You should ask nicehash about it.
I'll shoot them a email if you have 33357 for dev fee and I have 3357 both ports are wright it has to be on there end
682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v12.2 (Windows/Linux) on: March 06, 2017, 06:16:31 PM
I have a question about the operation of my rig and one about mining on flypool if anyone can shed some light on them it would be appreciated!

I am mining with two cards a Sapphire r9 390x 8G and a Sapphire r9 Fury 4G (I like Sapphire cards), using 15.12 drivers, and the "updated" Claymore 12.2 (Thank you Mr. Claymore)!

1. What I notice is that in watching Zcash manager that the hash rate of the cards varies by 10% or so. the r9 fury from 408-449 (running at -I 7), and the r9 390x from 804-845 (running at -i8). I've played around with the intensity settings and these produce the best "average" hashrate in my rig. Is the variance due to mining difficulty? Is this normal?

2. When looking at Flypool's payout statistics, I notice that some blocks are "missed."  It will say payout "to block" 74157. the next entry will say payout "from block" 74159. There are usually 2 and sometimes three blocks missing during each payout. Anyone know why?

Any thoughts or help is appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

-Iza

Just a question cause I feel like drop kicking this miner sometimes I can't seem to get the rates others say I've tried all sorts of drivers win 10 and 7 I've tried different -i settings with benching at different clocks my 290 is at 310 or so my 390 I'm only getting 390 and 255 on my 280 so the first is how are you getting 804-845 because I have 15.12 drivers and updated 12.2

Does any you have any suggestions for me win7 15.12 drivers updated 12.2 390 hash 390 -i 8, 290 hash 310 -6, 280 hash 254 -i 5 all stock clocks I tried different drivers and -i I also tried over clocking which doesn't seem to help and -powlim 20 also when I try -i 8 on my 290 all cards go half speed I don't no why could the riser be causing this thank you for any help

Claymore the dev fee port is wrong for nicehash.com here a screen shot http://imgur.com/a/EMcAR

Probably nicehash changed ports/settings for some reason. I will check it and change ports in next update, it will be available in 2-3 days.

Just noticed about a problem in linux, don't know if was already mentioned, but need to be fixed asap.
I'm getting this error continually and is filling really fast my log folder in /var/log/kern.log specially, also some in syslog

Fixed, will be included in next update.

At Nicehash:
the SSL port is 33357
the non SSL port is 3357
Claymore has 33357 for dev fee and it wont connect I didnt even no nicehash has ssl where did they put the info Thanks

edit: I googled it and found is I wonder why it wont connect to port 33357 for the dev fee I didnt try it on my setting but will

Memory leak: just redownload v12.2, see note in OP.
-i 8: done, you can use it already.

-i 8 dont work on modded r9 290x 4 gb. low rate. -i 7 work fine
I have the same problem -i 8 on 290 makes all other cards run at half speed 390 and 280 on the same rig but -i 7 is fine anyone no why I have downloaded the updated version so that's no it

Windows Miner v12.2 has a memory leak 700mb per day, 5gb per week.

yes, this is true. Claymore can you fix this?

Confirmed, fixed. I can re-upload v12.2 or I can include this fix in next update which will be available in a few days.

12.21 then do the update next week as 12.3

Also please allow -i 8 again on nanos. No reason to disable it!

Memory leak: just redownload v12.2, see note in OP.
-i 8: done, you can use it already.

Claymore - this revised 12.2 is only applicable for Windows version correct ? -- Linux version no impact??

Linux is affected too.
Claymore you might want to check nicehash port for dev fee can't connect you put to many 3's
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PASC] PascalCoin, deletable blockchain & bank account system [PASA] on: February 27, 2017, 09:28:19 PM
people want accounts, so they want to solo mine.  Pascal coin incentivizes solo mining for this reason.  Otherwise, the pools keep the accounts...they may give out some here and there, but they are getting a majority of them and can make a huge profit from that...why wouldn't the miners want to help themselves?
That's understandable but with the hashrate now again the only ppl getting accounts are big miners so we just shifted the money to big miners and the only way to still get a account is to buy them claymore has dual mining without solo support so all those miners are not leaving pools to try to solo mine I'm a miner and do it for a hobby I look at this from all different ways

You can get accounts for free on suprnova and pool.mn in case you didn't notice yet Smiley

And regarding your other question, no, nothing has to be removed from the pool at all.
Thank You ocminer I was just a little confused as to why a bounty was set up for a solo miner when to me it seems the hashrate is way to high to solo so what I was trying to get at is you took the account problem and help solve it also you got sgminer running at a higher hashrate than the original miner and also where setting up a pool before nano jumped in and tried to steal the spot light so from what I see a bounty should have been paid to you and not a solo miner that I dont think anyone is using or going to use except for big miners that are going to want money for accounts
690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v8.0 (Windows/Linux) on: February 27, 2017, 06:56:53 PM
I think etc and Eth might be dead on 2gb 270 I tried everything and still my card is not going over 0.7mh
edit: I uninstalled 16.9.2 drivers and installed 15.12 still no luck I was getting better rates with 16.9.2 does anyone else for whatever reason I can't mine etc anymore so I have one instant dual on etc and my 270 running on exp if anyone else gets better rates with newer drivers on r9 cards please let me know also is anyone else having trouble mining with 2gb cards thanks

ocminer are you goin to opensource your pool code for pasc ? especially the part distributing accounts

I was about to but the code just got bought, thank god, from another pool.
Do we have to remove the polo payout address or does it matter

I just want to know why was a bounty put up for a solo miner when 90% of miners on this coin either doesn't have enough hashrate or running claymore dual miner how does this make any sense

I run my own business and I no how it feels to get low balled and screwed around on pricing most ppl go to work and get a pay check at the end of the week they don't no how it feels what if you went to work everyday and worked your ass off than your boss comes and says o I can get jimmy to do the same job for less I think we have to negotiate your pay rate or next week I have three more ppl coming let me see what they charge and I'll get back to but what they feel to see or care about is I DO AND WORK EVERY JOB not some $8 dollar a hr clown I've invested 20 years into this business and worked 15 of it for other ppl making sure I know everything there is about my line of work I also have a shit load of customers that will tell you I do quality work and work weekends holidays or whatever it takes to get the job done but most ppl only care about $$$$$$$$$$ so with that said while claymore keeps products update for all os's and fixing bugs he should get his fee if a program is maxed out and not being updated he should drop the fee a little but just like it's posted on all of his miners if you dont want to pay than use someone eles's

What's going on with PASC lately and the orphaned blocks on suprnova? I've been watching suprnova/nanopool closely and the past few days I'd say 75% of found blocks on suprnova are quickly orphaned and credited to nanopool. Sure, nanopool has a higher hash rate but watching closely it almost seems nanopool has found a way to take over suprnova's found blocks.

Just out of curiosity, if nanopool had control of enough nodes would it be possible for them to catch suprnova's found blocks, manipulate the block finder and spread it quickly to other nodes, which in turn would cancel out suprnova's find?

This is strange!!

... confirmed !
I would like ocminer to chime in on this if there's a problem I'd hope he would be bring up this issue or maybe he hasn't caught it yet

ocminer knows what's going on.. nanopool has taken control of PASC for the moment but after all the hype their control will even out as more pools come in and the profit of the coin goes down..

EDIT: And pascal "bugs" Grin
I asked both miningpoolhub and coinmine if they would think about opening a pool last week and got no response I would like to put together a community pool so we could distribute accounts to miners and investors I believe this is the only down fall of this coin ppl can't get their coins off the exchanges and it sucks to have to buy one

anyone notice that 390x show 500 hs for the first 30 sec then it steadily drops.  12.1.  Is that potential or just that the rounds havent avg out.  Most of time it started way short and worked its way up not other way around.. Just wondering

Edit for what its worth it does it on all cards.  even 290x shows 450 h/s

Code:
