UPDATE

Today i received the business~ and the liquidity-plan for our joined venture partner "Iron Eagle GmbH".
Though these are not for the public (and are only interesting for contracting purposes),
i am able to share some included numbers from the test depot, of the artificial intelligence engine,
that will be used for EUROPECOIN FINANCECLOUD API trading automation for forex and other markets.
This function can really give some power back to the users.
As soon, as this ability will be no longer just a game for the powerful, they will be forced,
to rethink reckless trading policies as a whole.


My father once said to me:
"best punishment for bad legislation is, to beat them, by following the rules"

STATUS SUMMARY






summary of the last four weeks:



1) Investors / Startup
We managed to talk to "Florian Homm" to get a business development team for advise.
They will help us with the incorporation of the company for FINANCECLOUD API and will do some Investors relations.
So far we got in touch with positive feedback from MIG CAPITAL AG, DEUTSCHE BANK, IRON EAGLE INVESTMENT GROUP, B1-SYSTEMS and WIRECARD.
I will travel to Frankfurt and Augsburg in five weeks to meet all involved parties, to set everything up and to do the contracting.


2) Development
We are progressing on all frontiers and are now developing in six teams with about 14 active developers. They are split in tasks:

1) Multicrypto to ALL FIAT WORLDWIDE via Financecloud paymentgateway (ETA February)
2) Multicurrency ElectrumX implementation with Gateway access (ETA January)
3) Hardware circuit board with encryption chip (preseries model ready in producktion end of next month) (ETA SEPTEMBER - Next Month)
4) FOREX direct access and A.I. automatic trading service connection for all altcoins (ETA March)
5) Hybrit Cross-Chain connections, Transactions and Smartcontracts (ETA - DONE)
6) Interface design,  APP, API and services integration (ETA MARCH)


3) strategic partnerships
We partnered with IRON EAGLE CAPITAL GmbH who will provide its already finished artificial intelligent trading platform
and a direct gateway into any FIAT currency worldwide for FOREX / PAYMENTS and POINT-OF-SALES in FINANCECLOUD API.
They will will develop a blockchain with us, to connect Europecoin and others into the FOREX market (ETA March)

4) Current main tasks:
- Getting advice fom John Mc Afee about cloud security,
- meeting a friend, to let him lead the (then) seventh development team: "SECURITY for FINANCECLOUD API"
(He has a PHD in Informatics and is developing security systems for German Banks & Stock Exchange)

Today was a unspectacular but busy day,
I had a talk with Tobias Adler (iron Eagle Capital GmbH). We planned some more details for the
FOREX blockchain for FINANCECLOUD API and prepared a first draft for the whitepaper.
Then i met with Olaf and we made some minor changes in the FINANCECLOUD DEVICE's circuit board layout,
to use a more powerful processor and to make the encryption chip usable for the cloud-authentification
as well as for transaction confirmations.
Last but not least i created a list of needed development tasks to connect and integrate the Forex and FIAT gateway
into the Financecloud. Tobias promised me, to make a small paper, that outlines the FOREX functions for your info.
I will post it here, as soon, as this paper will be available.

UPDATE

just a small report about the meeting, yesterday.
The meeting has been quite long ( 4 1/2 hours ) and i was able to  get in touch with the main shareholders and investors of "Iron Eagle Capital GmbH".


Hint for new users:
Iron Eagle Capital is our partner for the FOREX trading platform and for the Forex / Fiat gateway inside of our FINANCECLOUD API



The meeting was held in two sessions:

Goal of our first session was, to inform these shareholders about our partnership, to outline the nature of our collaboration and
to explain, whats behind the FINANCECLOUD API concept.

After this, the remaining core leadership members used the second session, to agree on basic goals of our roadmap.
With these goals in mind, i will make a technical concept and a calculation in the next five weeks and will travel then, to Augsburg.
In Augsburg, we will finalize the roadmap, the calculation and will make a contract. Right after this event, i will travel about a week to ..-.

a) visit our business development team, to kick off the "Federated Blockchains" startup
b) visit our current potential investors (a.t.m. B1-Systems, MIG Capital AG, Wirecard, Deutsche Bank and some more)

when I will be back in about six weeks, most of the contracting will be done and the founding process will have started.

Login and signup issue are now fixed and spam protection has improved.

Some may even have asked themselfs: Is this "localcrypto" still part of the agenda?
Of course! We are not building and announcing stuff, just to generate random news.

We did create this business center, before FINANCECLOUD API had been invented.
Goal was, to create a geolocated network of crypto businesses and active community projects,
to be able, to use it later, when our Point-of-Sales system would be ready to go.
We wanted to activate this network, to bring our Point-of-Sales system to the merchants and
to reach your grocery store next door, by getting LOCALCRYPTO users involved into the consulting process.

Of course the concept of "Point-of-Sales system", had radically changed for us, since we invented
the FINANCECLOUD API and DEVICE. Today we are thinking about Point-of.Sales in a more modern way,
as being a part / function of the FINANCECLOUD API.

But nonetheless, the purpose of LOCALCRYPTO will be exactly the same, as before.
It should, when the time has come, bring cryptopayment to the regional, real world merchants.
Its, like so many goals, we have, something, that sounds unspectacular, but in fact is still missing in crypto.

Given that the payment gateway, we formally dreamed of, is now in alpha state and progressing
and given, that we even just may have solved the biggest challenge: The direct connection into FIAT,
we never lost our path and kept progressing, to do exactly, what we claimed to do.

for now we had five five active development branches:

1) hardware team
2) internet-of-coins hybrid team
3) payment gateway team
4) electrumX team
5) forex distributed computing team (NEW)

now after successful investor gathering, its time to prepare,
for connecting all these branches, into a single product.

As i mentioned earlier, today i had the meeting, to discuss exactly that.
Therefor i am happy, to announce the opening of our sixth development branch:

6) Interface development, HTML5 APP and API intergration

and i am welcoming our new team member: Marvin

Marvin is a professional interface programmer for business database applications

UPDATE

Wow this has been a long and interesting meeting,  
so we agreed in the nature of our collaboration, i got introduced in some of the players involved,
we made an appointment next month to start working and to invite investors and third party partners.

We are now preparing the contracting.
So all in all the FOREX branch of the EUROPECOIN FINANCECLOUD API project, is born.

Our Partner for FOREX is the IRON EAGLE CAPITAL GmbH,
which will also engage into:

- our PAYMENT GATEWAY for FINANCECLOUD API
- our Point-of-Sales System for FINANCECLOUD API

Next five days I will be busy with preparing fresh updated papers,
because with this partnership, there are some more global players interested in our concept and
there will be a conference next month, to get them all
