:43 AM
if you were to choose among the two, bitcoin cash or bitcoin gold, i think you would rather have both, since both cryptocurrencies are promising, and also since they came out because of bitcoin, it only means that bitcoin still is the best cryptocurrency, i think the two are just a bonus, since we trusted bitcoin, in other words, it can be said that it is like dividends when it comes to the stock market, but it is more profitable since the two can still gain a lot, which will give more potential in achieving financial success. i think right now, we cannot still say which among the two is better, since bitcoin gold is not yet produced, however i can say that bitcoin cash is more likely being used when it comes to trading in games, since sokor had used bitcoin cash once it was release, for gaming purposes, however for bitcoin gold, we can still wait on how people are going to use bitcoin gold, still all of this will not happen if it wasn't for bitcoin itself.
