681  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 01:33:23 AM
29 September update

We took the decision to outsource the troubleshooting  and final touches of the mining boards to an external party.
Delivery of the finalized hardware will take place before 15 October.
All the informations that are being posted are totally made up and there's no direct connection between Labcoin and the people mentioned.
Labcoin operation is not a scam, we are struggling with technical difficulties but still mining with our hardware and paying dividends.
As  promised, as soon hardware get delivered we will bring online the full mining power and dividend payments will reflect this.
We are still holding our labcoin shares on btct.co and still plan on transferring to bitfunder, this process though has  slowed down due to their strict requirements and all accusations being thrown at us are not helping.
We ask everyone to keep calm and avoid spreading false informations.

How do you explain the fact that your CEO knows nothing about what is going on and is denying all involvement with your company?

Mr. Tatti is who registered the company initially but is not involved directly with the project.

How about Alessia Tatti?

No involvement at all?

She was initially helping with coordinating hiring the team but left shortly after we started development.

So basically all the detective work was right ... And your only play now is to say yes, it is true, but they have left now and only us non-scammers are left.

Yeah, riiiight !!!

Thanks for the new public share address feature!

No problem!  And sorry about making it mandatory, but I think it's pretty important.

Cheers.

I'm having a problem with this. I've set 2 different addresses, but it still says I have to set it up.

So I still can't trade.

What am I doing wrong?.

Need some help with this please

Took me whole day for this, ooh

Judging past events, this logo is most likely to get Ken's approval
686  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - The Bitcoin Bank (Cyprus) - LMB Holdings on: September 11, 2013, 12:37:43 PM
hi

i might be a dumb for asking.

i want to know, does this business work with any thing interest related?

for example, like dividends coming from interest income, etc

Any answer to this please?
687  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 10, 2013, 02:51:43 PM

To reiterate, it's not a money or time thing to Ken, he is just happy with how his site and how it is performing.

As a shareholder, a significantly large one, that is simply scary.

It shows a serious lack of judgment on Ken's part. It's one thing to be an engineer, it's another to try to run a business ... and as time progresses, it is becoming more and more evident that he not only does not have any skills in other areas of business, but worse, he is not willing to acknowledge that and bring in people who DO know what they are doing.
688  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 10, 2013, 10:27:18 AM
Very disappointing to see that after purchasing my logo they decided to turn it from this:

Into this abomination:

1990 called, they want their logo back guys. It'd be very interesting to see how much the developer Ken hired who bought the logo from me was paid for this, I'd be willing to wager it was significantly more than I received.

Damn!!!

Is this for real?

I am actually getting scared of ActM recently. Ken is clearly a capable engineer, but as a business man he is clueless.

The website, the product names and formulation, the complete waste of buying advertising space on here and then sending users to a half million dollar product, no communication, complete lack of idea during the IPO, now this.

The NRE, and getting chips and mining is only part of what it takes to make this business work. Ken can do the hardware stuff it seems, but he lacks the rest of the entire skill set needed for business.

when is first dividend payment coming

September 17th

Any idea why Labcoin have chosen to make dividends every two weeks ... instead of weekly?

690  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 05, 2013, 11:33:33 AM
so, the NDA is over, now?

Or is it still up and the eAsic press release is all we get for now?

Can we expect some more chip info from Ken?

I think this is the most pertinent of questions now.

Is the NDA over? We can ask questions without a 'sorry NDA' response.?

I can't believe that I woke up and just read that last 5 pages of complete BS ...

Picked up so many cheap shares this last day!  Grin

When do you become a whale?

Good Question.
693  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 02, 2013, 03:36:53 AM
Does Ken have $$/btc to then go and order a crap load of chips to ramp up hashrates??

Yes:

Just did a quick adding up of our funds.  Converted @ 93.40 we have ~$890,000, so I am going to add 500,000 shares to the wall.  We need funds to cover the 40-60 machines we are building, to finish paying for our prototypes, finish paying for the engineering of the prototypes, and some for general operating expenses.  Also, we need some room just in case the price of bitcoins goes down.

Excellent, thank you
694  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 02, 2013, 02:41:07 AM
A question regarding the NRE and chips ...

We know Ken raised enough for the NRE during the IPO ... and we assume this has been paid to eAsic.

Once the whole development phase is complete, Ken will then need to order batches of chips.

Does Ken have $$/btc to then go and order a crap load of chips to ramp up hashrates??

If not, where/how will he get the extra money?
695  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 01, 2013, 06:02:47 PM
When are these meetings supposed to occur where the owners of 100,000 shares are allowed to attend?

What's the progress of these happening?
696  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 01, 2013, 03:48:46 PM
thats a BIG if at the moment ... considering the silence encompasses EVERYTHING.

By the time any news is released, who knows how many weeks/months, the priced could have tanked to almost zero.

The longer it takes for news, the more the share prices declines, and then the further it has to rise to get to where it was.
697  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 01, 2013, 03:37:45 PM
Wow - down to .0031 on btct now

Just 2 or 3 days ago, it was hovering around .005 - lost 40% in a few days.

Wonder how low it will go with Ken's cone of silence
698  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] CryptX introduces the PETA-MINE - DEPLOYMENT OF 20 TH/s on: September 01, 2013, 03:18:43 PM
cryptx,

As you have now changed the whole IPO with no warning and no motions, and broken the whole contract that I signed up to when I bought my shares, I would like to request that you buy-back my shares.

I have 15 shares.

15 x .65btc plus transaction fees I incurred.

Please let me know how we can arrange this.

Edit: You should also change your business name. You are no longer aiming for 1PH/s, so Peta-Mine is false advertising.

Our goal is still to deploy the 1PH mine, we will start with an initial batch of 10k shares (20TH September + 100TH December).
Instructions have been mailed to shareholders in case you would like a refund.

Thanks, the refund has gone through.

I think it may be a good idea that following the soon to be released news announcement, someone collates a pile of questions from shareholders and presents them to Ken for his attention.

It's unclear how much info will be made available and what topics will be covered by this announcement, so I suggest we start the Q & A immediately following.

For people to offer up questions at this stage may not be such a good idea given how little we know about the content of this annoucement.

Also, given this threads ability to mask important information perhaps we should also post the Q & A on the first page?

Cheers.

Now that! is an excellent suggestion my friend *thumbs up*
