6601  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you see bitcoin 5 years from now? on: September 07, 2017, 10:32:53 PM
What are your thoughts guys or is it worth to hold Btc for 5 years.
Remembering the recent fork that made Bitcoin's market value and demand skyrocket that is, in just 20 days, it reached the 4000$ mark after the fork, and it is already issued that there'll be another fork to happen in November. There are already speculations that before this year end, Bitcoin will reach the value of 5000$ that will sirely make it more indemand. It will also affect Bitcoin for the next years ro come, maybe, after 5 years, Bitcoin will be priced at 15000$ if there's nothing wrong to happen.
6602  Economy / Economics / Re: How long could bitcoin last? on: September 07, 2017, 09:52:39 PM
As of right now, the bitcoin price is expected to keep going up in the next 20 years. But can it last that long? I believe it's possible. But can't it crash at a random time? Like the price going down hard.
No one really knows until when will bitcoin last or exist. But based on the overall statistics of Bitcoin as of this moment, there are lots of people that are now interested to it together with big companies and investors which I think, will result for Bitcoin to last for a long period of time. I think it would last for 20 more years and when that day come, Bitcoin is already legal to most of the countries.
6603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: September 07, 2017, 02:32:59 PM
As we enter 2017, Bitcoin begins with a fresh start making it worth nearly $1000 per coin. Users, banks, and even governments are becoming more interested into Bitcoin, and its underlying technology called the Blockchain.

Now, as we progress into making Bitcoin more scalable and efficient than ever, I would like to know what are your thoughts for the pioneer cryptocurrency in 2017?

If all goes well for Bitcoin this year, it might increase its value more than $1000, as well as become closer to being used as a mainstream currency. What do you think?  Smiley
It's already the last quarter of the year. And I can say that it's still a roller coaster for Bitcoin. But the thing here is that, Bitcoin is able to reach the 4000$ mark and hoping that before this year end, it will be more than 5000$. Bitcoin's community became larger, the demand surely increase which made its price more exoensive that it was before. If more people will be interested toward Bitcoin, the growth will surely be continuous for the next years to come.
6604  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [LOCAL ANN][ICO] MINERVA (OWL) 🦉 Smart Money on 💎 Ethereum on: September 07, 2017, 02:11:50 PM
This will be a big project in my opinion. I can already see potential investors and participants of this project.  Wishing for the success of this campaign.
6605  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make money only with BTC on: September 07, 2017, 01:59:01 PM
I hear many saying they don't mess with altcoins...how do you make money with btc?

Just buy the dips, sell for usd (or other fiat), then buy back in...rinse and repeat?

I'm not talking about long term holding but about how to build up your bitcoin without touching alts.

Thanks

That's the only way that I know on earning or making money from Bitcoin without the involvement of altcoins. I am earning Bitcoin and income from campaigns, but the tokens rewarded to the participants are altcoins that can be converted into Bitcoin or fiat. So the thing here is to directly buy bitcoin, hold it for a long period of time as you've mentioned, repeat.
6606  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to invest my Bitcoins? on: September 07, 2017, 01:33:39 PM
Hi,

Hope I posted in the right board and totally new to this investing bitcoins.

I got under 0.1 bitcoin lending on poloniex but rates are too low for a good return.

Where is the best place to Invest bitcoins with the best returns and lowest risk?

Thanks,
It will be hard to find an investment with low risk and large returns or profit. Ofcourse it it will be more risky, the price will also be bigger. Try investing it into altcoin trading, It will be a bit risky but the profit is promising. In order to lessen the risk on trading, try making research about coins you'te interested to. In that way, you will be able to distinguish which will give you profit and which one won't.
6607  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature Campaign Question on: September 06, 2017, 03:55:12 PM
I have no intent to leave my signature campaign but I'm curious to know, is it considered rude or unreliable to join a signature campaign and leave it for another?  I would think it is an annoyance but I see people post in various campaign threads that they are leaving.
A participant is allowed to leave the campaign but with permission such as informing the moderator or the campaign manager that you will leave the campaign you're at. It's not your fault if you find another campaign more profitable and if the service in your current campaign doesn't satisfy you as a participant. The most important thing is to inform the person incharge.
6608  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: September 06, 2017, 03:25:50 PM
In my personal experience, I first heard of it 1 year ago in a online forum game, people sold gold for Bitcoins, around March, gave it no importance at first. Now im kinda utterly commited to it. Really an interest subject of study.
Form my childhood friend. It was a bit of a reunion and since talking about jobs or sources of income talks can't be avoided, he mentioned about Bitcoin. I was surprised with what he have said and didn't believe at first. So I made a research and proved that all of it are true. Also I've found out that it is already legal as a currency to some countries. including also ways on how to earn profit and how big can the profit be.
6609  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Can be $5,000 Again? on: September 06, 2017, 02:53:23 PM
Just days ago, predictions and projections were pointing to the possibility that Bitcoin can be able to clobbered the $5,000 mark and it did happen. But what followed was a big correction due to massive sell-off (profit-taking is the possible reason here which is nothing alarming actually) and so we are now back almost at the $4,500 - $4,600 range.

However, since Bitcoin had already broken the $5,000 wall, it would be now easier for it to do it again this time. We just don't know when can that be...will it be tomorrow, next week or just within the month of September?

Ofcourse it is possible with Bitcoin. Remebering what happened, the recent hardfork happen last month of August, the success of the fork made Bitcoin's market value gone skyrocket that it reached the 4000$ mark in just a short period of time. And in the month of november, there'll be another hardfork which may be the factor that will cause Bitcoin to reach or even surpass the 5000$ mark after the fork, since the same thing happened in the last hard fork.
6610  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has defeated gold on: September 06, 2017, 01:20:55 PM
Bitcoin: $1260/BTC
Gold: $1241/xau
Well, I can not believe that the Bitcoin prices has crossed over gold sooner than I expect. I thought the process would be finished in April. Wow, Bitcoin is truly worth and everyone who has sold their Bitcoin has made a huge mistake. Nothing can stop Bitcoin right now.
For me, it doesn't still. Even if the market value of Bitcoin and market cap is way bigger than the Gold's, Gold is still the best investment for lots of countries, people and company. It has a physical value , also its market price is way stable than Bitcoin's, so it will be less risky when it comes with investing into it. And it already earned the trust of people through decades.
6611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: September 05, 2017, 11:49:23 PM
My biggest regret is when I got introduced to this back in 2012, I tried to buy £200 worth, the platform was down and I never bothered, just recently woke up to it again at over £4k per coin, it is a physiological thing where I don't want to buy at that price.
That would be the biggest regrets of most of people that sold their Bitcoin way back 5 years from now, because if they held it for a long period of time, they could be millionaires now. My buggest regret is almost the same, I sold my Bitcoin early because I thought it won't increase more but it did. I still esrn profit but missed the oppurtunity of getting more
6612  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Making bitcoin with twitter still possible? on: September 05, 2017, 11:01:32 PM
Hi,
I was checking if there is still any way to make any bitcoin using your twitter account. I saw there use to be this service https://birds.bitcoin.com/ but somehow when i try to login it remains blank so am thinking probably not available anymore.

So does any of you guys use any method to make bitcoins with twitter? Would appreciate if you could share some ideas Smiley

Thank you,
rrege
Yes it really is possible. You may use twitter accounts to earn Bitcoin through campaigns. Bounty Campaigns has social media campaign together with blogging, signature and translation, within. All you have to do is to fill in the form in the thread for twitter campaign. I'm nit sure what the participants will actually do because I don't even tried joining and I'm into signatures, but as what I've read, it's more on retweeting links.
6613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: September 05, 2017, 09:52:35 PM
Bitcoin price keeps increasing. Price is x10 considering last year. Even 25k-50k-100k is predicted.

Are you adding more bitcoin by buying with cash? or you trade or invest in ICOs & altcoins in order to increase the amount you have?

or do you just hold what you have?
It will be better if you'll add more Bitcoin from different ways such as investing or even earning from campaigns and altcoin trading. It will be necessary especially if you want to earn more profit in the future. Since the price orarket value of Bitcoin is continuously increasing, your profit will be bigger if the amount of Bitcoin that you have is also big.
6614  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is more profitable: a gambling site or a dating site? on: September 05, 2017, 09:17:06 PM
Today a question came to my mind that which site will be more profitable a gambling site or a dating site? Actually I want to find out that in which place people are more interested and where people mostly want to go to get fun.
For sure, gambling site will be more profitable. Gambling will obviously involve money. Also it is where people especially those who are rich, go to have fun. It always catch the interest of people that it is considered as addictive. But there are alrewdy lots of gambling sites so it will still depend on what kind your gambling site is, to make it more profitable, your site should be unique to its users.
6615  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: September 05, 2017, 01:17:20 PM
why so many people store their bitcoin in their wallet for a long time, whether the benefits will they get?

Come share your thoughts

They absolutely hold their Bitcoin for a long period of time for the simple reason that they want to earn huge profit which is possible by just holding Bitcoin. The market value of Bitcoin is dependent on its demand such that if the demand increases, the price will also too. Since Bitxoin market value increases over time, the profit that a holder will earn will be big in the future.
6616  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is that possible to earn bitcoin with Youtube Channel? on: September 05, 2017, 12:36:42 PM
We often earn money from youtube channel by showing ads from adsense and suppose if someone want to earn bitcoin by showing ads on their youtube videos then is there any alternative ad network which provide ads for youtube channel?
As of this moment, it is not possible. Payments in youtube channels are through fiat. Also, youtube channels are earning based on their views. Youtube is under Adsense that manage youtube monetization. So currently, it won't be possible to earn Bitcoin from Youtube Channels, but maybe in the future, it will be.
6617  Economy / Economics / Re: How to invest in bitcoin? on: September 04, 2017, 10:37:03 PM
I have seen many ways to earn bitcoin, and still not familiar with some of it. I am a student and I wanna ask how to invest in bitcoin, and if students like me are capable of doing that already?

Please share your thoughts. Thanks.
Yes you are capable. The best investment strategy so far is to buy Bitcoin when there are dumps or when its market value is low. In this time, there are people who are panic selling. You'll jist have to hold it for a long period of time. And since the value of Bitcoin is increasing from time to time, the profit that you will get is assured. You will only need patient. Make this continuous to make you profit bigger.
6618  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: September 04, 2017, 09:47:22 PM
Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?
I don't think so. Dollar is a big currency and it also have a physical market value. Given the fact that it is used and is legal to different countries, it will be impossible if Bitcoin will replace it within 15 years. Maybe Bitcoin in the future will be more dominant or will be more used than other currency but it's really hard to tell that it will totally replace dollar.
6619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: September 04, 2017, 12:58:31 PM
So Bitcoin is better than Gold? Roll Eyes
As of this moment, I think Gold is still better than Bitcoin  in terms of investment. But still, Bitcoin has advantages such as being decentralized, has a higher rate of increase on its market value which is also faster, and anonymity. It is just that Gold has a physical market value and has a more stable market price compared to Bitcoin which is important on an investment. But that's because Gold is older, who knows what might happen in the future.
6620  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best way to invest/grow your Bitcoins? on: September 04, 2017, 03:05:28 AM
I don't trust all these HYIP websites and I'm looking for a more reliable way to invest.
Any suggestions?
Investing into ICOs will be a good idea especially if you want bigger profit, it will just be a bit risky. You may also invest to bitcoin buying in which you'll buy Butcoin during the dumps or when its market value is low and will just hold it for a long time. And if the price is right, sell it and do the same thing to make yiur profit continuous are also, bigger.
