601  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reaching $10,000 worth is possible this year. on: October 16, 2017, 07:09:38 AM
Bitcoin reaching 10000 usd this year, i think it is possible, considering it all the factors.althat can affect bitcoin, is now on bitcoin's good side, though there are some controversies surrounding bitcoin still, we cannot deny the fact that bitcoin is rallying back. The time frame of three moths for bitcoin to reach 10000 usd, i think is realistic, we all know how volatle bitcoin is, and as of now, it seems be a good, for it to reach 10000 usd any time soon, bu still we must not loose focus, and go after for  profit gain, we should keep in mind after the bull run this year, the price of bitcoin might go sideways, and do not hit 10000 usd, but for sure the price will reach 10000 usd, propbably this year, if not,.we can still wait for it to reach that high.
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Goverment is not recommending to use digital currency such a bitcoin? on: October 15, 2017, 06:01:46 AM
I think in time, they will recommend the use of digital currencies, just take a look what Japan is doing, it is revolutionazing the way they use digital currencies. As of now, governments do not recommend it yet, probably, it is still new to them, and they have to make new laws in order to look over cryptocurrencies this is what Russia is doing, and what Japan and already did, they must first find a way on how they can regulate it, to protect their people, second, bitcoin's enemy is still the banks, for it will ruin them, if banks recommend the use bitcoins probably, the central bank will be open to it. I think in time, all countries will be more like Japan in terms of using digital money, since it is the future, and we cannot stop it from happening, hopefully by that time, no more negativity will circulate around Bitcoin.
603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kenneth Rogoff, former IMF economist says "Bitcoin price will collapse" on: October 15, 2017, 01:10:28 AM
They are trying to get on to our good sides and trying to make us see what they wants us to see, these people didn't get their position without doing something that will force people to give them their positions, they are used to the corporate world, and wa ts everyone to listen to them and just wants to take all the profit, I think if they really don't like Bitcoin, they should just keep their peace, this way, people might curious on their opinions, but they are.not keeping their peace instead they bad mouth Bitcoin, making people think, why say it all of a suuden, why is it timely, though they have points on their statements, they should just keep it on their own, we all know the news on IMF about legarde's statement, and now Kenneth rogoff just coming out, and is a former economist, I think there should be a lot more to learn about today's economy, since there is now a lot of cryptocurrencies they have created a new economy than the previous ones, I think they should also consider that. What I see is they failed to study a new set of economy, that is the digital economy, which has a different set of rules than the traditional.
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should focus more on saving bitcoins than selling your bitcoins on: October 14, 2017, 09:29:21 AM
We should save as much bitcoins as we can by now, considering the fact that bitcoin will sky rocket in the future, as investors, we should not take a look at bitcoin as a short- term or mid-term investment, think of it as a blue chip investment that you need to hodl for longer than 10 years, if we look at what had happened to those people who had bought bitcoin, below 1 usd, and now they probably hae millions in their wallets, we could also say the same to us,  ifnwe save as muh bitcoin as we can within the next 10 years, we could possibly reach the value, those investors during 2009, have today, of course there wikk still be a huge difference between the value of investment, but that is their reward for believing in bitcoin that early,  and to those who just recently invested in bitcoins, don't worry your time will come to be the next rich person. I think we can all learn from this saying, money you save now, will save you in the future, it goes the same for bitcoin, for sure bitcoins you save now, will be a fortune in the future, just keep in mind, that bitcoin has a very high volatility and by just counting hours, it couod shoot up or fall down, stick with a plan.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Christine Legarde, Head of IMF says "Get Serious about Bitcoin!" Article! on: October 13, 2017, 11:02:08 PM
This is great news, I think the IMF now has seen that Bitcoin can change a lot of people, I think they might try to create a crypto currency of their own and make that regulated, while trying to be ahead of Bitcoin, I think there will come a time that we will see the decentralized Bitcoin against the regulated crypto currency that IMF will produce. We should also consider that these people will try to do everything to stop something that they know will be come a threat, there is this news way back, when the Chinese yuan was declined by IMF, since they wanted the yuan to be a counterpart of the dollar, and not just another exchange. I am not against the IMF, but if they really wanted to create their own crypto currency, they should do it and leave Bitcoin alone, for what I see, is that what they are trying to do, is to get our attention and believe in them that they will help us, and with all this banning of Bitcoin from countries like China and some in the middle East, it will not be surprising if they will say that Bitcoin is good, but theirs is better, if they really want to be into crypto currency, they should declare Bitcoin to be a legal payment for all countries and they should also go against countries that bans Bitcoin. This is just what I see, that might happen, we could never tell what is their real agenda, since it seems to be timely that they suddenly came out, when Jamie dimon announced that he is no longer going to talk about Bitcoin, hopefully there will be something good that will come out of this, and will not hurt the Bitcoin community.
606  Economy / Speculation / Re: $6000 comming through on: October 13, 2017, 06:37:21 PM
There is no doubt that Bitcoin will be reaching 6000 usd anytime soon, and this is great for hodlers, I think we should all watch the market carefully this time, since the fork happened way back on August, China all of a sudden shutdown it's exchanges and banned Bitcoin, no one even saw it coming since most of us are too happy and excited to received Bitcoin cash and not only that, the price of Bitcoin also was a new high back then, this time around, we need to make sure that there will be no panic to avoid dumping of bitcoins carelessly, though it is on a bull run this time, we should also check out on altcoins, which are bloody today, and as investors, let's not forget one of the fundamentals, which is to buy low and sell high.
607  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't worry volatility is good for Bitcoin- + let's work together on: October 13, 2017, 10:52:13 AM
Every investment has its risk, if we take a look at it, all tem are volatile, however it depends on the investment, bitcoin being an asset as well has a high volatility rate, since it is not just focused on one country alone, bitcoin is global, and there are a lot of investors on bitcoin, considering it is the whole world, making it very much volatile than others. I think the community here is already making an impact on how we could help each other regarding bitcoin as an investment and as a currency, we should not worry too much, since bitcoin has a purpose, and it also gives us hope financially, its volatility had already made millionaires in my country, let's all give our trust to bitcoin and for sure bitcoin will give something back in return, lits like a saying here in my country, money you save today, will save you tomorrow.
608  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the bitcoin goes up so high? on: October 13, 2017, 02:26:56 AM
there are a lot of factors that helped increase the value of bitcoin, we have japan's endorsement of 11 exchanges and trying to lead the world in using cryptocurrencies and investing on bitcoin, then countries like india that recently legalized bitcoins, russia giving support to bitcoin and still having a lot of miners, i think the disruption on europe also contributed, since people will look for ways on how they could survive financially and bitcoin is the best solution they had found.there is also the publicity of bitcoin that helped in its popularity, if we look back when jamie dimon bad mouthed bitcoin, though it is a bad publicity, it is still publicity and with that, we can say that a lot of people just got curious with what he said and tried it, i think his plan just back fired, since more and more new investors are into bitcoin right now, i think the are investing since they have heard of bitcoin gold and the november's fork, since they will have extra cash if they had invested. we should also consider the volatility of bitcoin that's the trait that had given bitcoin its value today and will give bitcoin a much higher value soon probably around 7000 usd by the end of this year.
609  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC passes $5,000 USD milestone on: October 13, 2017, 01:02:34 AM
This is not surprising, considering that bitcoin is highly volatile, it can go even much higher and might reach 7000 usd next month, this could possibly be due to the airdrop, however, i think more and more people had gotten curious on jamie dimon's publicity, even though its bad publicity to bitcoin, it still is bitcoin, and the acceptance of others as well. i think there are a lot of new bitcoin users today, who are in it for the airdrop, and probably just waited till bitcoin had a lower value in order to invest, and it could also lead to bitcoin surpassing 5000 usd and gaining a new high, i think this milestone, had given us all a lot of opportunities for learning, and let's test it on surpassing 6000 usd, probably by this month, which is very plausible.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin surpasses $5,000 and Jamie Dimon hands up on: October 13, 2017, 12:02:50 AM
I think  this is because  if the fact that Bitcoin is still going strong and will be stronger,  I think they just wanted to get bitcoins at a much cheaper price, and I believe they are also trying to influence the price of Bitcoin if they can, since that's what they do, they manipulate the prices of the stocks, which is not new to them. I think what they should just do now is try to live with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies since it will open new opportunities to them as well. Goodman Sachs move, making an exchange probably also she'd some light to them, since it is also an established financial institution, they could not afford to ruin their image further.
611  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I expect BTC dump before another fork? on: October 12, 2017, 11:21:25 PM
I think you should first check your history, whenever there is a fork, people hoard bitcoins, they buy a lot since during the fork Bitcoin will produce a new altcoin, which in turn will give you extra cash. if you check the market now, it is clear that the value of Bitcoin is rising, and this is just before the upcoming Bitcoin gold for this month, then another fork by November, I think it is not likely that Bitcoin will take a dip some time soon, you should also check on what is happening now globally, there are a lot of good news that is happening, though there are still some negativity, like jpmorgab's Jamie dimon saying bad stuffs to Bitcoin again. I think even after the November's fork, there will be no Bitcoin dump, since Bitcoin will establish a new resistance and support, and as far as things goes, it is safe to say that bitcoin's value,  after the two forks will not go down below 4000 usd, again.
612  Economy / Speculation / Re: btc hits 5300$ but will it drop back below 5000$ ? on: October 12, 2017, 10:25:56 PM
Bitcoin reached 5300 usd, but I think it will still go further than 5300 usd and might reach 6000 usd whenever Bitcoin gold is around and also might get around close to 7000 usd, by November, since we are having airdrop this time, but Bitcoin dropping back below 5000 usd, seems to be unclear, if you look at what is happening right now, people are panic buying, probably due to the airdrop, hopefully for a long  term investment this time. If we look back, there was a dip because of what China did, this time I think the price will be lower than 5000 usd, if the same percentage of people sodl just like the time when China decided to shutdown their exchanges and caused panic, as of now, I don't see it coming, bitcoin's price will still grow gradually this, and I think it might move sideways after the airdrop giving us time to breathe and time to buy.
613  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be 10k in the next 6-10 months! on: October 12, 2017, 01:40:37 PM
This is a very realistic speculation, I couldn't agree more that Bitcoin might reach 10000 usd within 6-10 months, though it seems today that Bitcoin is very bullish, we should also recognize that fact that some countries still don't accept Bitcoin and there are those who wants to see Bitcoin fall down, but the fact is more and more people are beginning to invest in Bitcoin and are finally seeing why bitcoin was made, let's take a look at European countries for example, some of its countries are considered poor already if we look at their national debt, there is also disruption, and in order for them to survive financially, most of them cling to Bitcoin, there are also financial institutions that are investing in Bitcoin exchanges, I think we would then see a gradual increase on the value of Bitcoin within 6-10 months, and hopefully it reaches 10000 usd or even higher.
614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to Bitcoin's price before and after the October fork? on: October 12, 2017, 11:47:39 AM
I think is safe to say that bitcoin will reach around 6000 usd this october, coinsiderig the fact that it already reached 5000 usd again, there is no doubt that bitcoin's value will continue to increase, even after the october's fork, since we are also looking forward on the november's fork. People will keep on investing, even though the price is considrerably high already. Hopefully the new investors know what they are doing and not just in it because the price up and will sodl when there is a negative news that rises, because that's what had happened durig the last fork this august, just a few weeks bitcoin took a dip. We can still see the value of bitcoin to continue to rise, since there seems to be a lot of people beginning to invest and i think this is due to the publicity bitcoin is receiving, be it good or bad.
615  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Back to 5000 Dollars ? on: October 12, 2017, 10:38:33 AM
I just checked a few minutes ago, and bitcoin is back to 5000 usd again, i hope this is not just due to the upcoming forks, we can not blame them, since who doesn't want to have free cash, hopefully those people who are in it for bitcoin gold and november's fork, will be investing in bitcoin for the long term, 5000 usd is still small, considering the fact that bitcoin is highly volatile and can go more than 5000 usd. I think this is also due to the fact that a lot of countries, mostly asian had just legalized bitcoins this year, and probably the acceptance of this countries, led their people to invest in bitcoins and those who just did, probably will be investing in bitcoin for the term.
616  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can hit 5000$ before november?? on: October 12, 2017, 03:02:37 AM
i think bitcoin will hit 5000 usd again, but i cannot say for the time frame of november, since there will e bitcoin gold this month, a lot of people are investing in bitcoins, but we cannot say that once they have bitcoin gold already that they will not do profit gaining at that point, since a lot of altcoins are showing great potential for a nice bull run, they might place their bitcoins on altcoins, however, there are still a lot of new users that still do not know how to trade on exchanges, if there will be a large percentage of new users, bitcoin's value will surely rise, but what i can see here is that, after bitcoin gold, people will still hold on to their bitcoins and wait for november's fork, and after that, the price might go down, and some will invest on altcoins. for now i think we should all just stick to our plans, some bitcoin users here in my country, suggests to keep their bitcoins, wait for the forks, still buy more bitcoins and altcoins, and keep doing it till the price of their bitcoin and altcoins doubled or have great returns, i think that's a nice strategy if all factors that affect the value of bitcoin are on the good side of bitcoin, and hopefully we'll get 5000 usd before november.
617  Economy / Speculation / Re: The adoption boom is coming on: October 12, 2017, 01:53:27 AM
I think this is due to the publicity they had made with bitcoin, first of all, most of us bitcoin users, do not own the media, i think be it fake news or real news, what had happened this year just made bitcoin more recognized. I think bitcoin was further recognized when fake news in china caused a panic among bitcoin users, then came out jamie dimon, bad mouthing bitcoin, i think this move, since it was made known to the general public and to the world, more and more people just became curious of what bitcoin is and are trying it out for themselves. There is also the disruption in some european countries, in which some of them turn to bitcoin for financial security rather than their fiat. This may be just the start of a new chapter for bitcoin wherein in bitcoin will be globally accepted.
618  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese consolidating not banning (intent to regulate and dominate) on: October 11, 2017, 11:35:58 PM
I think the Chinese would really just want to have a regulation first, before they bring back Bitcoin and allow exchanges again, since the population of China is huge and there are a lot of Bitcoin users, I think they are just protecting their people from possible scammers, since today's age, it is no surprise that some will fall in the traps of scam sites and scam ICOs, probably that's one of the reasons why they wanted to shutdown their exchanges first, to avoid confusion among the public, since it is easy to create a website that will get you investing, thinking that it will double in hours. We should just allow the Chinese to do what they think will protect them and always validate news, since a lot had happened after China had shutdown it's ICOs, hopefully they will find  a way on how they could regulate it in their country, since it will be their loss if they didn't.
619  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin get back to it's first time value? on: October 11, 2017, 10:56:29 PM
Bitcoin getting back to it's first time value, which means below 1 usd, is highly unlikely, since Bitcoin right now has a lot of users, back then there was a surplus of Bitcoin and only few users, that is the reason why it was valued that low, and because it also follows the law of supply and demand, only a few years, when there were a lot of Bitcoin enthusiast, bitcoin's value began to increase more, and now that Bitcoin has already established itself and gain more stregnth, it is unlikely for it to go back to it's first value. We should not let any negativity affect us and the way use Bitcoin, though there are some setbacks, like the recent dip in value, Bitcoin is still showing great potential and soon be reaching a new high, let's not try to create panic, that Bitcoin will be devalued.
