3. The limitations are 0.05 – 10 ETH
4. Special Prizes – For each stage That who contributes 9-10 ETH will get free tour to Georgia, accommodation, Tours to the city / Kepler Labs / Kepler Infrastructure.

By tours to Labs etc... you mean after the factory is complete right? And founding members will have something special in return apart the title on your platform? For funding the EHF Project, the following investment size at Pre-ICO and ICO, Round 1 is necessary:
Soft Cap – $ 2 000 000;
Hard Cap– $ 210 000 000.
Why is the difference between soft cap and hard cap 100 times? This is a big difference. By the way, in white paper you only have:

Where is the table for Investment Plan for soft cap?
Softcap usually indicates the minimum amount for project continuation. So I guess even if ICO will gather only $2 mil, the project will go on, the question is how fast... I'd also want to see some numbers in case only softcap will be raised, but I think the number will be much higher. If I'm not mistaken, devs said that they are negotiating with private investors, and imo majority of investments here will come from private or institutional investors. that's what I though. the softcap is the minimum amount for proof of interest. hard cap is the amount needed to develop the project fully. That's a very interesting way of describing soft cap and hard cap. Hard cap is amount to limit the funding to come in. Doesn't necessarily means amount needed . Amount needed are beyond the soft cap Perhaps you are right, projects that can raised hard cap are not always would successful - they become lazy and don't work well. I prefer projects that raise little more of soft cap and this is enough for the project to develop gradually. |

You think so? Is KickIco a website with a lot of visitors? It's a bit strange to vote for a reputation platform. Maybe Repu should try to integrate their system into Kickico so we can be sure no one is cheating. Joking, but it could be an idea for the future.
Kickico is a platform for adversiting ICO projects. And they have some succesfully projects on the platform (Universa for example). Its only adversiting everything is okay and nothing is strange here - things goin right in the project KickICO is a pretty respectable ICO platform.. although they haven't existed for a very long time they do all things right. KickICO just launched last year and they are like a Kickstarter for ICOs, so I see no problem for Rep to be listed there. yeah, it's too bad the kickIco token isn't worth much. I hope Repu will leave it in the dust. At the moment, at kickico rating - REPU on the 15th place out of 85 participants - I think that this is not a bad result, given that they recently got there. |

I think 2025 is a long time in cryptoworld but it shows me that the devs of ehealth is serious and made their gameplan, they are trusting their project and thinking that they can raise a good amount of money which we can use at least 2025. So I'm very curious about this project. It can be a milestone in the blockchain industry that shows some projects can take long time to happen but still brings good returns.
You are absolutely right! A very long time, great risks for investors, but take a look at the bitcoin, how did it go? How much time has passed since its inception? And now very many bite their elbows looking at the price tag! Although some 6 years ago it could be bought for pennies! This project is going to do a very good job! And if he realizes all his plans, the price of coins will soar! I think if you trust the developers you will not have a problem with holding their tokens. I think their large whitepaper showed us that they are serious about it. That's like an avalanche - if the whales of the market feel fine, all of the rest who know the topic are also fine. Most decent idea I've seen lately!! Universal platform Kepler will benefit the world! projects such as KEPLER, will become part of our lives in the near future!
I fully agree, such a large-scale project requires a lot of funding - but it can bring benefits to humanity and produce a revolution in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. |

Its a very challenging project, if somebody could pull this off is the team behind it. Is the main reason i have great expectations.
Yeah, the idea is bold but the timeline is too long. Take the bitter with the sweet. I think the timeline is too long but still, i think it is way better than the other projects so i can take the chance. Yes, but a too long timeline can easily lead to a project that will never finish. Yes, but if the team have a good plan and stick to it also the money needed are raised time is not a problem. The only question is whether they fulfill all their obligations at each stage of the roadmap. If so, no matter how long is the project - everybody will be satisfied with the company's activity. Everything will depend of ICO outcome. The project is big and not simple - I didn't get to read all the whitepaper. Let's hope that large investors who are able to fully study all the aspects of the project will attract the interest. |

What we want to do is different thing. We want to use blockchain and give the possibility to General public and crypto community to invest in High-tech development. 1. this will be very good for investors to accumulate huge income. 2. Good opportunities for developers/inventors to create or invent something. 3. Benefit for the society in General. of course there will burn the unsold tokens.But i think a good alternative is also give it back to the investors.
Increasing the supply decreases the price of the tokens, so i think burning them is a good choice from KEPLER team for investors. Most of the investors prefer burning than increasing. I can promise that there will be no new tokens released. <<< you can check our smart contracts on Githab Later. About Burning unsold tokens, there were huge discussions about it. We already have buyers, the private companies who will be buying unsold tokens for fiat money. FOR the same price as on exchanges. This will be way better then burning as we have investors who can buy more then 100 m tokens. This will end up good for investors as we will have all the money we need to make Kepler Successful. yes, at the moment EHF will be a software platform.
there's no need to go into the hardware business at least at this point.there are other companies that are doing it and it's better to focus on something. That is of course true, but on the other hand it would maybe not harm to make partnerships with some hardware companies to get a better working eco system afterwards for software and hardware, if this is possible. Making partnership with hardware vendor sure will make a win-win solution for both sides. I don't know if there are suitable partners, this whole area is not simple and requires special knowledge. Everything will depend of eHealth team, of the ability to find suitable partners afrer ICO. Let's just wait fot their collaboration with software manufacturers and see the result. In case of success, the devs will probably turn into some hardware staff. However, it is way too early now to even project that collaborations can be expected later on in this field. this project is gonna take a long time to develop. only after can they start considering hardware development. I agree, it's too early to talk about this at this stage. Now for eHealth team need focus at ICO program, this will determine the further development. |

Whitepaper consists of 30 pages. I like that there are not many pages - cumbersome documentation with complex terminology discourages to reading,
but here everything looks understandable.

Interesting idea. How does it compare to Evernym?
These are slightly different projects, the Evernym have an emphasis on the identity of the individual, in REPU on her reputation. I agree the projects concepts are similar, but comparing them is not entirely correct .. Perhaps there is a chance that they will cooperate, and it's will become good partnership? Such things happened before when projects have similar concepts. |

IMDB - this good example, and I think this rating platform objectively assesses the films! Although of course I've heard about the cases of manipulation, but these were single instances and they are suppressed. |
