I can tell you right now I can get Poloniex to return your coins as they are a U.S. entity and subject to such laws. What is qoura trading against BTC and USD. I want to make sure I will not be wasting my time.

I just need a card that can be activated at any cash register honestly, I was just trying to learn the process while doing it. information is power but Pos companys do not like people to know how it works for security reasons I imagine.

Let me go do a little research, but if you seize property thats not yours.. they have a common name for that.

I had a long google+ convo with his buddy, AmericanBit. I guess he thought I was playing around with him, he pretty much said that because Ryan is paying dividends this can not be a scam. This is not true he could be pulling a ponzi.
(anyone know where the dividends are derived from?)
Then he asked what Ryan was doing wrong, I pulled the F.S. and the US G.S. that defined unregistered security laws. He told me it would "take deep pockets" to pursue him in any wrong doing. I think he is referencing the fact that Mr. Gays mother is a Lawyer.

Mr. Gays offenses are not for weed, they are for Pills and obtaining them by false pretenses aka perscription fraud. He also has one for battery, AmericanBit is a close and personal friend of Ryan from what I can gather they have very close addresses in their history and he seems to know Ryan rather well.

This is my personal opinion of the whole situation, you have a spoiled over privileged person. Who has gotten off with a smack on the wrist for everything he has done in his life due to his parents standing. 1 owning a very large business the other being a Lawyer  allowing him to pretty much do what he wants through out his life. When I called his place of work yesterday they I chatted the lady up in order to gather information, she said he normally does not come to work untill after 2pm I proceeded to ask when the business closed she said 5pm. The lady also proceeded to tell me they have not seen him in a couple of days. Now from what I put am seeing this is the typical habits of someone who is on hard drugs.. not weed.

You are right give him a little time, I have already been contacted by multiple share holders to recover assets. If he has not cleared the air by Monday then I am going to turn some screws.

They are just turning the funds over to the qora foundation? If so you need to contact them and make a claim against your rightful property. The qora foundation needs to hold these coins and pay claims with them.

I do not know a freaking iota about plastic card encoding I am looking for a couple of answers.

How do gift cards get activated at the register?
How hard is it to implement or get encoding in order to work with all POS that take visa/MC?
I understand that their is a track 1 & 2 but have no clue what each one does.

Banking with interest rates on with small scale community banks work... look at credit unions. Its when banks become huge, they start to need more investments to pay that %. Thus taking the money out of the community, investing it in go know what.
I only use credit unions cause they have way better advantages then banks do lower interest rates, not as strict on lending reqs and best of all I can actually go in and talk to a human being about things... no 1800indiadialup on the phone for 2 hours.
Yes being in the credit union cost me a whole 1$ dollar a month, but do you know where that dollar goes? To the upkeep of a hospice house they built for its members, they also just donated 3 million dollars to a local historical site to keep it afloat for the next 20 years.
All the money collect from the community stays in the community all loans are local, the tellers all know you by name when you walk in its all and all a way better experience.

The only reason I am not still tearing into this one is simple,
1. The first round of miners will never be in possession of the company itself
2. If they do not do as promised I am sure the hosters will repo units for the security
3. Spondoolies, and Cowboyminer are good business people, why got involved with this as far as they have I have no clue.

The more rollover of bitcoins through business the better I feel, It makes it less of a investment to the common person "pretty sure they think of it 1 of 2 ways, its like gold or wow gold" when people can use BTC in every day life, the more friendly it becomes.
