6221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LTC or ETH? on: March 02, 2018, 02:46:24 PM
LTC I think will go deeper, you better buy Ethereum or Bitcoin because these two coins have a trend to up
After the litecoin cash snapshoot already taken and it may have happened soon. As far as i know the airdrop rumour just like litecoin cash gives a significant increase.
Look at zclassic and how the price of zclassic down from more than $100 to the $10 range. Almost 90% drop just in some days after the btcp snapshot already taken by the developer itself.
But litepay.us news has backed the price of litecoin and make it becomes more stable.
6222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: byteball on: March 02, 2018, 02:41:55 PM
what do you guys think about this coin? buy near 400$? seems like a  very solid project to me but i have mixed feels because they gave byteball out for free in the past
Byteball already on the top. The fact byteball has been getting some competitors were using the same system just like nano, IOTA, and IoT chain. It seems like IoT chain is the only one that has been getting a lot of improvements on the code and the platform itself. The developer of byteball was making a perfect and fair distribution to all of the people were linking their bitcoin to the byteball platform.
6223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forkdelta DEX Experience on: March 01, 2018, 10:52:58 PM
ForkDelta works much better than EtherDelta ever did as far as I can remember. Maybe there's just much less traffic on ForkDelta than on EtherDelta, but nobody is using EtherDelta anymore and it still doesn't work. What is going on there?
Etherdelta has API issues. It has become the main reason that's why etherdelta is still not working right now. Or the possibility of the team to create forkdelta becomes an alternative decentralized exchange site to the etherdelta itself. But a lot of people are still feeling worried to use that right now. Because they are thinking that was the unknown exchange site.
6224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC Targets ICOs in Broad Cryptocurrency Markets Investigation on: March 01, 2018, 10:49:54 PM
It will decrease the number of shit ICO or scam projects, well if the SEC has already banned citizens from u.s. most of the countries will surely agree with the SEC's regulations to protect their citizens from potentials scams like ICOs,further more it will depends on the other country if they will follow the SEC's regulation,it could affect number of ICOs because only legit ones would appear in the future.
Have you been reading about that? SEC even said about SEC can't prevent those are running ico outside of US. That means if the SEC regulation only give an impact to the project that based in the US itself.
Not so many project are based in US right now. So many people know that SEC against crypto and icos. Another country implement their own rules rather than follow SEC compliance.
6225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Track an Ethereum theft on: March 01, 2018, 10:47:11 PM
Does anyone know if a theft can be possibly traced on the Ethereum Blockchain? Even when it gets to an exchange, that is, to a non-decentralised exchange?

Not sure about the non-decentralized exchange will be revealing the user's identity. But it's possible in my opinion. Most of centralized exchange are giving a mandatory to their users to complete KYC and AML verification.
If the theft was sending all of the amount to the centralized exchange site which applied KYC and AML. It looks possible to know about the real identity of scammers.
6226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the three most important features of a crypto-exchange? on: March 01, 2018, 10:06:29 AM
Working on a next-gen exchange. Need some community feedback. Please note that:

  • I haven't added mandatory things here, e.g. security
  • Some options are mutually exclusive, e.g. Anonymity & KYC/AML
We are looking for the future exchange site which offers anonymity. Too many exchange sites companies are working on the KYC and AML. That means if all of our data will be stored in the exchange site server itself.
Security becomes your responsibility to create future exchange sites. But the availability of the customer service becomes another important thing must need to be considered by you dude.
6227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Litecoin a Snail/slow coin? on: March 01, 2018, 10:03:34 AM
honestly after watching litecoins for years the coins is definition of snail.
moves so slowly.
why people love it and go dam crazy about it so much i do not know.

litecoin was launched in 2011 and its still not hit $500.
ethereum was introduced in 2015 and it has grown so much.

litecoin is so slow.
If you know about the fact of litecoin was not revolutionary as ethereum itself.
it has been created to fixed the scalability of bitcoin itself and no more and you can't expect more from the litecoin itself.

It's just like another bitcoin fork coin bit i called litecoin as a lite version of the bitcoin itself. remember ethereum offers smartcontract which that was something new in the crypto.

In this time it has been used by a lot of projects because they are seeing an opportunity in the smartcontract can be used to solved or created innovative ideas.
6228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How the regulations will affect crypto - my opinion on: February 28, 2018, 07:57:56 AM
I think you stated some points here but I tend to differ totally with your own opinion because the whole idea about government regulations is taking control. Government is always afraid of losing control. Giving them this singular role will mess the whole situation up in future. Why can't they leave crypto alone and face their business. I don't like the idea because we going to lose our financial freedom. Crypto is all about decentralization! Government have never had our interest at hand before and they can never have. Be not be deceived! Let us not fall to the sucker punch. They are wolves in sheep clothings.

With the regulations, we will not lose decentralization. Blockchain will ALWAYS be decentralized! Most expected regulation is KYC, which will only hinder our anonymity, not decentralization. And paying taxes from income is common sense, of course our gains might be a bit lwoer, but the decentralization is still there. You will nto have to pay anything while using crypto, all the regulation is in the process of fiat <-> crypto, not crypto <-> crypto.
As far as know there are some kinds of the blockchain. Blockchain with POS system that used the miners to secure the network. And another just like POS which use staking holders and many others. But the only true decentralized blockchain system is POW. Until the government can shut down all of the miners and then the blockchain will still alive. Regulation will only be related to revealing our identity.
The decentralization of the network never gets any problem about that. Even there are some miners are getting seized by the government and it will never make the blockchain be broken.
6229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO Could Surpass Bitcoin By The Year 2019 on: February 28, 2018, 07:41:52 AM
Are you kidding me? It's impossible for eth to go beyond BTC, how can neo go beyond BTC? I think the 2018 neo is likely to surpass eth.

This is pure speculation, don't it seriously dude. How people are trying to make a nonsense thread before they are seeing the latest chart of crypto. The only good thing from neo is dividend through gas emission that has been generated by the network. The smartcontract of neo doesn't seem good for me. Etheruem will always become the number two after bitcoin. If bitcoin really gets lightning network and then look all of altcoins will be doing more effort to compete with it.
6230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can an outstanding name for token\coin bring success? on: February 28, 2018, 07:38:11 AM
Recently espied the project named spacetrump and also a token named penis Shocked Therefore I'd like to get some comments - can some extraordinary (or just plain weird) name for token\coin affect its popularity and further success, what do you think?
That doesn't give any impact to the popularity, the popularity will come if the team can be completed all of their promises in the roadmap dude. There is so many shit coin with the unique name right now. But all of them worth zero due to the there is no usefulness to buy them all. They created to scam others. Unique name altcoin with not development progress and totally shit coin.
6231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC - Passports and documents for sale on Dark Web on: February 26, 2018, 11:41:04 PM
We shouldnt support any of these ICOs so that they wont require our IDs anymore, because our privacy shouldnt be compromised by anyone nor be use to any illegal activities.Im sure if there is no one who will join these ICOs they wont require any KYC verifications so that they can raise money as it is the main reason why ICOs do exist.

I agree.  Under no circumstances am I giving any of my KYC data over the internet, no matter what the company/project.  I'm very surprised that most people haven't already come to this conclusion and haven't just avoided these all together.  I know I will be.
Some scam projects just like UAHPAY was selling all of the investor's data to the internet. To participate in the ico with KYC compliance is too risky right now.
A lot of people are never thinking about that because the possibility to flip their money from this way.
6232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is It Possible to Buy Altcoins with Fiat Money on: February 26, 2018, 11:33:46 PM
I've seen some ICOs allow fiat purchases, so yes it is possible
But the fact that the majority of countries are considering about buying or making a direct transaction of cryptocurrency with fiat as illegal activity. That means if that was an unlawful act.
But where do people are buying altcoin directly?
Since the only possible thing to buy altcoin through the exchange site.

But those are accepting wire transaction have not made any cooperation with the bank itself.
6233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why the hell people invest in coins with a huge supply. on: February 26, 2018, 11:27:23 PM
So here I am looking at Coin Market Cap and the supply of coins. I'm just curious why the hell people invest in coins with a huge supply. Coins like Ripple, Tron, Cardano, Stellar Lumens, IOTA, and Tether, just to name a few. All of which have a supply into the BILLIONS. Thoughts?

*I've bought Tron and have gotten rekt since but am still learning.
What has made you bought tron? If you have become the oldest member of binance and liqui you can get it for free. Not sure about those projects were generating up to billlion amount but it doesn't make sense to me. The team was giving non-sense theory about that. But looks the majority of the project was aiming about mass adoption and that's why they were created so many supply up to billions supply.
6234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COSS - can it be among TOP 3 exchanges? on: February 22, 2018, 11:00:45 PM
Coss exchange needs so many improvements. A lot of people are complaining about they are all getting stuck to make an order and take the order. That was happening so many times.
It can't for this time. Have you seen how many 24 hours volume trade in coss compared with binance and kucoin? it will be more reasonable for you after you are seeing the latest volume of coss exchange site.
6235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [White Hat] Hackers Join Search for $530 Million in Stolen Cryptocurrency on: February 22, 2018, 10:51:51 PM
How can they trace all of the funds that have been stolen by the thief? Since anything in the crypto is encrypted by SHA and some coin just like those are using Pow system is fully decentralized and it doesn't like pos coin.

XRB was a new shining star till hack delay. Hope white hat hackers or someone will help them too as  a big % of XRB was stolen from Bitgrail. They already announced that they informed FBI and looks like Bitgrail is not able to handle or solve anything
Centralized exchange was obviously can't do anything. How bitgrail doesn't give any better response about that.
6236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Three coins which i am buying during the fall on: February 22, 2018, 10:47:51 PM
Three coins which i am buying during the fall
1 Wabi
2 Icx
3 Zil
Will hold them for three months.
whats your thoughts?
If you are early adopters from all of them and you are so lucky person dude. They all look very good in my opinion. Zilliqa trade 25x from the ico price in bitcoin pair and Icx is not so impressive just like wabi and zilliqa.
Wabi looks good also. They are all will be very good long-term portfolio rather than major crypto. As far as I know that they are all delivering something useful soon. Wabi and zilliqa working on the blockchain platform.
6237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rewards for holding on: February 22, 2018, 01:28:47 PM
Hello, everyone!

At the moment i am interested in coins, which give good rewards for holding.

Leasing Waves, for instance, is secure, but the interest of reward is tiny.

I also ran into Smartcash, which seems eligible, but haven`t tried it yet.

Who else has experience with holding? Which coin would you suggest and why?
And if we dig deeper, do You have experience with MN, which exactly and why?

Will be happy to read the answears
Getting reward by holding your amount is very close to a lot of emission and inflation. Rather than hold and get your reward and it may better to take a look on the staking coin which offers better system rather than those are promising some emission for every month through generate more coin and distribute it to all of the holders. It can't be considered as a dividend but it just likes another modern ponzi because there is no active source to earn income and that depends on the developer.
6238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What needs to happen for Ethereum to overtake Bitcoin? on: February 22, 2018, 01:26:00 PM
Hello dear community. I am 75% Ethereum right now, and I am wondering if there is a scenario in which Ethereum would come out on top (over Bitcoin).
What's a bit annoying is that whenever Bitcoin goes down, Ethereum goes down as well, which is not very logic since both coins have different purpose.

Share your thoughts please.
Thank you.
As said in your title and the answer should be the ethereum platform must deliver all of the roadmaps successfully. This time the crypto movement depends on the trend of the market. It's not been driving by any development update or progress from the project itself. Crypto just like a wild market that has driven by hype from all of those traders in the various exchange sites. Bitcoin and ethereum are really different each other but the trend doesn't care about that.
6239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter link to etherscan got me suspended on: February 22, 2018, 01:21:30 PM
Hope this topic is ok in this forum.  Just wanted to see if others have run into this?  I was replying to someone with an etherscan link and immediately got suspended.  I figured the etherscan url just got picked up as spam or phishing so I opened a ticket to appeal.  Twitter denied the appeal! Goodbye account.
Fortunately i wasn't a big twitter user, so whatever, but it surprised me they stuck to the suspension.
LOL twitter still consider all of the crypto related links as a suspicious link. If there will be more people on the twitter will try to think to make another report. That was obviously true if with only a single link and then your account gets banned. Said there will be so many people will get a lot of problems with it. My friends are getting the same result as you and all of their account got suspended. But with the different problem just like doin a twitter campaign.
6240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Altcoins to pump in 2018 on: February 20, 2018, 10:50:07 PM
Hello Guys,

I am new here and to trading, i just like to get some suggestion on altcoins that might probably pump this 2018 and what is the reason behind that it pump.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks
Bitcoin pump and then altcoin will be following it. Remember what already happened in 2017 after bitcoin gets big pump to the 20k range and the majority of altcoin get the same thing like bitcoin. The majority of them get more than 200 percent increase in its price. Let's say cardano and other altcoins. Just try to buy some and then keep them all until the end of this year. It should be a good choice.
