681  Economy / Speculation / Re: When do you think Bitcoin will reach $1500? on: March 15, 2017, 03:39:31 PM
That's not too far as nowadays we daily see bitcoin growing around 10$ per day so if this actually continues you can expect a price of 1500$ by September or max by October. But as i said it has to like how it is growing currently.
682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should governments allow people to pay their taxes in Bitcoin BTC? on: March 15, 2017, 06:59:15 AM
I dont think so that people would pay their taxes on bitcoin since most of users of it do really save up bitcoin and they dont like to use it at all because we do know the value of it does really increase overtime and i dont think that government would allow this thing because for sure they will collect fixed rates which they could able to get on local fiat.
I kind of agree with the people's part but why wouldn't government except even though there is a really less chance of price going down so it would basically be loss for the people as government can easily say that they charged you the price  at the time of the transaction so increase isn't there fault
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: March 14, 2017, 10:25:19 PM
There are many different situations and aspects for bitcpin to die. First one when all bitcoins are mined : Now we all know bitcoin has a supply limit so after all bitcoins are mined people will start selling their coins as price growth will be low and mostly by 2060 it will be over.
Other thing that can happen is countries banning the use of bitcoin or actually holding any coins or in online wallets.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to raise money on: March 14, 2017, 11:28:08 AM
You can start a campaign on any crowdfund site like kickstarter or indiegogo. I don't if kickstarter permits this but i had seen a campaign on indiegogo but it had raised only 2000$.
Second you can crowdfund on your official site and promote it.
This third one most of the people follow start a thread on this forum and get an escrow and raise funds and you can advertise about your coin through signature campaign or twitter campaigns.
Off topic : I wouldn't recommend you to start a coin as there are more than 1000's coins out there and most of them are useless investments.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: somone steal btc from my wallet on: March 14, 2017, 07:24:56 AM
I'm new to bitcoin and don't have much yet (just 0.25 in my name) but this is disturbing. The wallets I have are all online. I made a Coinbase account but never got anything into it. I also have another wallet which can buy/sell bitcoin into my currency (can't do that with Coinbase). Should I eventually install a desktop wallet? What would you suggest? Would it require a "dumb" PC? I only have a laptop and I regularly go online using this.
I mean i don't know about other online wallets like you even I'm using coinbase for more than a year now and i have been storing a lot more coins than yours and didn't face any issue for now. If you think anything can happen enable 2FA authenticator.  If you want you can install a desktop wallet but the only problem with it is it takes lots of time to sync.
686  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: March 14, 2017, 05:43:41 AM
if there is a choice bitcoin or gold I definitely would choose bitcoin, because now it harganyta has started to increase every year always go up, and the market was also now many users. This is a business opportunity in the current era
That's true gold barely gives 1-2% returns per year sometimes it also gives us loss while bitcoin has proven to provide better returns after each year plus it is being recognised by more people daily that also gives a huge bump in the price. If it continues like this I can guarantee that by end of 2017 bitcoin will be 2000$+ for sure.

The primary reason why there is good profit coming from bitcoin compared to gold is its age. Bitcoin is still young and has still a good potential to increase more in value. While gold is a very old commodity and that is why its price is stable and if there is an increase it will be in low percentage only. Another thing is that gold supply is very high compared to bitcoin which has limited supply and with this the higher the demand the higher the price of bitcoin will be.
So that's the main purpose and the only reason why bitcoin was introduced because it was made to make an alternative to gold. And it isn't our fault if gold has more supply plus it's old if someone is planning to invest in gold instead of bitcoin and also if you see the awareness more people are aware of gold instead bitcoin but still bitcoin is better
687  Economy / Economics / Re: how much do you earn with 25$ investment on: March 14, 2017, 04:07:19 AM
Normally most of my investments made a large investments as i like more profit but till now a 25$ investment i made was on betting where there was a bet on which player will score first i put on a player who i knew would score and had an odd of some 2.5 i got a  profit of around 60$
688  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can the price of bitcoin still skyrocket on: March 13, 2017, 05:41:02 PM
This is certain at 99% that it will reach this price in the coming decade. However, if you see it reaching this price this year, I think you will be disappointed, as we increased already very much and there is plenty of time between two rises.

You can't lose hope. I think this year is really goof for bitcoin in terms of price as most of the time it was 900$++ and reached $1000 couple of times.
I don't think it will be a challenge for bitcoins to reach $2000 this year if china doesn't interfere in the working od bitcoins like they have done in past months. Also this year I have also seen bitcoin gaining lot's of attention which I think would really be good for it to reach 2000$ or maybe 1500$.

I have been used to slow rises as I live the 2015 year a.k.a. 200$ flat year, so this all, since November 2015 seems to fast for me. In one year and a half we went from 200$ to 1000$. This may be the result of a increasing exposure, but I do not think so. We need to calm down a bit to make it sustainable.
I agree with you as for now bitcoin is getting pretty good growth plus i don't think china manipulation is going to effect the price of bitcoin much because when the price hit 900$ it quickly reached back to 1100$ easily within few days and currently the price is still growing. We can expect a price of $2500+ end of this year
689  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best short-term investment you have ever made? on: March 13, 2017, 04:30:33 PM
There are actually a few short term investments i have made :
First is investing in a really new site where i invested a 0.4 btc and as the site was really new after 30 days i got a whopping return of 0.55 btc and currently the site is giving a return of maybe 0.3% per month while i think i got 50-70% i don't remember exactly.
Second one is when i invested in eth i knew the price may grow so i bought some 40 eth at a price of 7$ and after 3 weeks the price reached 12$ so that's another profit i made.
690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Fraud on: March 13, 2017, 10:12:25 AM
That will totally be your fault if you lose your money because of Bitcoin irreversible features. There is something called google in this world and of course if that site is there for a long time there will surely be scam accusations or why don't you just purchase items using an escrow or just ask the seller to make an account on a site called bitify as they have an escrow option.

692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: March 09, 2017, 03:37:03 PM
There are so many ways in which gambling can help us :
First it makes us a good person most of the time because if we gamble daily we do a lot of charity work.
Second for some people who are addicted to gambling the charity amount most of the time increases than the previous day.
Third we can get into a huge debt because most of the people who gamble daily sometimes don't realize that they are doing lot's of charity work daily.

694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: March 09, 2017, 02:47:31 PM
If you're just experimenting or trying to find if it would be good. I think small amount is enough. But if you really want to make a good profit. You should take a risk and invest higher than that. Higher risk, high in return. Lower risk, low in return.
Yeah that's true the higher the amount the risk will of course be a lot but the return is really satisfying. I had tried in a few dice sites and investment was around 0.05 i got a return of some 0.0505 after a month which was really less plus their is some sort of risk if the site takes the investors money so i decided to stop investing
695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Happen If Gambling was not introduced? on: March 09, 2017, 02:26:53 PM
Even though gambling is there who told you that people still don't work hard for earning money. Gambling is a 50% chance game so not every who gambles can actually make money out of it.
Now for the answer to your heading if gambling was never introduced millions of people wouldn't be in debt because of gambling, more than 500k murders wouldn't have happened.
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: March 08, 2017, 10:58:50 PM
There are actually two things which make me realise when to stop :
First I have made enough money : Now I know in gambling how much ever we make it isn't enough but if I think that yeah I have got a good amount of profit I stop.
Second I'm in a loss : Now this is the scariest part for a gambler in situation like these my only goal is reach the amount of money I invested and cashout for now.
697  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: March 08, 2017, 10:32:40 PM
There are many reasons to have bitcoin instead of cash:
First of all bitcoin isn't a currency at all , I agree it is accepted in many places where we can buy goods or services with bitcoins but of course with limitations. Bitcoin is a investment platform where one can invest and 90% of the time he will get a profit after few months depending on the price he purchased at and also if you are saying that why bitcoin when cash is there then why do people invest in gold when cash is there. Because gold has a potential to increase. Same for bitcoin it is more like a investment platform and it has a potential to increase in the future unlike cash which has the same value for years.

Actually cash loses value over the years and doesn't have the same value for years.

It becomes less useful to use Nation's cash because you need to haul more of it to do each thing.

in the 1950s Used to cost $0.10 dollars for 2 pizzas and a soda in New York City... today it costs $5.00 for just the slice of pizza.

In Bitcoin it once costs 10,000 bitcoins for a pizza, and today it costs 0.01 Bitcoins for the pizza... you could see where things are going.
I mean I get it but what I meant is if you keep 1$ in a vault after 100 years it will be 1$ but yeah the amount of things we could purchase with 1$ will be changed significantly.
And ya I totally agree with you about the bitcoins I mean who even thought this would happen 10000 btc is actually a lot.
698  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: March 08, 2017, 10:11:16 AM
Yes I strongly believe in bitcoin because the dreams of higher profitable price is now becoming a reality, well the proof is number of users are increasing everyday due to its influence from old bitcoin users and earners. I don't see any reasons that will discourage me in believing bitcoin's ability to help us with our profitable needs, and today is the opportunity and you should grab it right away and never waste time.
Yeah that's right if you normally see it id never too late in buying bitcoin I had heard some people saying that if you bought at 700$ it was better and stuff but that's totally wrong I still see people buying bitcoins daily and there is still more potential for an increase. It can easily reach 5000$ within 2-3 years.
699  Economy / Speculation / Re: Positive news for Chinese players : We are going to see $2000 in March itself ? on: March 08, 2017, 06:20:24 AM
That's really some good news but of course every good news has a bad news also. Do you think if on 20th march for example the price reaches 2000$ people won't actually sell it. If you see currently there is a steady growth in the price and if there is a huge bump there is of course going to be lots of selling and the price will again come down.
700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins coming to their glory in a matter of days! :) on: March 07, 2017, 01:54:26 PM
Liked your theory and actually think it may prove wrong but I would still prefer to keep my bitcoins as it has a guarantee that the price will increase while altcoins are unpredictable anything can happen with as market cap is less it can easily be manipulated.
