From my last post about Bitcoin investment, following the valuable contributions of members of the forum, I learnt that Bitcoin investment is not just something that blossoms in a few days, rather it takes patience.
That gave rise to my new topic.

I wish that panic sellers would understand this too.  There are so many people that see Bitcoin or other cryptos as short or long term investment tool. But cryptocurrencies are not that simple. |

It doesn't seem too possible to me that Bitcoin will be banned globally. Of course, there are countries that doesn't like Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies but they wouldn't want to take a risk by banning cryptos. In an economic recession, cryptos and gold will be very important.

40 million is a huge number just for one year. It seems there are many people who give a chance to cryptocurrencies. Definitely it doesn't mean it is 40 million people considering the multiple accounts.

Zira fiyattaki bu düşüşün en önemli sebebi, beklentinin yükseliş olarak görünmesine rağmen 8.300 doları bulan Bitcoin sahipleri satış yapmaya başladı ve bu satışlara bağlı olarak fiyat tekrar 8.200 bandına geriledi. Tam da şu sıralarda hem Bitcoin hem de altcoinler yeşil yeşil görünüyorlar. Piyasa için son günlerde işler iyi gidiyor gibi görünse de umarım bu görüntü çabuk sona ermez ve büyük bir yükseliş grafiği yakalanır.

Piyasada son günler çok hareketli geçiyor. Bitcoin önce bir anda 8200 dolar civarından 7500 dolara kadar çakıldı sonra da bir anda ısrarlı bir yükseliş grafiği çizmeye başladı ve 9500 dolardan işlem görmekte.

To tell the truth, I am a little scared of the possibility that China could ban Bitcoin mining in the near future. Bitmain seems to have a plan B for that. Bitmain is on the path of building new mining centers on different places to make Bitcoin Network stronger.

According to external sources, Google has already designed a Quantum Computer that's much more powerful than its competitors (like IBM and other mainstream companies working on this). If Google starts designing these computers in mass, then it could result in a risky journey for Bitcoin within days ahead. It's no secret that Quantum Computers are able to break our existing encryption methods, rendering cryptocurrencies completely vulnerable against them. Of course, it's widely possible to prevent this by making use of Lamport Signatures within the Bitcoin blockchain. But I believe that it'll be hard to implement into the pioneer cryptocurrency, since it'll require a hard fork of the blockchain. Nonetheless, do you think that Google's Quantum Computer will be able to destroy Bitcoin in the future? Or will the pioneer cryptocurrency adapt itself against this new trend?  Quantum computers are definitely not developed with the aim of destroying Bitcoin. The real aim of quantum computer is that executing the computing processes much faster than a classical computer. |

The reasons are true for Bitcoin but the prediction price by McAfee is too extreme as usual. I think there needs to be a miracle to see the price as 2 million dollars in such a short time. |

With most of the past two days spent below $8k bitcoin price has been looking extremely bearish. A big bounce in late trading on Sunday, however, sent BTC back above resistance to top out at $8,300. Hy all. How are you. Bitcoin will rise to the moon in early 2020, do you know the reason? One reason is that more and more people are familiar with crypto and the digital world. Thanks.  Most people including me say the same thing because there are too much expectations about Bitcoin halving in 2020. When the block rewards of miners will be cut by half on halving, it is expected to effect the Bitcoin price in a very positive way. |

Life is rather uncertain nowadays as anything can happen at any time and we would be caught off guard. Thats also one way to describe the current economy at this stage. With the worlds economy expanding and expanding there have been more crashes as the years go by and they are becoming more frequent and some say at any moment one could happen.
So you are left with a situation in which the money you currently own, fiat money: the dollar bills & coins, will become worthless and you cannot even buy anything you need to survive on a day to day basis. In this situation, people will have to resort to a system of bartering like in the stone ages. I guess if you have a lot of stuff with value you can trade that would be great, but a majority of people dont have such a stash. Things can get ugly real fast.
Therefore, in such a doomsday situation you have to come up with a situation in which you can trade with people in order to survive. There are two solutions I can come up with, either using precious metals such as Gold & Silver or using Cryptocurrency. Considering that fiat currency is useless, Cryptocurrency might raise in value so that it can be useful as a means of trade as long as the Internet still exists which will most likely be the case.
I think cryptocurrencies will be too valuable in an economic crisis. I have some Bitcoin and I think of buying more and store them. I see Bitcoin as a good investment tool like gold. |

First of all, Bitcoin adoption is needed to be increased. It is not just related to Bitcoin's volatility. It is also related to Bitcoin's different structure compared to fiat currencies. Governments always want to have control on the money. If they come across a system that they lost full control, they don't prefer it.

What if there is no other crypto currency or alt coin. How does it affect the price of the bitcoin. How high is the value of bitcoin in your opinion.?
I don't think that it would effect the Bitcoin price or Bitcoin's market cap much. Bitcoin is not linked to any other cryptocurrency or altcoin. So, I guess Bitcoin would be very valuable again. |

Yesterday I posted the list of bitcoin friendly politicians ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5194213.msg52807916#msg52807916) and guess what I discovered a new politician which is bitcoin friendly. This person is no other than the President of Ukraine namely president Volodymyr Zelensky. President Zelensky wanted to legalize bitcoin and other cryptocurrency in their country. According to news.bitcoin.com ( https://news.bitcoin.com/ukraine-in-a-rush-to-legalize-cryptocurrencies-under-zelensky/) they mentioned that the president is in a hurry to legalize cryptocurrency in their territory. The legalization is already being planned out very carefully since they are now creating regulations towards the crypto sector. It is important to take note the political individuals who are making big things for bitcoin. I assume that with President Zelenskys term bitcoin will be legalized in Ukraine and it will bring a good impact on bitcoins value at the market. Ukraine has been having very hard days for a long time. They are having a big economic trouble now. Maybe, the government can do something about this and try to convince people for crypto usage. By doing this, crypto may help them in a condition like this. |

Tim Draper Bitcoin'in dünyanın para birimi olacağını ifade etti. Milyarder kripto para yatırımcısı Tim Draper, yakın zamanda yaptığı açıklamasında Bitcoinin (BTC) diğer dünya teknolojileri ile birlikte hükümetlerin dünya çapındaki işleyişlerini değiştireceğine inandığını ifade etti. Draper 10 Ekim tarihinde yayınlanan bir blog gönderisinde, start-up para birimi olarak betimlediği Bitcoinin ve bunun merkeziyetsizliğinin, dünyayı bir araya getireceğini ifade etti: Bitcoin ve bununla gelen merkeziyetsizlik sayesinde, coğrafi sınırlar neredeyse alakasız bir hale geldi. Bundan sonra dünya ekonomisini geliştirmek için diktatörlerin ve trolllerin merhametine kalmayacağız. Uzun vadede inanıyorum ki ekonomi açısından hiç olmadığı kadar tek bir dünya haline geleceğiz.
