7241  Other / New forum software / Re: [Feature Req] Profile Text on: November 07, 2015, 04:30:01 AM
I would like this to happen as well but if only it could reflect also somewhere down the personal message area so others could easily view it even without going to our profile's link as base on my observation if not applicable then the chances of actually someone seeing it is very minimal as users in general don't much go to someones profile except going straight to their trust feedbacks...
7242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 07, 2015, 04:11:49 AM
Stoke v Chelsea   1-2  nice odds

Man Utd v West Brom  Man Utd win

Arsenal v Tottenham  Arsenal win over 2.5 goals

Liverpool v C. Palace  Liverpool  over 1.5 goals

Aston Villa v Man City  0-2
If I were you, I would change to things with your prediction...firstly I would say, a draw if chelsea is lucky enough to snatch a point there as stoke are always hard to lose at their home plus they have acquired good players this season even though they haven't got good result and to add to that, their positioned one place above chelsea and wouldn't want to lost it to them so I go with 2-1 win for stoke or 1-1 draw at best for chelsea....Secondly considering the injuries arsenal have I rather put arsenal win over 1.5 goals instead
7243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Stupidity or Greed? Why Steal Bitcoin ATM? on: November 06, 2015, 06:20:29 PM
Apparently the first Bitcoin ATM machine (BTM) in US that has been stolen this nov,3 which makes it the 3rd BTM robbery case overall so far... According to the official statement "criminals would not be able to re-sell it because it is registered to the buyer with serial numbers linking them to the original owners. Moreover, no one except the owner will be able to get any bitcoins from the machines while most BTMs don’t hold a lot of cash inside as a rule."

So why would anyone target Bitcoin ATM machines... lack of knowledge, stupidity or something else?

7244  Other / Meta / Re: Forum dying? on: November 06, 2015, 05:33:50 PM
Just able to connect now to the forum after hours of 502 gateway and hope this time is fixed as earlier I was able to access sometimes only for short moments but again the error was back in...it seems related to the servers connecting the site
7245  Other / Meta / Re: How to check post quality? on: November 06, 2015, 11:19:14 AM
Is there any option to check quality of post that i write?
- Yes there are few websites that have an enabled script that checks the quality however have this in mind that all of them have false results as you could just post long post and it says your posting quality is excellent which the measuring system on it is completely wrong and shouldn't be taken seriously at all

What is most important in post to get a good score from forum staff?
- The answer is very simple, to be constructive to the topic but also do have this in mind that many post same replies all over the thread even though the answer has been answered already and in this case even if your post is constructive to the topic, it doesn't have any value therefore no contribution from your side to the forum which brings you to the result of post to count or rather just another spam post meaning in other words low score in terms of post quality
7246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't HODL!!! on: November 06, 2015, 08:37:40 AM
I personally pile up a bit of bitcoin and then spend it some where or transfer it to my bank and I never let it sit just on my wallet in order the flow continues which I think is needed as is always better to let the flow go rather than stop it and wish for a miracle to happen  Wink
7247  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Starting mining on: November 06, 2015, 04:38:39 AM
To answer to your question: I think an Antminer s3 with a normal PSU would fit your budget and the coin would be of course bitcoin although the basis for mining most profitable coin should also be taken this into consideration that depending on the price of electricity on your area, it can turn out not to be profitable to mine at all

7248  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Good places where you can buy Bitcoin miners at a discounted bulk price. on: November 06, 2015, 04:30:22 AM
There isn't a place where you could buy quality bitcoin miners at a discounted price for bulk orders as most online website I know only have 1 or 2 miners that they sell in a discounted price so if your looking for more, your best bet would be to open a thread in the following section: Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Goods > Computer hardware https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=75.0
And post the bulk mining equipment's your after with budget and your country of place as many do sell this way their miners in bulk as if you check that section, you might even find some threads already
7249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fake LocalBitcoins Android App is Phishing For Bitcoins on: November 06, 2015, 04:12:02 AM
Thanks for alerting us with this application as it could result to many losing their bitcoins (Some already)... half of the comments there are misleading as their only fake comments saying it works and the other half complaining the loss of their bitcoin... I think if you move this thread to Scam Accusations section it could help into being noticed by users
7250  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you think signature Campaigns will still continue when btc goes $800 ? on: November 05, 2015, 04:34:00 PM
They will be still here but with some sort of rate adjustments in which if the rates as result are not somehow fixed then I'm afraid it might even lead to some members spamming just so they can keep up with the rates before but if everything is fixed from start (ex. $0.20 per post in BTC) then no matter the change of bitcoin value, everything would stay the same and less chances of others spamming the forums at least....
7251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 05, 2015, 04:12:09 PM
no matches in these few days at EPL until october 7th and tonight it's time to champion league and i will stay alone these thread
until weekend
i think you wrong about month bro, that is november 7th, 3 more days
and any match london derby in 1 day after,  Arsenal Vs Tottenham Hotspur

wau, Arsenal Vs Tottenham Hotspur will be very interesting. Hotspur in the winning series, and Arsenal is slightly better but after debacle in Munich all chances is open
Yes exactly, the thing with last nights horror show for Arsenal was that injuries was one of the reasons that led to this scoreline the got, their RB ( Mathieu Debuchy) and one of the CB (Gabriel) were the back up ones and on the middle they do have a lot of injuries as well which they used RW (Campbell) which his last game was just his debut in the league and to add to that up, the rest of the team is under pressure of not getting rotated and as result being jaded and the upcoming Tottenham match would be a match that they don't want to lose at all since it's a derby and its Arsenals biggest rival so I think it would be a close hard fought win for Arsenal even though they lack the strength
7252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin Will Not Survive", says Jamie Dimon on: November 05, 2015, 01:22:09 PM
There's another similar thread with another similar link as well in the following link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1237980.0
Problem with him is, he speaks too much without knowing the whole picture and now everyone knows it...I don't know if thats how really he thinks but it seems that is a manipulative speech
7253  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Guess the coin ( Word Game For Mobile and Tablet ) on: November 05, 2015, 11:49:28 AM
This is so cool, a fun app to kill time and an interesting way to push myself into remembering all the coins stuff... thanks for this as if I'm not mistaken its the first of it's kind in terms of bitcoin category apps... Do you have a plan to implement some sort of rewards some where along the app in the future too?
7254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New York Times Story today! Online now, In print in tomorrow's (Nov 5) paper. on: November 05, 2015, 10:37:06 AM
Yes indeed and the article is well written although there's a down side to this article as it seems thats not the only thing they recognized. For instance they also sited the ransom cases that have been happening lately which that alone have a negative impact in people's mind
7255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you going to spend your bitcoin on? on: November 05, 2015, 09:27:08 AM
Probably would be into some electronic gadgets which would be nice and good for a change as suppose to buying those using the traditional way of fiat and also the most thing I would like to use my substantial amount of bitcoin is in investing in buying mining equipments and hopefully one day,my own mining farm Wink
7256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jamie Dimond is talking too much shit! on: November 05, 2015, 04:56:55 AM
It's clear to me that he doesn't know the whole blockchain technology and yet comes out with a statement that makes himself looks stupid and give false predictions that many already know it could never happen... His (them) are still studying the blockchain and in a few months he would certainly make a different statement if he understand it actually
7257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here's the X-factor That Could Launch a Bitcoin Boom on: November 05, 2015, 04:41:52 AM
I do agree with the article but the problem is how and who will be able to make that hero app which if it was easy, it would have been out there already and yet no signs that I could see of at least... The thing is releasing an average app just for the sake of introducing bitcoin to the world might not really do any good, that's why dedication and hard work should be put in the app itself so it could succeed in introducing bitcoin and make it even much more popular as it is now... I do browse the google app store daily and until now all the bitcoin related apps that I could see and download are now that helpful as they should
7258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: where you get bitcoin news every day ? on: November 05, 2015, 04:32:31 AM
Mostly I get them from http://cointelegraph.com/ on a daily basis and also some more Google searches with bitcoin related keys and lastly on YouTube, I watched videos there, read the comment sections there and most of the time, there's an interesting article link somewhere there
7259  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is mining the best way to make btc? on: November 05, 2015, 04:26:51 AM
And to add up to what the above person stated, you should also have this in mind that using mining equipment is not that easy, specially for beginner and the reason why is that it requires a maintenance for itself, if your not well aware of the problem, it could be even much expensive than what you invested due to the damages the miner could get or even there was an instance a miner got on some sort of fire due to mining without an internet, so put these into consideration... So to answer your original question, the only way mining could be the best way and fast way to earn BTC is to have a great amount of GH/s mining power and on top of that have a low electricity on your place but the problem with good miners is that it really won't come cheap
7260  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: I need advice on mining hardware prices.... on: November 05, 2015, 04:20:36 AM
I suppose your just going to buy it for fun and to see how the whole mining world words for starters, if I'm correct then yes it's a nice start plus it's cheap ... But if your after earning something then you better think twice as it's not going to earn you anything at all  Wink
