Depends on how soon you can get either one. L3+ has already sold several batches, and D3 only a few. If you can get a D3 ordered in the next batch then it would be better than getting an L3+ in the next batch. |

But what regulators can do is to crackdown on exchanges that list ICO tokens, since they are effectively violating new laws that say that tokens are now securities and must be regulated. Storing coins on exchange was always a bad idea, but now it seems even worse. This also brings a new question - what will regulators do to decentralized exchanges that can't be taken down so easily? This is especially troubling. Are there any exchanges that actually have registered with the SEC? If someone like Bittrex got slammed by the SEC then it would deal a severe blow to many alts, some may never recover. We all will dump that garbage bitcoin cash for sure. There is even no doubt for me. It will disappear from the market with time I guess. It has no chance against bitcoin, we know this but its price will decline like crazy.
Well as of now it is at 450 or so dollar. But still not known if it would stay like that after tomorrow. It is still a good price comparing to other altcoins. But it is still an advantage to have that because comparing to eth hardfork, bcc is already speculated to be the next ethereum if hardfork will become a success. How can it be $450 now? It doesn't even exist yet. |

I don't agree that the Bitcoin price is fixed, or controlled by anyone or any group. It is much too decentralized for that.
