I sent a pm about the carribean stud payouts/advertised house edge 2 weeks ago because they were so eager to fix the video poker payout mistakes I found last month.

I got a quick response saying thery would send it over to the "poker dudes" but nothing has changed 2 weeks later.  Maybe because Caribbean stud isn't poker, but either way, I guess I should of just posted it so the players knew

I believe your royal flush payout is off for Caribbean Stud.  It's listed as paying 50-1, the same as any straight flush.  It should be 100-1.

Also, it's worth noting that even if the payout were corrected, your auto-bet option would increase the house edge from 5.224% to 16.607%

Currently, the auto-bet simply raises 100% of hands, even when the player has a 0% chance of winning.

Perfect strategy would probably take an unnecessary amount of effort to program, but I think it would be reasonable and likely easy to program the feature to only raise if the player is dealt any pair or better, and fold everything else.  This strategy puts the house edge at 5.47%

I don't think using a VPN should get a player banned either.
IMO, it would be pretty difficult to know a real player from an alt. Can't comment.

Using a VPN doesn't get you banned and isn't against the rules.

If you use a VPN for promos that offer freerolls or no deposits though, you might disqualify yourself from the promotions.

This is his second tantrum about not being able to freeroll the site while using a VPN.  He's probably trying to qualify for the same promotion many many times and keeps getting busted.

BTW, I'm not violating any of your terms including multiple accounts, so it's straight up slander for you to suggest it.

Slander is when you say something which is false which damages someones rep.

I think you were looking for libel, which refers is when you use written words to damage someones reputation.

Your reputation isn't really affected though, since you were known for doing this kind of thing already.

(I could easily be a billion or so off somewhere)

Nobody gambles a billion dollar. Or have a billion simulations.

Most of us wont even have 5000 in total, so the sample size is too big.

Nobody reaches long run. Which is why we have to use math.

The bigger and bigger the sample size gets, the closer and closer the result will be to our theoretical value.  Bigger sample size = More  accurate.

THey do. Long run is the time not the money. You can bet $1 a day for a year and call it a long run.

So whats the minimum long run then?

Can they bet $1 a day for 6 months and call it a long run?

a week?

2 days?

Its of course possible to have profit on a long term, but most likely the people will not make profit at all by it.
At gambling you always need luck and the most people do not have this luck so you will lose money.
You are contradicting your own words. It is as you said - gambling=some random occurrences, you don't have influence over, therefore outcome can't be predicted or controlled.
You can be lucky for a short period of time and profit, you can probably be almost even for a longer periods. But in the end you only can diminish the losses while gambling everyday.

You just contradicted your own words after explaining how he contradicted his!

Quote
therefore outcome can't be predicted

Then you predict one can only lose

Quote
n the end you only can diminish the losses

Gambling does not exclusively apply to making bets with negative expectation.

If a gambler is able to manage his money properly and find enough bets where the edge is in his favor, at the end of his life he will be profitable.  Even though he may have had a couple losing years...
6287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: February 18, 2016, 01:10:27 PM
OPs Example was for one day

But his Topic said "long run"

The long run will never be reached, but 1,000,000 days is closer than 1:

If this 1,000,000 day simulation were run 1,000,000 times, the chance of either player group winning one single time is less than is less than 900,000,000,000:1

So you would have to run ( 1 million simulations 1 million times ) ~900,000,000,000 times for a 50% chance of either group finishing a 1 million day simulation winning 1 or more pennies.

(I could easily be a billion or so off somewhere)

Dear users,

Before all else, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that cause on freezing the 11mbtc 300GDT Freezeout  tournament the other day. We have sorted out the minor technical problem that has caused the error. We will relaunch the same tournament today (18 February) from that point where it has stopped functioning at 9pm site time, i.e the same time as it was launched the other day.

Please rejoin us today and good luck to you all.

Hopefully you checked with them first, they shouldn't have to choose between rearranging their schedule and finishing a tournament that was scheduled to finish on another day.  (just distribute the prizepool based on chip counts, trust me - its the only fair option...unless they all agree on a time)

Also, if players were stranded in a paused tournament for 10+ hours, and your response is that you're "diligently working 24/7 to address your issue", it's probably not a good idea to later claim it was a "minor technical problem"

6289  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 3 BTC BONUS on: February 18, 2016, 08:27:27 AM
Hello,

I logged into your poker client an hour later as I forgot about the 11mbtc tournament.
I was on a final tabled and it was freeze? Other guys said it was stuck for an over a hour?!
Will you issue a refund or something similar? When it will be resumed?

LOL, 10 hours later - missing support/staff to tell what happens, no refund, no reaction at all.
Tournament is still paused.

I think there will be no refund like usual, it is kinda annoying when we play on tourney for an hour or more but freeze on the final table.
I think if the poker is frozen, they need to split the prize-pool to the remaining players or just restart it just for the remaining players.

Unless all players agree on a time to restart, the only option is to chop remaining prizepool according to chip count imo

(maybe the reason was VPN, what is against official policy)

I wasn't aware of any rule against VPN.  Can you show where it says that?

VPN opens opportunities to launch any possible amount of accounts what is against our rules and actually what was abused by this specific user multiply times (not only by IP actually). In the same time, using VPN could cause additional issues with functionality of the site, while we have different rules for different locations (like we don't accept players from certain countries and some of our functions are not working within specific regions).

And additionally for justbc - bonus terms:
"All bonuses are limited to one person per household address and IP address. Any attempt to try to deceive Bitcasino.io by registering multiple accounts to gain bonus money will be deemed as bonus abuse and will result in the account(s) being suspended and the removal of your funds."

VPNs have many different purposes.  You can't assume that everyone who uses one also has multiple accounts.

I understand why using a VPN could disqualify a user from your promotions like the free bet or a no deposit offer - which is why you make it clear in the specific promotion terms with the ip address rule.

But what about all the bets made that aren't involved in these promotions.  Theres no 1 user per household/ip rule, is there?  Sometimes people who like to gamble with bitcoins live with other people who like to gamble with bitcoins, so I would hope not...

Is the very act of using a VPN a violation of your General T&C?

6291  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♛ BitCasino.IO - BIGGEST BITCOIN CASINO! 750+ games, 25000+ BTC in jackpots on: February 18, 2016, 08:04:56 AM

I think the OP was referring to multi-accounting using VPN to bypass certain security measures. Like the "One entry to a promotion per IP/household/etc.".

Probably,

But unclear responses about official policies are rays of hope for those who are trying to get away with something.

If they dont respond soon, a rant from justbtc is inevitable and he will be even less reasonable.

No, I'd be emailing them to get the bet refunded because that was the point of the promotion.

You withdrew your entire balance without ever placing the bet.  What would there be to refund?

And obviously a bigger problem is they weren't accepting any optimal winning bets.

I don't understand.  They didn't accept your bet.

What makes it obvious they aren't accepting any winning bets?

By "winning bet" are you saying you found a lot of value in their price, and you accusing them of not accepting the bet because they don't like their own line?

This is completely different than not paying a bet which was accepted.  Accusing them of both doesn't seem logical.

Were you referring to the promo which basically made it a 100 mbtc freeroll?

I don't think the promotion should be considered when deciding whether or not the bet should count or not.  The promo clearly has terms that are seperate from the sports book, so not all users are eligible.

The last complaint you had was after you used a VPN to claim a no deposit bonus.  Did you use a VPN when trying take advantage of this promotion too?

This promotion is similiar, it essentially offers anyone who can make a bet a 100mbtc freeroll.  Obviously they wouldn't allow someone to just use a VPN and make as many 100 mbtc as they want.

Terms from this promotion:

Terms from last promotion, which you used a VPN for then had a tantrum when they wouldn't pay you:

Also, thanks to Seal for pointing out the Betcoin shill account. I suspected as much myself.

No problem.

I have to point out though that you are using some of the same illogical tactics to make your argument that Betcoin management and their shills do by referring to me as just a troll, or my posts "spam".  THey have also went out of their way to tell me how much money I'm making them by posting evidence in their thread which proves they have done something scummy again.   Here's the pm I got from them yesterday:

The staff looks at all the work you put in and appreciates your work ethic and commitment.  You really should be earning good bitcoin and building equity instead of having everything deleted from Betcoin or moved to the next page of the forum as more posts are added.  Ultimately, you just waste time while keeping Betcoin on the front page of the thread which means more traffic, more signature campaign members, etc.  We think you have a strong work ethic and could be a great contributor as you once were.  The amount of time and energy you have put in so far is truly remarkable.  It shows us that we have something special because every great company has people this passionate, but we want to channel your passion to help you more as you once were a great member of the community.  We look forward to your thoughts.

same tactic as this:

Guys Trolls, thanks for the bumps. As long as you keep topping the thread it's a win for me and a loss for BitCasino.

I'm intending to keep posting a daily update as long as humanly possible or until they pay me my winnings. So I hope you stick around and keep bumping it up.

Thanks  Kiss

and this:

You trolls are all the same... but thanks for the bumps! It's great that this conversation is staying at the forefront, as I'll make sure it does for many weeks to come.

Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they are just a troll.
When you thank these people for the bumps, your childish attempt at reverse psychology is pretty bad.

*** WARNING ALL PLAYERS ***
BitCasino may cheat you like they did to me!

Here's the short version of what happened:

  • BitCasino sends me a promo asking me to make a multibet on Juventus / Napoli and Arsenal / Leicester. So I decide to give them another chance in spite of the fact that they did not honor my sportsbook winnings previously. (seized the funds which were fairly won in the sportsbook, see below)
  • I try to make the wager, Juventus X Arsenal (90 min) repeatedly and their system rejects it every time.
  • I report it to live chat who doesn't fix the problem but promises to. I get an email follow up promising to fix the problem. I get another email saying the problem is fixed.
  • I try to make the same wager, now 7 hours after it was reported. Still their system rejects it.
  • My wager, which I clicked submit / "place bet" on over and over, would have won 265 mBTC.
  • BitCasino acknowledged that their system was at fault, claiming it had been fixed but it had not.
  • BitCasino offers me a lotto ticket to keep me quiet about this, claiming it's worth 250 mBTC. But this is a lie -- the actual value is nowhere near that.

I wanted to keep this post relatively short because I'm going to repost it every single day in an effort to steer players away from BitCasino. However if you want to see the full, documented and evidenced logs of what happened, please follow this link: Full Evidence.

*On a previous occasion I won almost 200 mBTC fair and square in their sportsbook and the funds were seized when I cashed out. They claimed that my IP address had been used previously by someone else, which is ridiculous when you understand that IP's are frequently shared and reused as a limited resource (I use a VPN so obviously another person could share mine).

You know what's a good assumption to make?

If a reputable sportsbook invites you to wager on something that they're willing to accept winning wagers, not just losing ones. Hence why BitCasino isn't reputable.

You know what's a good assumption to make?

If you report a problem placing a wager, the sportsbook accepts fault and say it's fixed, that you'd actually be able to place a winning wager after that. But you wouldn't have been able to, hence why BitCasino isn't reputable.

You know what the best assumption to make is?

If you couldn't understand what happened in plain English, you're illiterate.

I clicked submit / "place wager" a ton of times over a 7 hour period. I contacted support early on and they accepted blame for the problem and said it was fixed -- wouldn't happen again. I did literally everything possible to get that bet in, but they blocked me.

They were emailing all their users, begging for action on this game in the form of a parlay. But when you went to place the optimal winning bet it wouldn't work!!! If you don't see how absurd and evil that is, you've got another thing coming.

Assuming I was illiterate because I didn't find your explanation clear would not be the best assumption...Especially considering you were able to read the response I wrote, which was in English, after reading your post, also in English.

I wasn't sure I understood because I don't see why someone would think they should be paid for a bet that wasn't accepted.

This is like saying they offered you a line of credit, without telling you. It also opens them up to being exploited.

The only way I could see a situation where anyone would expect to be paid for a bet which wasn't accepted by the system would be if they were clearly told by support "We have accept your bet of XX btc on XX to win X match on X date/time" and then took the funds from your account, or told you that you could make the bet on credit.

Also, I think you posted the wrong link for "FULL EVIDENCE", the only thing I see is this:

just realizxed i can click through, looking at evidence now

Ok, so you're trying to say you were assuming they had accepted your bet when you sent this email?

Also if this is true:

Shouldn't you be asking for 265mbt x However many bets you made?

I do have one issue with how bitcasino behaved.  Telling players that a ticket to that lottery is worth 250mbtc is simply not true.  The lottery basically has 4 non progressive jackpots.  If they were progressive, the value would be around 60 mbtc.

I don't know the exact details of the draw, but if nobody hits 5 of 5 numbers, the casino keeps 40 Bitcoin for themselves.  Last month they paid a total of 7.5 BTC with over 4000 entrants, nobody  even got 4 of 5. 19 people got 3 of 5 and split 5 Bitcoin, and 184 got 2 of 5 and split 2.5 Bitcoin.

Every thread I go into there is somebody attacking and spamming a casino thread.  I guess when you have hundreds of players daily, you can't please everyone.  This is personally one of my favorite bitcoin casinos and certainly does not cheat its players.

This is one of Betcoin.ag's shill accounts that I've recently busted IN THIS POST for attacking me with multiple accounts on this forum.  He only made this post because I posted ITT.  (this particular account has a passive aggressive personality)  I suspect he is actually managment for Betcoin, you can read why here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1365849.0  (don't respond ITT please, dont want to derail)

How often does the Sunday Special runwith a gtd of 115k?
Would look but this site freezes my cellphone.

Every sunday.

They have a $215 50k and a $530 30k also

Betcoin couldn't think of anything else to spam last weekend I guess they went with this.

I recommend playing them on 5dimes, betdsi or bookmakers if youre looking for a site that doesn't care who you are or where you live and accepts Bitcoins with quick withdraws

Whoa 5dimes! Had no idea they stepped into bitcoin. Really only use pinny and greek but will check those sites out again.

Please also checkout our leader and organizer of the entire poker structure www.AmericasCardroom.eu, which we also highly recommend!

Yes ACR is fine too unless you live in certain countries or US States and dont mind sending in dox.  Also, Bitcoin payouts are not available to all.

Here's what the tournament director said about Betcoin after reading the thread I made here: http://pokerfraudalert.com/forum/showthread.php?11404-Betcoin-ag-Scams-Scandals-and-Shadiness-Galore

I'd like to thank TouchySeal and all other trolls for their bumps in advance.

Every time you bump it's drawing more attention to BitCasino's unscrupulous behavior.

I'll be keeping this active myself anyway, but the more the merrier.

PS: The fact that Seal doesn't address the more recent complaint shows that she agrees with me there  Grin

I'm not sure I understand.

Did your bet ever get accepted?

Were the funds removed from your account before the match?

I might be misunderstanding but are you saying the system rejected your bet, you emailed support who replied its fixed, then it still rejected your bet, now the event is over and you would of won - so you think they should pay out a bet that was rejected?

That's kind of silly to assume the bet was on and they just extended you a line of credit and the bet would be settled afterwards...

You want the 5dimes Sharktank Poker Room (the grand poker room is much smaller network)

Feel free to pm if any questions. (It's a bit confusing)

I can confirm that one review site is helping with this. They said they'd help me look into dealing with the Montenegro sanctioning body who purportedly licensed BitCasino. Said they're sure BC wouldn't have a leg to stand on if it goes that far.

Staying optimistic.  Cool

Which review site?  No need to keep that secret.

I have a feeling you are either twisting their words or just making stuff up.

Bitcasino has pretty clear T&C for their bonuses:

https://bitcasino.io/about/casino-bonus-terms

Seems pretty clear and reasonable to me.

Considering that you are someone who uses VPNs all the time and claims No Deposit Bonuses on Bitcoin Casinos I think it's extremely unlikely that you only have one account.  Even if you do have only one account, it doesn't matter.

All that matters is you claimed a bonus from an ip that had already been used to claim a bonus.  You broke the rules.
