Your WTB post is more appropriate to be listed under the Collectibles child board.

Thanks for letting me know. Im rather new here. Do you know how I go about getting it moved?

You can move it yourself look at the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Click the move link and select the section to move it to.
6602  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the world's smallest blockchain? on: December 06, 2016, 12:52:50 PM
I want to know what the smallest blockchain currently is. Is there a resource or website showing current blockchain download sizes of all the major cryptocurrencies?

Go to this thread and look for the latest post, refresh the screen at hourly intervals to see the coin with the smallest blockchain.
For more established coins you can go here for chain size.
6603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What are you doing with your mined ZEC? on: December 05, 2016, 11:08:22 PM
Does anyone have hope left for ZEC prices? Or do you all think it will just go down-hill from here?

Sell them as you mine them, wait for the bottom and then buy a few back. There was a lot of hype around this coin and it may have been unfounded. Only time will tell.

I got rid of mine as quickly as I mined them since the price was in free fall and I stopped mining a couple of weeks ago.

6604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is being told to people in High Schools about Bitcoin on: December 05, 2016, 07:01:11 PM
I'm certain the teacher has no formal training in Bitcoin and as such what he says is opinion not fact.
6605  Economy / Securities / Re: Pig Farm Investment. 5 % Monthly. Has been running for 6 months. on: December 05, 2016, 04:54:01 AM
So I was googling Simantri to find out what it means - it's some sort of government program that finished up in 2009.  I have a feeling that "pig farm" was dilapidated because the program didn't work and it wasn't actually owned by our friend.  Seems that he really doesn't know how to raise pigs in a frugal manner either.  I think he wasted all the investors money on frivolousness!

Seriously, a simple number tattooed on the pigs lip to establish ownership would have sufficed.  I wonder how much those tats are worth?

Okay, I realize that satire doesn't transfer well between cultures so... I'm joking about the tattoos and those are not his pigs (to the best of my knowledge).

Elsartorio.com - was previously owned by iSimantri using the e-mail address temansuteman.gmail.com who also goes by AlitFX on social media.

temansuteman@gmail.com: is also the email address that is associated with the google account owner (Mani Ta) where iSimantri posted his pig video

Looks like Vod called another scam before it became apparent.

We will move away from oil and use sun light wind and hydrogen if our government helps
then we will accomplish our goals..

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7I2-14y6-jM

Unless technology improves quite a bit, that will remain as a dream. The solar panels are very expensive, and they need constant maintenance. Wind power can't be generated everywhere. It is viable only in select locations. And with the current technology, the production of hydrogen is an extremely expensive process.

Technology will improve as it has been for quite some time.  This isn't a dream, it's a reality-in-progress.  Coal, oil and natural gas can't be extracted everywhere,  it is also expensive - not only to obtain but in long term damage to our environment.  I'm talking about the immediate, perceivable effects: pollution, smog and oil spills; damage to natural water tables through tracking for natural gas.  Nevermind wether global warming exist or not, one simply need look at Beijing with its legendary smog problem to realize we can't continue on this same tack.
I'm off topic... Hydrogen cars now!  There Wink

6607  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trade bitcoin(help) on: December 03, 2016, 03:21:51 PM

Can you give me an idea on how to trade and where to trade?

buy and hod.  Sell at $1200.

edit: oops I meant hodl!
6608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What to mine with I5 4690K,GTX970,32GB RAM on: December 02, 2016, 11:30:26 PM
You could potentially make money mining ETH with the 970
6609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoStock? on: December 02, 2016, 10:33:46 PM
How hard is it to create a new coin/cryptocurrency?

I want to create one with a specific purpose. The basic name for it is the R&D Chip.

The idea is this:

There is no mining, it is all available on the first day

it has an amount of 500,000,000 chips which is sold based on how many have been bought
    First 100,000,000 = 1 USD each
    second 100,000,000 = 10 USD each
    third 100,000,000 = 100 USD each
    Fourth 100,000,000 = 1,000 USD each
    Fifth 100,000,000 = 10,000 USD each

all of it will be converted into btc, and then the interesting part of this starts

It is all pooled together into one wallet that can be monitored, and all who have at least one chip can vote on the main website for which research & development teams should get funded. The funds are distributed to all the R&D teams that have signed up on a basis of how many votes they have. Also, if you use a chip to vote, that chip is destroyed, it can no longer be used by anyone, it no longer exists. The pooled assets are released once a year and the website will be used not only to buy more chips and vote but to also get feedback and progress from the funded teams.

So basically, it is not a currency, as much as it is a stock used to create democratically funded scientific research. I was thinking about this when I was reading an article on the EmDrive and hypothetical science and learned that research in these fields is mostly done by scientists as hobbies and grants of $100,000 or less. Not only is that a ridiculously low amount of funding for future technology, but it also highlights the lack of funding regular people can give to research, either out of lack of knowledge or the large amounts of capital needed up front.

If cryptocurrencies are the first step towards decentralized capitalism, a cryptostock could be the way people fund science in a decentralized marketplace. It also gives people the power to choose what gets invested.

Any thoughts? Ideas?

I have an idea.  You should move this to the securities thread because this is not a coin.
6610  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth on: December 02, 2016, 02:09:47 AM
hahah breaking the number one rule would be in case I was in this.... movement. Cheesy This isn't my "troubles" so I don't think it's applied here, the third one is considered for home. :p
They don't apply here at all, xhomerx is just being an idiot. Rules 1 and 2 are pretty much entirely negated by this being a forum, ie, a place where people do ask for opinions and advice and want to hear each other's troubles. Rule 3, this forum belongs to the admins, so you have to follow their rules. Rule 4, the banhammer awaits those who violate rule 3. Rule 11 doesn't apply since this isn't open territory and you have no right to be here (see rule 3); if people are bothering you here, you're welcome to leave.

That's not the original church of satan.
Yes, it is.

The original church disbanded long ago - that one is a copy-cat church of LeVayan wannabes.
You've got it backwards. The "disbanding" of 1974 was LaVey himself kicking out those he saw as trying to suck up to him. Many of them went on to set up their own "Satanic" churches while espousing very un-Satanic views.

Anyway, according to Anton, Satanists are born, not made so there is no joining.
Yes. The founder of the church said there is no joining his church. He was really into Zen; that's why he shaved his head, too. Roll Eyes

Idiot is a pretty strong word.  It's my sense of humour.
Are you seriously trying to define where these made-up rules apply?  I didn't realize this was a serious discussion.
In that case;  I'm out of here.  Thread unfollowed.
6611  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 100% water-powered car on: December 01, 2016, 11:26:43 PM
There is one and one reason only we aren't all driving round in water powered cars.

They don't work.

But hey don't take my word for it, talk to the laws of thermodynamics about it yourselves.

 Listen.  They work.
You use the energy in the battery to break apart the water molecules and recombine them inside the internal combustion engine with little to no modification.  The car moves - not very far on one charged battery mind you but it moves.  Energy is converted and conserved throughout the process. Rest easy; no thermodynamic laws have been compromised.

6612  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 100% water-powered car on: December 01, 2016, 04:41:57 PM
The production of "Hydrogen" requires a lot of electricity, and that makes this method very unsustainable.

Still waiting on next video of iranian trolling.

In a perfect world, that should have ended the debate Wink
Quick!  Lock the thread!!

Sounds like common sense to me.

Where do I sign up?  Grin
Right here: churchofsatan.com/join-the-cos.php

Where do I sign up for a decentralized, anarchist movement...
Somewhere else, obviously, since the Church of Satan has a hierarchical leadership structure with a central office in New York and is politically neutral. I can see it's not for you.

Though I do have a flare for mockery, you're right, it's not for me at all.  However, since you just violated rule number one, I'm going to have to warn you before destroying you with prejudice.

In posting this, you have violated the first, second and third rules.  Per the fourth rule you should be treated with cruelty and without mercy (my apologies since I am not capable of such an act).  Cease this intrusion or we will be obliged to destroy you per the eleventh rule.
6616  Economy / Reputation / Re: B1tUnl0ck3r account sold or hacked? on: December 01, 2016, 08:23:39 AM
My first thought was an alt of Masha so when I checked the profile and saw that Masha hadn't logged in since Nov. 17, I became more convinced the two are one in the same.  Masha's posts weren't quite as incomprehensible but the topics are quite similar.  Not too many members discuss the CIA in China/HK...
6617  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Transfer not showing up? on: December 01, 2016, 06:49:05 AM
Complete newbie here,

Made an order on bitpide and nothing has showed up in Electrum yet after 14 hours.. What do I have to do?

This has nothing to do with Electrum;  you have been scammed.  What made you decide to use bitpide?
6618  Other / Politics & Society / Re: where to watch dead casulaties of arabian demographic wars? on: November 30, 2016, 01:06:47 PM
On tv i don't see dead bodies... why? where to go? where to see the blood trails?

Are you writing down your bad thoughts in order to get them off your mind?  It's good therapy for anxiety but I think you have some crossover issues as well since you seem to be obsessing on the negative and negative thinking is the main cause of chronic depression.  A session or two with a psychologist would be a good idea for you - at least it would be a good start.  It's painfully obvious that you are in need of help.  I hope you get some.

6619  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Burning of the United States Flag on: November 29, 2016, 08:54:19 PM
Are nation-states so terrified of dissenting opinions that they must resort to force in order to quell them?

As a famous general once said, "The more you tighten your grip, Tarkin, the more star systems will slip through your fingers."

The world would be a better place if crimes only existed when there was an actual victim. A group doesn't really exist, it's only an abstract created by the human mind.

True enough.  Compartmentalization is a psychological defence mechanism (and I'm pretty sure it's subconscious too); maybe that's why it's so easy to rally people around a flag.

6620  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Burning of the United States Flag on: November 29, 2016, 06:09:25 PM
can't comment on the legal issues surrounding the flag burning but they should certainly be arrested for belonging to a terrorist organisation that has murdered policemen

These idiots who burn the flag are just retarded. They are being thoroughly brainwashed by the leftist politicians, for their own advantage. IMO, those who burn the flags must be stripped of their voting rights. If they repeat the offense, then their citizenship also should be revoked. But most importantly, the politicians who provoke these protests must be tried for treason.

Get a grip!  You're denigrating the mentally handicapped while spouting nonsense.  You can't rendered a person stateless.  Natural-born U.S. citizens may not have their citizenship revoked against their will.
