I rather think that you were not able to track him/her down and decided to go this "I´m a super PI and am not working for less than 75 bucks an hour" way. It is very important to have a service that takes credit cards, i know about the difficulties and the chargebacks but such a service could bring Bitcoin into the mainstream, so keep on going.

What Branny owns is his affair. Properties owned by his company are the business of his company, Investors can request information in the normal way. Why are you asking it like this in such a public forum? Most reasonable people would ask quietly and then maybe go public if there is an issue.
