I can't even see the actual line. Sucks.
6262  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bitcoinica's fraud actions on: March 17, 2012, 09:52:51 AM

Okay, meelba, let me start off by saying

Bad Mr. Teacher. How is ur FPGA by BFL in Seoul ? wasnt it contraband ?

Aww. You're handicapped, aren't you?

Check this out.

I can do a search for my name and find 20 references to being a teacher, what I've bought in the past 10 months, and all of my businesses, even my home address! Not impressive faggot.

(Also, lol@thinking I'm a teacher still. That was sufficiently years ago now.)

Now go on about your idiotic non-lawsuit which is not happening anywhere other than your imagination while I finish getting my dick sucked by another model who claimed she'd never have sex before marriage.  Roll Eyes

EDIT: Back on topic:

Quote
After Zhou stole my 30k$ (trading against clients) I have succeded with my lawer on opening a criminal case against him.

Has your lawyer / teddy bear dressed in her sunday best at your imaginary tea party told you yet that in a lawsuit you need evidence? I haven't seen any yet.

Also, you're going to get a huge surprise if and when you actually do try to sue Bitcoinica. You'll find out soon enough.

Shh, you're going to spoil the fun.
6263  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bitcoinica's fraud actions on: March 17, 2012, 06:41:06 AM
by now I have 6 customers who are dissatisfied with bitcoinica.
And don't forget, this forum is not bitcoin, this is not anonymous, dont be stupid, think before write.

Nice! resorting to implied legal threats against us for mocking you?

It's not illegal for us to disagree with you, and I don't care if you know my identity or not. I don't care how many people you have lined up who dislike bitcoinica; some may have legitimate concerns, but the arguments you've given so far do not indicate that you do.

As far as I'm concerned, you're someone who did something stupid, got burned for it, and are now trying to compensate for your stupidity by suing someone who you are unable to prove did anything wrong. People were remarking on how stupid it was before you got screwed, and people laughed at you after it happened. I'm sorry you lost money, but if you play in a high-risk environment, you have to be prepared for losses.
Nicely said.
6264  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bitcoinica's fraud actions on: March 17, 2012, 06:32:25 AM
Just a question: where is the criminal case opened? In Singapore? Here in the US, I believe only the DA can file criminal cases. You can file a civil case with your lawyer.

Singapore? Zhou is not from Singapore.
Zhou is currently at Singapore for his studies, and if I'm not wrong he's originally from China.

Yep. And that's why posting your own position here is foolish, and getting liquidated is no news for me. I did chuckle when you posted your position last time.

Who were interested in this liquidation? nobody would buy 20 000BTC just for fun, and nobody could get profit from this trade except..... right.. bitcoinica.

I remember you posting this.
What is wrong with people buying x amount of BTC? I regularly buy BTC for fun and in faith of Bitcoin, should I ask for your permission first?
There was an influx of almost 300k USD just two days ago, is that wrong?

Do you actually trade in the real world? People regularly get liquidated but I don't see anyone going to sue their broker for their own actions.

So don't complain when people liquidate you. This is a free market, and you're preparing yourself to lose whatever you've placed in, same as  people shorting commodities getting debt-ridden.

I don't, or wouldn't... My Leverage is always manageable.  Smiley

The post was sarcastic.
Nope, not referring to you; I meant the OP. Just using what you've posted as an example to him lol
6267  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't Get Zhou Tonged!!! [Youtube - Song] on: March 17, 2012, 05:50:45 AM
Nice!

Anyone whos money has been stolen, please provide me full information about your cases.
I need your name, time (when), how much money, and please describe situation (would be great with screenshots ).

If we stick together we can return our money faster.

 Shocked
Hey, don't give that retard free advertisement! Cheesy

Next time I publish my Highly Leveraged position to everyone on the forum...

I can complain when other Highly Leveraged positions force my position to liquidate...

wait... didn't you gain your original position, by liquidating people in the first instance.

Weren't you the one that you posted your position on the forum a few minutes before you were liquidated?
+1 LOL
You're just waiting for a liquidation to happen. Remember to add that you posted your position on a public forum on your testimony too.
Zhou has been fair with his dealings so far, and have refunded people when something goes wrong on his side.

Remember to post the results. I'm waiting for my laughter to come.

I just wanted to remind everyone that an upgrade of SMF would fix this problem.
Tell that to theymos.
6273  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best pools for my hashrate? on: March 17, 2012, 01:43:40 AM
Planning on mining about 6 hours (or more if im out) a day while im at class, and im just wondering, while running between 240-300MHS (Radeon 6950) what is the best pool for me to be mining in?
A PPS/variant of PPS pool like abc/btcguild/eligius is good for casual miners. Go take a look in the pools subforum and pick the one with the lowest fee.
6274  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mine or buy BTC? on: March 17, 2012, 01:41:53 AM
Apparently after requesting to get out of this newbie section, I'm still here so I guess I'll just ask this question here first. Mining bitcoins looks pretty interesting, but based on the current difficulties and BTC value, I'm wondering if I should mine or buy BTC to invest.

I currently don't have a dedicated computer to mine with, but my current computer I'm using right now is able to hold only ONE video card. The cost of buying only one video card to start mining is not that much, but one video card will hardly generate any notable amount of BTC. But if I'll want a full dedicated miner, then I'll need at least a rig of 3 video cards, which I'll need to invest much more money to buy all the other hardware too. Is it more wise to spend the money on hardware and get a small steady income of BTC, or use this money to instantly buy the BTC and try to speculate to earn more BTC this way?
Depending if you want more or less. You might start to mine now but regret 1-2 months later *if* the prices soar high and you don't have more coins to be worthwhile. You might buy now and hold, that's the easier way to get more coins in a short time and lower investment. FPGA's and ASIC's will put your GPU miner out of the game if your power costs are high, remember.

I paid him and I have yet to receive a tracking #… Suspicious.
Did you use escrow?
I was stupid enough not to.

Really stupid enough.
Hmm. I wouldn't touch this stuff with a ten foot pole without an escrow.

6277  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: IT Administrator Mining on: March 17, 2012, 12:08:34 AM
I think you have me mistaken as a Gen M or something, which I'm not.  I'm upset at the attitude to destroy an individual when the people doing the destruction have also stolen things from their work places.  Perhaps not physical things, but still company resources.

Pot. Kettle. Black.
You missed the part where he actually did steal physical things.
+1 That's what crossed my personal morality lines.
6278  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Accusations against shakaru on: March 16, 2012, 01:20:33 AM
You fucking liar. You never produced what I wanted I proved that time and again. Obvious setup, funny that it appeared when I logged in. Didn't tell you that did they. Yes it magically appeared when I logged in. Fake crap that it was, they want to discredit me but they can't I keep coming back disproving their lies

The way you have acted you wont get a cent. Don't act like the victim because your not. Money is gone to charity anyway, it's gone to a better cause so be happy about that..

Would somebody be so kind as to tell me what permanently banned means as defined in this forum. Obviously it doesn't mean what I thought it meant.

~Bruno~

Yep. This tard and Atlas both.

Nikki the Bitch, standing behind me, seconds your reply.

~Cackling Bear~

Thirded. Not including atlas as he's much more fun then this poor kid. He kind of reminds me of a tard screaming to his computer when his game wouldn't load. Now where's the video when I needed it?

Buy through this, the thread said.
That said, I'm not affiliated with them and I give no guarantees on the workability of this purchasing gateway.
