For me it would be probably MyEtherWallet because you can't open your wallet if you don't have the Json File and they dont get your and its a self wallet they can't see your wallet.

It is because the system is overloaded and can't process your payment quickly just wait and hope for the best.
 

For now i don't think there's  a way that you can send without fees but fees is a very small portion and its nothing to worry about.

The reason why you cant do that cause you are not a full member and up, If your one now try it again.

First you should go and sign-in to a Bounty(always make sure that the bounty you will join is not a scam)
join them in their signature campaign.(Signature campaign is a campaign that you will just post with requirments
You will get paid by their token or other tokens/coins
then take that to and exchange site for example-Poloniex
Sell that coin for btc then your good to go!

It's really possible i earned $368 in just one month just joining a Very trusted and good Signature campaign like this, So if i got that amount of money so could you.

I sold my Altcoin to ETH and i didn't notice any problem.

If you want to trade and not loose that much trade with a very stable altcoin dont trade if it the specific coin has a problem.

You get fees when trading but a small portion only like 0.015% etc. nothing to worry about.

For me i am getting errors when i buy using my BTC
So what i do is i buy a very stable token that you can use to trade
So if i want to buy ETH i would sell that token for ETH and i have it.

It takes like minutes-hours-days It just really depends to the traffic (if the system overloaded)

Go to the settings of your Bittrex accounts you can see 3 types of verification try to do all of that 3 and after you are done try again

(This worked for me when i withdraw my BTC yesterday.)

In the Philippines we use Coins.ph we just send the btc there and we just convert it.

It would be the fee, if not the traffic (slow sending BTC)

BTC has a very long proccess to cash out if, if you just have BTC and want to cash out simply send your BTC address to the wallet you are using to receive the BTC.

Poloniex is easy to trade with
Bittrex there are more coins you can buy

These 2 websites are good for trading.

There's a chance that you can profit from BTC now because of it's continues t go rise and rise,and there's still a chance to loose profit.

Investing in a BTC is very big, i suggested go for a half bitcoin or lower, then just hold (There's a risk that BTC can go down)
