681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin with real gold on: December 27, 2018, 01:53:55 AM
Bitcoin and real gold, both of them have a great value in our world.
But the real gold value is very stable far from bitcoin value. Some peoples say bitcoin is not an asset like gold, bitcoin is just a currency.
But actually, if you keep holding your bitcoin and not using it as a currency, then it will become an asset, no different from gold.
682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tips to overcome depression. on: December 27, 2018, 01:38:39 AM
Point no.1 is simple, but not easy to do. Forgetting something that belongs to you required some time.
But if you can afford to lose your money when you investing in cryptocurrency, then it will be easy to forget.
And i think we don't need to keep an eye of the price in the market so we can slowly forget.
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be prepared on: December 26, 2018, 05:04:58 AM
Prepare for both sides ,for better or for worse ,I've seem friends jumping up already as if 2019 would bring amazing smiles to everyone's face ,I'm not saying it may not but be prepared even if bakkt ,ETH 2.0 and ETF happens doesn't really mean we will moon ,just be prepared for both, either it goes right or wrong.

I wonder what makes your friend believe 2019 will bring smiles, maybe they know something that you don't know yet ?
Anyway, i think there is no one can predict the market of cryptocurrency for now.
If you planning to invest your money on crypto, buying now is not a bad decision because the price still on the bottom.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do You Think A Bull Run Is Really Coming on: December 26, 2018, 04:30:51 AM
Seems the market is more manipulated that ever before with Options trading. Everyone is "holding" out and waiting to see but do you think it will really come?  I lean to it being more steady increase over time that some mass crazy rise like last year.

If you are sure that the market is being manipulated right now, then you must be still holding your coins.
Buyers who cannot afford to lose their money cannot keep holding because they need to cut their loss before it going worse.
Just keep holding until the bull come.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will usage of bitcoin reduce the value of native currencies? on: December 25, 2018, 03:05:52 PM
Will the value of native currency fall down if the usage of bitcoin increases?do people feel that they don't need fiat anymore for the transactions to happen? Is that why people are trying to let down bitcoin ? Many questions are just wandering in my mind at the moment. Can anyone answer atleast few of them?

Maybe not for now, but i dont know in the future. If peoples using crypto more than fiat currency,
one sure thing is the value of cryptocurrency will increasing because of the demands from peoples who using it.
686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Citibank is offering crypto custody. on: December 25, 2018, 02:59:33 PM
New york based Citi bank will offer crypto custody solutions to institutional investors, it will provide institutional investors to invest in cryptocurrencies in a fully insured and regulated manner.  Link : https://www.ccn.com/citigroup-is-the-latest-bank-to-offer-crypto-custody-heres-how-it-will-affect-the-market/

Are you sure about that ? Cryptocurrency is too volatile to invest and i dont think there is any bank supporting and regulating it.
If Citibank really providing investment option on cryptocurrency, then they must convince their clients to not afraid investing in cryptocurrency.
And yes, it will affect the market of cryptocurrency if there are some banks involved.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto should I buy now on: December 24, 2018, 04:37:24 AM
I have about $2500 to spare
And I want to invest into a coin
Please help me decide on one of these coins

1. VECHAIN.                                 VET
2. ICON.                                         ICX
3. PUNDI X.                                   NPXS
4. MONEYTOKEN.                        IMT
5. BASIC ATTENTION TOKEN.   BAT

I intend to keep buying some of these coins with spare Money as time goes but can't make up my mind on which to buy first now

Your opinion will be highly appreciated.

If you have $2500 to invest in crypto, i think it is not a small amount of money and you need to choose the coin wisely.
From your list, i see the some good projects on it. Maybe it will be better if you spend your money on some coins, to diversify your investment.
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy or Sell...??? on: December 24, 2018, 04:21:23 AM
Market going in very deep stress level so many people are confused what they do with present market situation.
Because nobody now when market will start in up position. But according to my opinion this time is not of Selling just wait and watch the market and enjoy this time with your family because in few months market will start up trend. So this time no need to sell.
But if you want to invest more money in Crypto market this is the right time.

I think now is the time for selling if you bought them on last week before it started to green.
Now the market condition is regaining their green price slowly.
But if you didn't buy the dips, maybe buying some coins with this price still will be profitable later.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Airport accepting bitcoins for traveling tickets on: December 23, 2018, 04:45:03 PM
How sweet could it be?

I really want the professionals to shed more light on this if it could be actualized and how easier could it be and what implication can it have on bitcoin

The more vendors who accept bitcoin as their payment, the more bitcoin will be massive adopted by peoples in the world.
We need to creating more opportunities for bitcoin to be used by many peoples, so the value will stable in the future.
690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what will happen if miners stop mining bitcoin? on: December 23, 2018, 04:35:30 PM
What will happen if miners stop mining bitcoin? Will result in broken blockchain or any other problems to the network? I would like to buy some bitcoin for long-term investment and not plan to sell for years

I guess if miners stop mining bitcoin, the 51% attack will be easy to do by some peoples or companies who have much ASIC.
The miners need to keep mining so the hashrate is keep decentralized, not centralized to some parties only.
buying bitcoin to hold for years is not a bad idea, it is a good investment planning.
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid money on: December 21, 2018, 02:03:01 AM
A minor fall of BTC and stupid money goes panic selling.

Get it into your head:
-unless you have a really really really large investment in  BTC, BTC won't bring you as much profit as the best alts that have not already been too pumped up will
-BTC is not end all of all crypto. It is important but crypto does not depend on it
-crypto will not die, it will grow much much much bigger so stop panicing!
-if you chose good alts, you have nothing to panic for! If you don't trust you chose good alts, you shouldn't have invested in the firyt place
-buy BTC with FIAT!

I think it was not a minor fall, the entire cryptocurrency has fallen far to the bottom since first quarter of 2018.
They who hold btc will afraid if btc value keep falling in the future, but i think it won't happening.
Bitcoin is the crypto that have a large volume and liquidity, meaning massive peoples using it and it's price won't fall to 0.
692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what will happen with ethereum. on: December 21, 2018, 01:52:39 AM
a few days ago hot news / updates about ethereum made me and maybe a lot excited, and ETH prices rose markedly after the next day, it kinda showed a little backward or as I thought. Now ETH prices continue to fall! What caused this? Am I missing something?

What updates did you hear ? Some links on your thread regarding the ETH updates would be appreciated.
If there are major updates in near time, i guess ETH price will increasing again.
Currently ETH price is above $110, ETH price is not continue to falling. Just keep holding.
693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining vs Buying on: December 20, 2018, 01:56:18 AM
Is it better to get BTC via mining or buying now?
It was no longer profitable early this year for mining. However, with the recent price surge, does mining becomes profitable now?
If yes, any suggestion? There are quite many cloud miner in the market.

Mining bitcoin is not too profitable anymore because the price of bitcoin was decreasing in the market.
But i see a small rising price in crypto market that maybe the sign of the beginning of market recovery.
Cloud miner have high risk, i always avoid it because most of them are fraud. Better mining with your own rigs.
694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Need bitcoin control? on: December 20, 2018, 01:37:32 AM
In the foreseeable future, each developed country will create its own crypto currency, provided by the national currency.

How much can this contradict the very idea of Bitcoin as a free, decentralized system?

Need cryptocurrency state control?

Although many countries will creating their own cryptocurrency, i believe when they want to trade with other cryptocurrency, they will need
to convert their crypto to bitcoin first. Bitcoin is a global and international cryptocurrency, everyone can use it unlike national currency (their own crypto). So, it won't contradict if there are many countries creating their coin.
695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Scammer Can affect the ETH price. on: December 19, 2018, 02:27:46 AM
Hello, You know guys most of reason why ETH falls down because of a lot of scammers used the smart contract and make a bright idea about for the future but its only fake. They always convince the investor using their good marketing strategy and once the investors are convinced so they invest their money. And once the scammers has a lot of ETH accumulated from the investors the will sell immediately so they can affect the whole market cap of ETH. What do you think?

I know, that is what fake ICO's doing when they want to steal money from investors.
But for now, i think that is not the cause because the price of other coins than ETH has gone to the bottom too.
Although ETH value is on the bottom now, there are some good ICO's to invest too. If you manage to find it, you can cover your loss with the profit later.
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: December 19, 2018, 02:06:43 AM
So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.
How do you feel?
How will you react?

If that happened in my account, of course i would disappointed and tired to doing campaign anymore.
That's why we need to doing research and due diligence prior joining any campaign.
Need 3 weeks ++to receive the reward seems normal for me, even there are many campaigns paid the reward more than 2 months!
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you been scammed? How did they approached you? on: December 18, 2018, 01:29:21 AM
I get messages everyday in Telegram.
Most of them approached me as investors, group admins or affiliates.

One way to detect them is that they will approach us first. And they always start with 'Hey User'.
Real investors or admins dont simply approach other people until we ask for their help first.

Well, i think that is a common way for scammer to approach their victim.
That's why there are many telegram group admin announce that they never PM you first.
Usually the user who want to ask about something, PM the admin first, and then the admin will reply and continuing the conversation between user and admin.
698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin ever exist in currency notes? on: December 17, 2018, 03:29:07 AM
It might interest you to note that the bitcoin policy has been accepted and implemented by some banks. Not long ago, I read a post on this platform which stressed on the facts that there are bitcoin ATMs in some parts of the Europe and United States.

The question is " how will these ATMs  operate?" Will customers withdraw money in the form of Bitcoin notes or fiat??? Please share your views on this topic. I need clarifications.

If bitcoin notes will be created in cryptocurrency, then we don't need crypto wallet anymore.
I think it is better for bitcoin and altcoins to keep stored in the digital wallet to avoid any kind of counterfeit.
Down to date, there is no one can create a fake btc or other counterfeit altcoins in cryptocurrency world, so it is safer.
699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Security on: December 17, 2018, 03:01:29 AM
Someone close lost his bitcoin to some scammers who posed as an ICO project admin.
We have the wallet address but there's no way on planet earth to trace the fraudster offline.

Don't you think its high time , this is looked into.
There needs to be a way of linking account owners to their offline address .
This would mitigate  in no small measure the prevalence of frauds.

Actually you can track the fraudster wallet address if they sent their coins to the exchange address.
Most exchange requiring KYC to withdraw crypto or fiat currency in the user's account.
So, if you know the fraudster address and where they sent their coin, the exchange owner should know who is the fraudster.
700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to invest or wait ? on: December 10, 2018, 02:14:22 AM
Hi.

I have been part of this community for a while now. And i never got the chance to make any investments as i was short on money. But recently i got a little money and i wanted to invest but looking at the market as it is going down and down again, i have decided to learn from you guys and take into account the advice of you people.

What should i do.

Invest in right now,
Should wait,
or Should i just put my money in some other industry like Real estate ?

Need your opinion guys. What would you had done in a similar situation at this point of time ?

No, you should wait and don't take any move yet. For now, there are some uncertain factors in market condition.
Although i am not a crypto adviser, but i think the best thing to do is waiting for a turn back moment in cryptocurrency.
2018 is not a good year for us, then we should keep observing the crypto until it goes back to the normal state.
