Apology for abandon forum during week. I to ashame to tell in week. I speak AM, for confirm my share worthless invalid! I near physical sick. scammer that sold forge email header as friedcat. I ashame for IT my job. i should known and check. I very familiar in email server also header for years  Sorry for waste time. Week is depression but slowly I forget about large loss as why I can post. Who in UK ? I pay $2000 USD for bitcoin back from scammer who stolen me. Trying to understand exactly what you are trying to say, are you saying that somebody scammed you/ pretended to be you to friedcat and transferred your shares with an email? If that is the case do you still have access and full control over the wallet you were receiving dividends to for these shares? |

You know what I'm not totally understanding this either. One statement clearly says we have deployed already, which we have, though not at 2.44gh/share, not at 2.88gh/share, not at 3.5gh/share and certainly not at 8.6gh/share. Another statement says we WILL deploy at 700TH, ie 8.68gh/share. And the website states that all units in total will not be hashing until weeks 13-15. So everyone is getting all excited with all this news but realistically speaking we have already deployed and from what cryptx has mentioned on their website is that we won't be at that 700TH mark for a while to come still.
Guys someone shed some light here if im wrong, but 30 terra miners were ordered from cointerra originally am I not right here? New information on petamine web site does NOT show us any additional units from cointerra will be up and running other than what was already ordered (still leaves that giant question mark over that 1 to 1 compensation that cointerra specifically offered to December customers).
So what am I missing here? 13-15 weeks in to our inital deployment date 8.6gh/share begins, isn't that about right?

I would rather not disclose what i will be using the funds for.. however you can rest assured that i will have the funds indefinitely within 3 days. I run a 60mh scrypt mining farm thatll get me there no problem. And I have 25 direct asic miner shares i can forfeit part of to the lender if i dont come up with the funds.

If I didn't read this thread I'd be panicking myself too. Real fucked up move there havelock. Sorry but an email notifying us of this would have saved a lot of headache and complaints from everyone. This wait to trade is not something that people want to be waiting around for in order to access funds. Very unfair on us all

this isnt nice, of course cryptsy can argue that the operation started to be deployed within the time frame but it isnt honest, I wouldnt do that. Are we going to receive the dividend like if we were hasing at full power since 14 february? If not you are acting with "bad faith"(I dont know how you say that in english).I am holding this share till prices hit a fair value then I am leaving
The insurance was at place to protect us, the shareholder, and when it is just going to do that you use an interpretation that beneficts you.
Thank you for making this point. I know exactly what you are trying to say. Since the mine has started deployment and each share is entitled to 2.88 GH/sec, then Friday's per share dividend should be based on what 2.88 GH/sec would provide at current difficulties. IMHO it is NOT fair for CryptX to deny the 20% increase based on starting prior to mid-February and then provide dividend payouts based on the small fraction of mining power currently implemented. In the prospectus it clearly says that each share is entitled to 2.88 GH/sec. For the investors this means:
1) If CryptX has declared that the mine has been deployed and started, then this Friday's dividends should be based on 2.88 GH/sec.
2) If CryptX does not declare the mine as deployed and started, then dividends are not due this Friday, but the 20% extra should apply giving each share 3.45 GH/sec. In my opinion CryptX cannot have it both ways and claim the mine has been deployed and started and then proceed to pay a dividend per share any less than what 2.88 GH/sec would generate at current difficulty levels. You make some very valid points there and I hope for all our sakes that you are right with all of that and cryptx follows suit accordingly |

We are not even hashing at 2.88gh/share let alone 3.5 so our dividends will not be anywhere near that amount. My view is that we will receive what we are hashing at (divided by) total shares (minus) maintenance/electricity fees (minus) reinvestment percentage. In other words a very very small div payout until we start hashing at 2.88gh/share and then IF after that we get our compensation 20% that will obviously happen when we are hashing with that extra power. So right now the ROI percentage will be ridiculously low

Contract clearly was made for devices to be delivered in December. A significant premium was paid for this. It was not delivered. January, and then mid February came before any news of shipments. End users had notified that they had received orders placed In January (At a greatly discounted rate) prior to CryptX operation starting with Cointerra. Again, such a thing is clear breach of contractual obligation by Cointerra. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2014/02/03/cointerra_ships_bitcoin_miners/ Everyone who received a late "Batch One" machine will get another box (expected to be fully specced) free of charge, says the company. I had contacted the company to confirm this statement, as I have also ordered a batch one machine outside of this operation. I have confirmed every client (regardless of order size) who placed a DEC batch order will be receiving replacement hardware amounting to additional 100% of the original order within the period of March as compensation, and this is as directly advised by their legal partners. Orders placed for shipment in Months of Jan, Feb will receive a store coupon. This! I'm going to hold out to hear exactly what cryptx has to say about this because these numbers aren't good. Everyone with December batch orders is clearly being compensated so why should we miss out? This will not go down well at all. Even the 20% increase at this rate won't do miracles for us but hey it's something |

Has anyone addressed the issue of compensation seeing that we are well past mid feb or are we just happy with what we get now?
We should give Cryptx an opportunity to round out the week before we start waving pitchforks and torches. They've been as transparent as humanly possible the entire time. Just to clear the air here, in no way am I criticizing cryptx's efforts in this investment. All I am asking is just give a sign some reassurance that yes there will be a 20% increase... You need to check petamine website for that: start of deployment was before mid feb - no 20% free increase. Sry to disappoint with this info. Every increase over 2.88 will have to be with reinvestment. CryptX must have emptied his own wallet for this project. lol sorry but that is a fucking joke. they should be sueing cointerra over this. |

As other members of this forum have pointed out that the original agreement did not clearly state whether we will be compensated duly if we do not start hashing with the FULL 220TH/s or if we do not start hashing at all. Clearly we have started hashing but seeing that we did not start in full effect does this mean we will be compensated? There is a big question mark over this so me personally I would love to hear cryptx's point of view on this subject. Are we currently in negotiations with cointerra, will there be negotiations, are we letting this go? I'm sure you all know that every little bit counts now when it comes to mining bitcoins and timing is of great importance so forgive me for asking but I feel I am not jumping the gun here when I'm sure a lot of investors here would like to know what measures are being put in place for us to overcome this issue. 20% is in fact 20% after all and I, amongst others, will feel hard done by if we miss out on this compensation |

Alright guys. I'm gonna test this out for everyone who is spamming this guy with scam accusations.
Its being shipped to the US so it will probably take more then a week to arrive, you guys can continue to blindly accuse this guy of scamming till then I guess haha.
I will report back periodically and let everyone know how it goes.

Guys im sorry to say but this is absolutely ridiculous. People like this is what gives crypto a bad name. He was a new user pretty much charging less per GH/s than anyone on this forum or on the web. That would have raised a few eyebrows im sure? There are plenty of group buys out there with reputable forum users that have been in this game long enough. I feel sorry for all that have invested here but my advice is DO NOT pay someone for shares in units that will not be hashing for you straight away. Preorders - no go! None the less I see that some people have invested larger sums of money and hope you guys catch this bastard and make a fucking example of him.
