I would venture to say no. Keeping tabs on senders is a costly endeavor that even the post office doesn't take on, as you can see with all the public and unmonitored mailboxes all over the place. Hmm. I never thought about it, but your right. The post office does not know the sender either. I guess that is why the anthrax killer got away with it. |

The answer for me is to keep less money in the bank. I want to be able to liquidate my entire account whenever I say so. This looks to me like an attempt to avoid bank runs. Why would a bank do that? Do they know something I don't?
I would not chance with those bozos. I would trust them with no more than I can withdraw.
