Not enough claims yet to move forward need more people to step up.

I lost around $5000, what else do you need?
Or maybe you are not able to track down ziplibrary and try to solve the issue like this?

Then pay someone yourself UPFRONT to go do it, 800 dollars is not worth the time I am going to have to put into this plain and simple. I have already put 5 hours into it, average rate is 75 dollars a hour for a P.I. not much profit... see where I am going with this. Contact DEBT on cryptostocks see what he charges  Wink

it's the real world. we are all humans, pro or newbie.
everything can be scam or not. everything can be honest or not. and so on...
The way to judge is the way to go.
There is so much risk in this area, so we/you have to consider it.

Those kinds of comments are not necessary.

@joeltang we have 1 debtbond, the other shares are just sold out!

@NotLambchop we know everything is scam, and we cannot trust anyone, but without trust, how can we do business? btc/altcoin business is risk itself. We cannot reverse the situation.

@RiverBoatBTC no comment. just looking at your history. just glimpsed through it. Not they guy we want to talk to. Or the opinion we want to hear from you. (don't get us wrong, no offense)

You mean you do not want to hear the truth correct?

Do you still tie your dollars to gold or silver? Cause that what the value of that paper is and is the proper unit of account.

Bitcoin = Dollar = Gold & Silver.

Anyone want to run the numbers on that to see if it comes up as a loss or a gain?

Who watches the mining equipment?

The logic is flawed, I lost money to a scam... But I am going to shell out more money to TRY to get my money back. What a fucked up way of thinking.

Hello

I'm new to this site and also to the loan section and so this might seem and sound like a noob.
I've tried to buy some btc via neteller but I havent found any1 yet accepting this is why im posting here.

I'm looking to loan 1-2 btc for some investments and can send you the costs via neteller as collateral?
This can/will be done fully escrow offcourse.
I will be paying back in maximum 1 month. (we can negotiate the %)

I'm not quite sure if everything is correct, or if I need to add things please post it.
If you, or anybody you know that can mean something to me, please pm me or hook me up!

thanks in advance

Why not post in the currency exchange section and ask someone to swap with you? Why a loan?

Most loans don't make any sense in this section anymore. We might as well give people loans to shave their pubes.

Anyway, I didn't see anything about collateral?

What if they are already gone? Does that mean no loan  Huh

How do I know this works its common practice and it in fact is what they are doing to sue BFL.

Nobody has successfully won a case like this.  You're now stating that your valuation beliefs are based on the fundamentals of frivolous lawsuits.

frivolous... are you a BFL koolaid kid? If so I can see why you see things the way you do. Anyone who sticks up or believes BFL is not facked is just as facked in the head.

689  Economy / Securities / Re: Evaluating Havelock securities performances on: July 03, 2014, 08:09:02 PM
I do not agree, if I pay you one way I want that payment back the exact same way. If I paid you with a CC I want the money back on my CC, not to western union me pesos because that is the currency YOU use. If you buy something online in a different country the refund you the exact same currencys back.. it does not matter if it has lost or gained value. Can you understand that, Gold is gold no matter the value, just like BTC is BTC.

I would like to hire you as my lawyer to get all the funds back that were spent on currently undelivered mining equipment.

Wait, you mean we have no case?  You mean your entire thinking is incorrect and wouldn't be recognized by any court, jury, or regulator?  Oh well, it doesn't hurt to dream.   Roll Eyes

Maybe your just going about it the wrong way, scratch this Club shit out and form a legal entity known as a trust. The trust can then sue the mining manufactures, securities issue solved. How do I know this works its common practice and it in fact is what they are doing to sue BFL. Its not hard to prove a company negligent and show they have caused you financial losses due to that. If that shit with BFL backdooring miners is true watch them get sued into thin air.

I've proven you wrong so many times now, it is impossible to claim ignorance at this point.  Thus, anyone who chooses to believe that spending $1 and getting back $20 is losing money can take whatever pleasure from that misbelief they want.  I would hate to rob you of that.

But did they give you dollars or bitcoins? If I gave you 1 bitcoin and got back 20 cool, but If I gave you 20 and your gave me 1 not cool.

Unless you said all BTC are tied to USD at the time they gave you the coins.

They didn't give me anything.  I don't get a salary and didn't take any cut of the BTC that was raised from the sale of the Nasty Mining IPO.  I am a regular NastyFans seat holder the same as everyone else.  They gave Nasty Mining funds to purchase mining equipment, which was done in USD, as is everything when you transfer BTC from one place to another...  Thinking you spend BTC (whether that be on a fanclub membership or honey from Bees Brothers) and you could get a refund at that BTC rate later is incorrect, thus the valuation in your mind will be incorrect any time the BTC rate changes.  Was Bitcoin at the time a better investment than the Nasty Mining IPO?  Yes.  Did IPO investors lose any money in NastyFans?  No.

691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to the remaining silk road bitcoins after the trial? on: July 03, 2014, 07:46:04 PM
They will just be held till final deposition.

What's the maximum amount of time that could take?

Sometimes appeals drag on forever, and keep getting moved to a higher court for another appeal after each verdict.

Only time can tell, but the chances of the coins being sold is high. They have a group of nerds right now tracking the coins I am sure and if they were ever moved out of SR I am sure they will be sold.

Defending One’s Honor

“Honour is the value of a person in his own eyes, but also in the eyes of his society. It is his estimation of his own worth, his claim to pride, but it is also the acknowledgment of that claim, his excellence recognized by society, his right to pride.” Julian Pitt-Rivers

Honour=integrity, respect, praise, esteem, admiration.

Defending one’s honour in some cases can be a matter of success and ruin; life and death. Even as late as 19th century America, maintaining your honour was essential to getting a good job, marrying a classy lady and accepted into higher society.  Saving face was paramount and retaliation was done to prove you still had the courage that made you worthy of honour. But if taken to extremes it becomes an “irrational pissing contest.”  Even in defending one’s honour one must be honourable by exercising gentlemanliness, fair play, mercy and magnanimity.

So when defending your honour, members should:

  • not personally attack a member’s character or family or belittle a member using sarcasm. Just to be clear, when a member chooses to attack the author of a post rather than the content of the post, that is a personal attack.
  • Not post defamatory comments which include statements that purposefully injure the reputation of another by exposing them to hatred, contempt, or ridicule.
  • not encourage or condone any physical violence, threats of violence, or harassment against anyone, whether members of this forum or not.
  • not post confidential information about a member that could cause harm to his/her family.

I do recognise that many members feel a great deal of pain and anger about the way they have been treated by other members and sometimes feel the need to 'vent' about that.

But relentlessly negative attacks on people and organisations achieve nothing and can be upsetting and depressing for other members to read.

Let’s aim for what we can positively achieve together, of course that means sharing our pain, and sometimes our anger too, but we also want to maintain a positive focus on what we can do about our situation, and so I ask members to engage on the forums in the same constructive and progressive spirit with honour and respect.

Take that hippy loving bull crap on, treat one to others as you would want done to yourself. "don't steal peoples shit or else". This don't spank your child bullshit leads kids to become little shits, Mr. Gay is a prime example of when punishment fails.

Why give him coins to invest and lose when you can do the exact same on your own?

Yea but like anything there needs to be some sort of line, what if someone was to post trust on your thread linking you to a child porn site saying you were the owner then called the FBI on you? Or is someone going to have to do that to the staff on this board to have that sort of thing fixed?

That would be deleted, of course.

Trust isn't viewable by people who aren't logged in, and untrusted ratings are hidden by default even for logged-in users, so you needn't really worry about nonsense ratings hurting your reputation.

Thank you Theymos
