Because money is printed out of nothing, how could Portugal give up this right to ECB?
For a normal citizen, he might not have any choice but obey the government rules, but for a government of the country, how could they give up this biggest right of the country to someone else?
I think none of the government officials understand how money creation works
within the euro-zone it works like this: the ezb does not give money to states/governments. it only lends to banks, mostly private banks. the banks pay 0.5% interest. the banks lend that money to states/governments for - let´s say 8 or 10 % interest and make a large profit. why on earth would a private owned bank (most of them zombie-banks, already bankrupt) get it´s € for free but entire economies/countries (with cities, streets, schools, millions of people, etc...) have to ask those banks and pay more than 10 fold the interest rate than a bank ? banksters have taken it all. they let the people in greece or portugal suffer. banksters pay 0.5% |

Wenn Du selber eine USt-ID-Nummer hast, dann musst Du diese dem schwedischen Unternehmen mitteilen. Die berechnen dann keine USt. auf ihrer Rechnung. Und diese VAT-Nummer gibt es aber nur als Firma, Gewerbetreibender oder Freiberufler. Und genau das ist hiermit gemeint: der Abnehmer ist ein Unternehmer (diese Voraussetzung wird durch die Verwendung einer Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer (USt-IdNr.) eines anderen Mitgliedstaates dokumentiert) und Ergänzend und zur Info: USt-ID-Nummern können online verifiziert werden. Daher, such dir einen Bekannten mit einer Firma und USt-ID, lass ihn bezahlen, er kann dann die Rechnung absetzen (wenn er sich nicht in die Hose scheißt). Du zahlst ihn bar ;-) so ist es. bei meiner knc-rechnung war keine umsatzSt. erhoben. |

Ya things aren't looking that great. I was fine with the lateness up until I found out that Avalon is shipping the many 10'000's of chips out before we are getting the product we ordered months earlier  And now there looks like a decent amount of evidence indicates that a lot of pre-mining is being with the machines before they are being sent out, which is even worse. Of all the people ordering from Avalon, batch 3 has the worst ROI, behind most of the Avalon clones that are coming out (which are much cheaper than what we paid...) Perhaps the Cyber-Gods are getting back at me for bashing BFL all those times about how late they were... avalon batch III buyers have sent tons of bitcoins towards a company that used this money -to build the promised product, but used it for mining itself -to produce a competing product (avalon chips) that destroys the roi for avalon batch III -actually sell the competing product before batch III not only did they steal from the paying customers. on top of that they use the stolen assets to defraud the customer who was nice enough to finance his own subterfuge. |

Is this just one piece of tax that is zero, but there are other taxes (flat tax) that would still need to be paid? No, that a example is for the Tax don't have to pay on BTC. It's 1750€ you save now when selling BTC. Flat Tax on Capital Gains is ~28% (Made out of capital gain Tax (24,4499% - 25,0000%) + solidarity tax (1,3447 % - 1,3750 % or 5,5% of the capital gain tax) + church tax(0-2,2005 % or up to 9% of the capital gain tax). After one year, you save the whole tax.  Haha, yeah. So what can I do from the US to take advantage of this no tax beauty? Do I need a German bank account? Do I need to hold my bitcoins "in Germany?" Do I need to sell my bitcoins in Germany? I saw reference to Mtgox. Does that mean people buying/selling on Mtgox who live in Germany are saying their local laws govern taxation of their capital gains? buy german bitcoins.  |

gerade weil es genug betrüger gibt zum thema bitcoin sollten doch die ehrlichen leute zusammenhalten.
Vielleicht solltest Du noch tiefer graben, bis zum Thema bitcoin.de. Zu den Grundehrlichen Leuten, auf deren Wort man sich 100% verlassen kann, gehört der Angesprochene nicht. Vielleicht gehört er auch nicht zum absoluten Abschaum, aber es gibt eben auch noch einen grossen Graubereich. Vielleicht bin ich da aber zu alt(modisch). Ich kaufe z.B. auch keine Kamera, gehe dann damit 3 Wochen in den Urlaub und mache danach vom Widerrufrecht gebrauch. Das mag rechtlich völlig in Ordnung sein, entspricht aber nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Vielleicht ist auch nur mein Massstab zu hoch. Wir Beide haben da ähnliche ethische bzw moralische Vorstellungen. Nur weil rechtlich wie im Falle von bitcoin.de eine Stornierung bei Kurseinbruch anscheinend in Ordnung ist, heißt das für mich noch lange nicht, dass ich davon Gebrauch machen würde, bzw dass ich das dulden würde. Derzeit hängt bei bitcoin.de ein Verkauf von mir, seit 3 Wochen fest und ich bin nicht bereit eine Storno zu akzeptieren, da ein Käufer nach ein paar Stunden, die Transaktion als Bestätigt markiert hat, weil der Kurs ein wenig gestiegen ist. In den nächsten Tagen brach der Kurs ein und seitdem werde ich vertröstet. Man sollte IMMER FAIR sein, denn wenn nicht, braucht man sich nicht wundern wenn man irgendwann für seine vorangegangenen Taten gescholten wird. Ich bin alles andere als ein Unschuldslamm in meinem bisherigen Leben gewesen, aber spätestens mit 20, so vor knapp über 10,11 Jahren habe ich gemerkt, dass das Meiste einen einholt und man gut daran tut, zu versuchen seine Fehler ungeschehen bzw wiedergutmachen sollte und die selben nicht zu wiederholen. Wie eine weise Person zu mir mal sagte: "Es gibt nur zwei Sachen im Leben die man beeinflussen kann, ob man absichtlich, etwas Gutes oder etwas Böses tut!" das sehe ich auch so. |

ja, der artikel ist der hammer. da steht dass bitcoin gewinne nach einem jahr steuerfrei sind, während aktien, anleihen und zertifikate mit 25% besteuert werden. 25 : 0 ! |

Bitcoin-Gewinne sind nach einem Jahr Haltefrist nun offiziell steuerfrei? Keine 25% Abgeltungssteuer, wie bei anderen Kapitalerträgen aus z.B. Anleihen oder Aktien? Selbst bei Online-Poker, Sportwetten, Glücksspiel etc. fallen 3% Steuern an. Das macht eine Investition in BTC wirklich attraktiv. Ist der Gewinn aus Bitfunder-Assets in dem Sinn ebenso als "privates Veräußerungsgeschäft" zu sehen und somit steuerfrei? Dass das Verlustrisiko nun bei den Investoren und Anteilseignern verbleibt und nicht auf die Gesellschaft mittels Steuern und Staatshilfen abgewälzt wird ist nur fair, die Gewinne werden ja auch nicht privatisiert. Für den Großteil der Kunden greift ja sowieso die Einlagensicherung. hier mal ein beispiel: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=160292.0und auf die restlichen 100 000,- darf der kunde mit 300,- (!!) pro tag zugreifen. fair ? |
