Windows Miner v12.2 has a memory leak 700mb per day, 5gb per week.

yes, this is true. Claymore can you fix this?

Confirmed, fixed. I can re-upload v12.2 or I can include this fix in next update which will be available in a few days.

12.21 then do the update next week as 12.3

Also please allow -i 8 again on nanos. No reason to disable it!

Actually -i 8 is switchable in this version, but not working, crashing withou oc immediately, all rigs.

Memory leak: just redownload v12.2, see note in OP.
-i 8: done, you can use it already.

How much faster for Nano with -i 8 than -i 6?

Claymore - this revised 12.2 is only applicable for Windows version correct ? -- Linux version no impact??

Linux is affected too.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

Claymore, it is common to bump the version number for fixing issues.

It would be really helpful to the community if you called the memleak fix "12.2.1" or even "12.3"

Hello, I have a trouble wit my MB Asrock H81 PRO BTC 2.0, after few minutes to mining Shows this message:

WATCHDOG: Thread 1 hangs in OpenCL call, you need to restart miner
WATCHDOG: GPU memory error, you need to restart miner
Restarting OK, exit...

RIG:

MOBO: Asrock H81 PRO BTC 2.0
GPU's: 3 R9 390 and 2 R9 280x (all GPu's on stock settings)
PSU: 1 EVGA 1300w y 1 EVGA 1000W
CPU: Intel Celeron G1840 2.8 GHz
Ram: 4 GB kingston Hyper
Powered risers and Mother powered with 2 4pin power plugs.

I want to put 6 GPU on them, but only with 5 I was encounter this problem.

And some times shows a blue screen and restart.

Can you reduce the intensity -i?

-i 6 on r9 390 and -i 4 on r9 280x, Should i reduce more?

i agree.

when i load my watchlist with this thread the title would show "12.2.1" and i would not need to read it every new post to know that a bugfix has happened.

as it is i never know if i have the latest version unless i read every single post.

You can also reduce the core/memory clock speed.

-asm     is available for polaris? what value should I use for rx480?

-asm   try faster assembler algorithm implementation when possible, it is less compatible but faster. Specify "-asm 0" to disable this option.
You can also specify values for every card, for example "-asm 0,1,0". Default value is "1".
Assembler implementation is available for some cards only, miner displays "algorithm ASM" when it is available.

I found some strange issue. On long run (3 days and higher) my hashrate drops!

Is there some king of memory leak? Cause if i restart rigs speed will increase for 1 day. After 2-3 days of working i see hashrate drops again...

Need auto restart after 24h? Cause i don't touch my RIG's
