I have seen a lot of threads here asking about whether people will invest in a coin or do bounty. Its high time we all understood that, investment is not only about money. To me, any effort put into something to make it a reality can be regarded as investment. People who buy coins invest with their monies whiles those who participate in bounties also invest with their time and energy. Money is a replaceable resource but time can never replaced. To me, bounty hunters are also investors. What do you think?
Investment also takes time, investment is not just about buying and holding and waiting for some time. You also need time to look at the development of your coins and do the analysis before buying a coin for your investment right. If you just buy, hold and wait without knowing what progress you get most likely is a failure. |

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.
Everyone has their reasons. You can do research and analysis about the token you can before you sell it. But many people sell for some reason, some sell it directly because they are afraid the price will decrease, some sell because they really need money at that time, some are holding it because they believe the price will soar in the future, so everyone has reasons and choices respectively. |

I'm really disappointed with myself now because of Verge. Way back June 2017, I bought $200 worth of XVG and I sold it last week a day before the pump happened. It could be worth more than $5k now if I just HODL.  Well, I need to move on and learn from this mistakes. This will be a lesson for me to have patience and wait for the right time to sell my coins. The reason why I sold it was because I need more funds to buy another coin. I'm happy with the coin I bought because I can now see that it is now starting to pump. Maybe, I'm just half disappointed every time I'm seeing the current value of Verge. I bought some XVG again and will surely hold it this time.  I hope that this experience of mine can be a good example for everyone especially the newbies in this community. Many people are experiencing the same thing, but who has let it pass and make it as your experience and your future strategy. That's the cryptocurrency market, sometimes it takes patience and careful analysis of the coins we have. |

Sure ADA has potential but Ethereum is already established and has one functional DAPP on it. ADA is smoke and mirrors right now and has provided nothing other than hype. Hilarious how everybody loves to hop on the hype train, but nobody wants the real stuff train.
I think selling all the ETH for an ADA is a bad decision. If you want to sell it, sell some to buy ADA or to buy another coin. If you want to invest in another coin it is a good choice, by investing into another coin that will certainly reduce the risk if one of the coins decreased drastically you will not suffer huge losses. But it all depends on you, do what you think is right. |

Before you decide to sell or hold it. I suggest you do your own research about tokens / coins you get from bounty, always see the development of tokens / coins in the market. If you think the coin has the potential to increase, it's better to hold it for a while but if you think the coin is just a shitcoin, it's better to sell it, because holding is just a waste of time.

I think it depends on what coin you have. If what you hold is a coin that has potential, then holding is the best. Many people say hold it because the price will go up, but I think you'd better do your own analysis of the coins you own, because you own the coin. |

We do not know what will happen in the future. But, I think do not sell all the altcoin you have for one coin, you need a strategy in investing. If you sell all altcoin and wait for BTC rising and what you get does not match your estimate, you will incur major losses. So, I think it's better to divide it into another coin 70% for BTC and 30% for other coins, but it all depends on you. |

So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?
indeed at the end of 2017 is the most beautiful moment for investors because the price soared. but now the market price is different yet stable. my advice if you are still strong to last better wait and hold. indeed we do not know in the future, but as a true trader must always be optimistic and confident. and the decision comes back to you, follow your heart. maybe that's my opinion. |

Right now, price of ETH is low, is there again rise in the ETH ? I can see eth going above bitcoin because of combination between drop in the price of bitcoin and increase in the price of eth.
there must be another increase in ETH, because I see the decrease in ETH is not too significant and usually does not last long. I see ETH has a good future, because it has a large volume and a clear concept. but I do not see ETH going above bitcoin because it is very difficult to happen in my opinion.
