681  Economy / Service Discussion / Blocking cryptojacking on: August 02, 2018, 12:54:05 AM
Hi recently i faced a very big change when using my laptop as it became very slow.I was not aware of the reasons.I had already read about cryptojacking in which our computers are used for cryptomining even without our consent. So i just added nocoin extention to my chrome we browser.Surprisingly, now my laptop processing speed has increased much better. So you guys too could use this nocoin extention if encountering the same problem.

Lets fight against cryptojacking.
682  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin will not hit 20000 soon? on: August 01, 2018, 06:04:00 PM
Bitcoin's growth began in early 2017 and then it touch 20000. Bitcoin's largest growth is due to the ability to trade with tether dollar. With this growth, a huge growth in ICOs appeared. Nowadays about 30 ICOs are added to the market. This huge volume of ICOs, has taken the power of bitcoin growth. Like weeds next to a tree. Bitcoin will not grow until ICOs exists.
Actually last time ATH price of bitcoin of 20,000 dollars was not its actual price and it was only due to launch of bitcoin futures. But this time, there's no such event.I would say that it would be hard for bitcoin to even cross and remain above the 10,000 dollars price.
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to the access of common/general people on: August 01, 2018, 05:33:41 PM
Bitcoin was created to make people do P2P transactions without any banks. But its now seen and used as an asset which would give high ROI.Pity is that most of the normal
684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 17th Million bitcoin has been mined. 4 million left to go. on: August 01, 2018, 01:36:27 PM
But whatever the power ASIC miners may have, bitcoin mining is set to a certain limit called halvening after which bitcoin mining gets difficult. So all the other remaining four million bitcoins would not be mined within our lifetime for sure.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll reveals that 75% of the US investors believe bitcoin is 'very risky' on: July 31, 2018, 06:51:59 PM
Everyone knows well that bitcoin is a risky investment and there is no need to conduct a survey for knowing this. But an interesting factor is that despite the risk factor in bitcoin, the number of investors buying bitcoin is still increasing as they have already witnessed many hundreds of people turning to be millionaires with the help of bitcoin.
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [FULL] BITCORE BTX Signature Campaign - Hero/Legendary Members - $50/week on: July 29, 2018, 07:32:47 AM
Confirming this week's payment.Great Campaign and a Great Manager indeed.

More power to Bitcore.
687  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Nowadays, even ordinary laptops can mine bitcoins. on: July 28, 2018, 06:44:10 AM
Mining even altcoins using laptops is not advisable since it would severely damage the motherboard of laptop. If it is used for mining bitcoins as op said by combining the computing power of many computers, then the laptop would surely get damaged and so this should not be done.
688  Economy / Economics / Re: Is It Possible that The Moslem Countries Can Accept The CryptoCurrencies System? on: July 28, 2018, 05:55:56 AM
Yes bitcoin is neither a gambling system nor a part of usury which has been strictly prohibited in Islam. Also bitcoin is not like fiat currency and it's free from deflation.Already some Islamic organisations in the West have started to accept bitcoin as donation.Until now,no big Islamic cleric has openly given religious order fatwa as bitcoin to be totally illegal. So there would be no issues for muslim countries to allow crypto currencies.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Germany added bitcoin as a legal tender! on: July 28, 2018, 05:49:02 AM
We have already seen US,China and Russia trying to ban bitcoin. But then they realised that it's impossible to do so unless internet gets banned. So they changed their view about almost all cryptos. And now,Germany an economically grown country has accepted bitcoin as a legal tender. If I'm not wrong, japan was the first economic power to legalize bitcoin. Now most countries have started to realise that instead of opposing cryptos blindly,it would be wise to regulate it and generate tax income.
690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you stop calling Bitcoin an investment? on: July 28, 2018, 04:52:28 AM
It's true that bitcoin was created by Satoshi as a currency and not as an investment. But the secured nature of bitcoin that it could not be hacked and it being totally out of the reach of governments hands and it's unchangeable limited supply has made people to consider it as a high ROI giving asset and they have started to recognise it as an asset. It has become a safe haven for investors who would want to get rich quickly.
691  Economy / Speculation / Re: Experts say BTC ETFs could launch bitcoin to 20k, 40k 60k USD on: July 28, 2018, 04:38:57 AM
Financial experts and theorists say ETFs can have the same if not BIGGER effect on BC price than futures, which can send BTC soaring to 20k and beyond!

Do you guys belief this hype? Will the be the catalyst that sends crypto soaring with institutional money? What are your opinions?
Its said that millions of dollars would be poured into bitcoin if ETF gets approved.Even if bitcoin price reaches its previous ATH of 20,000 which was due to bitcoin futures, that would be considered as a great achievement after a long struggle.
692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin losing value is nothing surprising, will continue on: July 27, 2018, 01:57:46 PM
First of all, bitcoin is not a Ponzi scheme and also it was not created by Satoshi as a substitute to all currencies. Its very unfortunate that people have started to recognise bitcoin only as a high ROI giving asset. So most of bitcoin users are not ready to spend it and they just want to hold it.It seems that this mentality could not be changed and bitcoin would be continuously manipulated by the big whales.
693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dethrone Bitcoin? Nope not now! on: July 27, 2018, 06:40:25 AM
Seeing the concept of bitcoin succeeding, lots of altcoins got created in the market. But unfortunately, none of them were potential enough to challenge bitcoin. So they just got satisfied in existing in the market just being valued in bitcoin.
694  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Gains and Tax Payment In India This Year on: July 26, 2018, 06:17:37 PM
i think the Indian government messed things up for themselves mostly and the RBI is to blame for that. before RBI banning exchange accounts the government could monitor what everyone was doing because they were all going to a centralized exchange and their identity was revealed. but now they are all trading off the market and using localbitcoins,... so the government no longer has any idea who is doing what so they can not TAX them Grin
Yes you are right. The government has almost collapsed the entire system.Instead of regulating and imposing moderate tax, government has showed a way for bitcoin holders to do trading anonymously using local bitcoins.com and telegram chats.
695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULD WE GET ALL HATERS OF BITCOIN OUT OF HERE? on: July 26, 2018, 06:05:25 PM
Even if we do it here by chance, what could we do outside as the bitcoin world is very big.

The only thing we could do is to educate newbies about bitcoin's potential so that the efforts of such FUD spreaders would go useless.
696  Economy / Economics / Re: Greediness leads to market manipulation. on: July 25, 2018, 06:08:28 PM
Sometimes many people try to manipulate the market and buy precious tokens cheap and selling high later. They intentionally cause fear and panic in the inexperienced members and take advantage to perpetrate their greed activities.
Yes it has now become a regular phenomenon and it was higher when Chinese dominated the bitcoin market earlier.I ts an ongoing process which would be continuously used by big whales targetting newbies who always price to be the weaker hands.

What early investors do is to just keep quiet and buy as much coins as they could during such price dips.Just making use of the opportunity.

697  Economy / Economics / Re: To be or not to be. What to invest in? on: July 25, 2018, 06:06:41 PM
If you get satisfied with less profit and just need your investment to be safe, then gold is better for you.

It's true that bitcoin investment is risky but we have already seen its performance for the past eight years and it makes an investor a little bit more confident.

Bitcoin was early known to only a small sect of people. But now the volume of people who know about bitcoin is getting very big and still the supply remains unchanged. So investment in bitcoin has a big scope.
698  Economy / Economics / Re: The dollar affects Bitcoin? on: July 25, 2018, 06:04:49 PM
No the dollar price increase has nothing to do with bitcoin's price rise.Bitcoin's price gets affected by many factors like market FUD,decrease in demand but not in relation to dollar.
699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the real stand of China government with regards to bitcoin? on: July 24, 2018, 05:54:42 PM
China has never had a clear and real stand about Bitcoin. It always confuses the world about its true motive. Its really a million dollar question that whether China would support bitcoin or not.
700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the biggest misconception of Cryptocurrency in your country? on: July 24, 2018, 05:49:50 PM
In India, the government doesn't encourage crypto currencies.Rather the centra bank RBI has initiated all the other banks to close accounts related to crypto trading.T he Indian government is in an idea to launch its own digital coin named as Lakshmi. Also the Indian government wants to totally stop anonymous transactions and for this, its trying to digitalise all payments. So it would not be ready to allow cryptos which are mostly used for anonymous transactions.
