Lets just wait and see how the price goes for the next 2 months. It took around the same time for Bitcoincash to reach the value it now has. I got the tokens for nothing so im holding for the medium term This is my own decision and of course I have no idea how its going to turn out  |

$10,000 is here to stay. if you weren't sure before, you should be sure now that price took a dive and recovered fast. there is a lot of actions going on these days and also manipulation is at its all time high. but the market also has grown too big which you can no longer expect big drops too often. you can place some low bid orders in $9xxx range but don't expect them to be filled anytime soon. there is no more drop in near future. specially with NASDAQ announcing their support for bitcoin now!
yes I think €10,000 is the new base price, it may go lower but it will only be very short trips but it will rise from the €10,000 price mark. When the price passed $11,000 the world sat up and took more notice, positively and negatively depending on who was reporting it! I heard it on the hourly radio news yesterday and this morning on the financial currency news as if it has been the norm for years. |

Big time investors along with small retail investors are both groups
which are affecting the bitcoin price. It is all types of people looking
to get in on the action.
Only yesterday i was listening to a comentator talk about JP Morgans
negativity against bitcoin and then they offer bitcoin trading to their
customers requests.
I am also hearing people getting interested in it who previously would
have nothing to do with it, these would be average working class people.

the downsides to Bitcoin have been talked about here on many many threads. The two biggest are the transaction speeds and the transaction fees which are linked to a degree. If the fees paid for a transaction are too low confirmation is deemed not to be of importance. another downside depending on where you sit is the current value of BTC, it costs more to get into it in an meaningful way at the moment |

This thread title is a statement and the OP's post is a two liner.
There may be a fall or a correction but not by $7000 and im
not so sure it will go back to $7000. it may fall back to $7500
I do agree though that the price is rising too fast.

That's treu and most of the crypto investors are aware of it. The market is reacting positively because of the positive adoption news coming from every corner of the globe. CME group is about to start their crypto futures contract shortly and many traders and speculators are betting high on it. So we all know that a correction is imminent. But we are also sure that it won't be long before the market bounds back. A little correction is needed to take the next leap and also it will give us another golden chance to score some more bitcoins at a cheaper price. The entire market is running high on positivity so the correction will only be a very temporary phase.
Yes this analysis is similar to what i have posted before on a different thread. There is and will be more adoption and acceptance of bitcoin and following on from crypto general. The value now being over $10000 is this the proper rate that bitcoin should be at? Was it always "undervalued"?  |

my speculation is for a touch of volatility as the buy/sell orders
are sorted out followed by a bit of a correction and then another
rise, this is kind of how it goes ?

there are no fixed rates.
It all depends on the budget set by the ICO and the campaign manager.
Lets say you are accepted as an Jr.Member paying 0.001 per week at the
current BTC value of $9800 your reward would be equavilent to $9.80.
as you progress, learn and hit the user ratings your reward increases.

First people thought that $1000 was too high.. then $3000.. then $5000.. and now $10,000.. Do you want to make the same regrets after the next price milestone? I'm not saying that you should definitely buy at this pricepoint, but think about it.
yup i have been hearing this all year, should I buy Bitcoin now that the price is $1500, is it too late to buy at $2500 etc. etc. now if you only have $100 to spend, you wont get much bitcoin for that! so I get the point the OP is making. Personally the likes of Litecoin, Dash, Ethereum, Monero, Zcash are pretty good to get into, the best would be Litecoin as its "affordable" and its only going one way [like bitcoin] !! |

How about only earning Bitcoin and not using them?
I think the price of Bitcoin will gain much more value.
So if we keep it as our asset we will be much rich in the future...hehe...whats your opinion about this?
nothing new in what you are "proposing" because almost everyone is doing this as it is. Bitcoin is used less and less as a currency and more and more as an investment. now if you are proposing everyone to literally hold bitcoin it wouldnt work, there has to be a degree of trade in order for the value to rise and/or fall. this applies to anything |

it seems a bit obacure. You need to check back in its
History to see if the price you bought at was its
highest, or has it a real chance to reaching that again?
It can be very tricky to invest in unknown coins especially
if the price is attractive and then hoping to double, treble
or more your amount.

I personally use Coinbase, I know the guy above me said don't use it, but I have never had any problems with them and all the transaction fees haven't been an issue for me as I usually only receive Bitcoin and don't send it a lot. I like Coinbase cause they are at least backed by something..
LOL. You're wrong buddy. Coinbase is not the best wallet when you can't control your private key. For now as I know the best wallet to store Bitcoin is coldstorage wallet like Trezor or ledger nano s which you can control your private key and nobody can stole your Bitcoin when you're not connect the USB stick with your computer and click the button on the USB stick. i use coinbase for buying bitcoin with fiat, a direct transfer from my linked bank account attracts zero fees, transfer to gdax and to a different bitcoin wallet attracts zero fees. coinbase is an excellent facility but i dont store bitcoin there. There are 3 wallets I use, coinomi on my mobile phone wallet, exodus and electrum on my desktop. I have control of all my wallets and the private keys. its much safer than storing them long term online. |

Almost everyone here is figuring that bitcoin is only going one way and that is UP. As others have posted here the price is on an upward trend at the moment so maybe wait for a little correction but if I were you now I would be looking to get in fairly quickly. I really think anytime is a good time to get in as there was talk of how bitcoin might reach $10,000 be the end of the year  , well we are almost there before December |

Very mysterious coin, I was attracted to it. It will succeed beyond imagination with what is there.
Yeah, maybe is misterious but they sold out Pre-ICO in a day Yes indeed, that was like selling concert tickets for U2, Bruce Springsteen or Taylor Swift! Lets see how the second phase ICO goes, will be interesting to see if that sells just as quick which I have no doubt they will. |
