You have good points but the only problem BTCitcoin has is if someone needs to use it in terms of spending, they need an internet connection and there are still some countries and some areas in each countries that don't have any access (at all) and that limits the usage.

BTCitcoin being regulated it shouldn't be a general question since it goes by case to case basis in terms of the country, and since few had some regulations so far, others may follow in the future as well. These regulations mostly don't benefit users but rather limit the flow of BTCitcoin usage in some indirect / direct ways instead.

From the looks of it, you haven't used it until now, right? Maybe try to sell them for good price would be better since it might still fall down as brand new even though it's surely an outdated mining rig and as result those who are looking to jump in the mining world, would surely buy it. That was one lengthy article. It has good points throughout as well. One of the main factors for them turning to BTCitcoin is, it's their only getaway since all other options seem to failed to live up with what it supposed to in the first place. The adoption will be the major challenge here since now everyone has internet and not all the merchants know BTCitcoin (until now). In regards to the huge inflation, I though my country of residence had the biggest inflation rate but it seems I was wrong. We've been on the inflation for so long (not anymore since recently were on deflation) that I could understand the damages done or will be done and if ever BTCitcoin reaches it's peak with stable value, then nothing would beat it and surely will be the best option for countries of such.

Also have second thoughts regarding the Satoshi Nakamoto quote. Honestly for the rest of plan, it's a bit hard to believe what they want to do. That wouldn't be called BTCitcoin anymore but rather Rubcoin (rubles crypto coin). I doubt this would happen since Russia as a whole (majority of powered people), seem to hate BTCitcoin with all the recent opposed punishments towards users (people/ organization) of this cryptocurrency there.

Well it would be a wise choice to set aside 15% of the income, completely un-touch (you never know, someday it will come handy). Around 50% for normal life expenses (foods and necessary expenses) and the remaining 35% could be used for buying new things or things that could fall as a luxury. The percentage differs a little bit for anyone depending on how they live.

Well it's not that simple even though by standard, a fee of .0001 BTC is enough but the calculation is a bit more complicated. Calculation of input and outputs have direct saying into the size of transaction itself, therefor the larger the size, the higher the fee should be, but some think only high amounts need large fees. Usually for fast transactions you should send 60 satoshi per byte and around 30 per byte for normal transaction.

Surely there will be new mining rigs popping out since the signs of mining rigs getting cheaper lately is one of it, plus it will be much more efficient (even though that won't apply to you since you said free electricity).
