Yes, both of those companies have trade secrets. We are not asking ionomy for trade secrets, we are asking the basics about how the business works. There is a big difference.
If you invest in a KFC you don't get to know the secret recipe, but you would be able to find out how and why that particular store or stores plans to make money.
"How do electrified stakers work?" is not a trade secret, it's a basic of how ION works.

I'm still not quite sure how much money he ever had or ever actually had. Look at what the forums look like when people realize they are getting scammed, pirate, bfl, neobee, shit even the gaw people eventually caught on and started freaking out. the lack of outrage over inability to withdraw and the total number of coins he actually has makes me question how much of this is actually real.
No clue why he would continue going on, maybe this show is enough to keep the investors that he actually does has from going to the authorities or making his life hard.
Makes sense actually. I have often wondered the same thing. His FB page is like half-dead. No investors say anything except for a few already identified in this thread etc. Maybe you are right - Maybe it's all just a fucking total delusional shit-show - Leroy sending himself coins every week, posting (penning?) and just making it look real... Wow.. That would be epic scammery, IMO.  There must be some mark somewhere on the hook for something to continue the show. It reminds me of scam of old active mining. Delay after delay after delay and no customer freak outs looking for their miners, yet the genius "investors" bought every lie and delay for a while. |

Me too.. I mean, how the F is that dude's scam site not insolvent by now, especially since the past week?  It's been insolvent since he paid out the first full withdrawal. He can keep doing whatever it is he's doing because he won't let anyone else withdraw. Makes sense. Forgot about his Nazi policy lol...  What I don't get is why he continues to defraud. Is he hoping/praying the price of btc to plummet so he can bail himself out, or just delaying the inevitable, because we all know that's not going to happen anytime soon. Well, unless more developer problems come up like last summer, when btc hit less than 200 USD a coin, but I just don't see that happening again this summer... So let's start with an easy one: why is Ionomy PTE not listed as a registered business in Singapore? Like the ION team has stated? That shouldn't take up too much of your busy schedule. They should have the answer...boom, 3 minutes and this question is over.
The company has been registered under a name you have not searched for. The company has been waiting for a pin (which they currently received by snail mail) and are in the process of changing the registered name. Yeah, no big deal, just a $50k penalty - that's like two weeks worth of dumping. People need to stop thinking like this. "selling at a loss" and getting something for the xpy that was worthless a month ago is not a loss. You cant Remove coins from stakers for 3 months at min. So its not someone who converted XPY. It is someone who purchased coins and is trying to get out to get something else i think. Its the nature of the beast i would say. Forgot about that. Are their interest payments getting paid out? or staying "in" the stakers? Still wouldn't fault anyone for bailing sooner rather than later. |

I hope this doesn't cause another shitstorm because I know certain people don't like when I question the intelligence of the people involved here, but it's been 3 days since I posted about how "edgey" Urban Words will be and the typo is still sitting there. since sarcasm doesn't always translate well, let's just put it straight out there, to any investors who think this is a serious thing "edgey" is not a word. It has been sitting on the website of the thing you are investing in for a while. A typo is not the end of the world, but it shows a lack of attention to detail, which I would think is important. Who wrote the description for urban words? who checked it? How many investors have read it and not realized there's a blatantly obvious typo? Have you brought it up to the team and it hasn't been changed for some reason?

They can't burn the coins because the xpy wallet keeps crashing when they try to do it. Were they the one's responsible for the xpy wallet? Or was that another "team?" Even if they weren't the one's responsible for the xpy wallet, what does their inability/unwillingness to go through the effort to keep their word and burn the coins say to you? |

i do not like to talk about paycoin because it was full of scam but i just hear from someone well known person said that paycoin rebranding and new developer team will take care of it and new team members from well known crypto professionals
The "rebrand" was an exchange of xpy to a new coin that I don't think you can do anymore. The "well known crypto professionals" are the people who got scammed by garza and continued to "fix" paycoin, so I'm sure it will turn out great. |

Wonder why they then made this an open discussion thread and not just a closed announcement page? To be honest I think they underestimated how hostile the reception to anything even remotely xpy related would be. They seem to trade mostly based on their reputation amongst a very select little band of ex-xpy holders, and I guess they thought the goodwill would just transfer over to the wider community. If they had been open and honest and answered questions actively in this thread early on then it most likely wouldn't have turned into the 80+ pages of largely daft speculation that it has, but sadly they chose not to which instead makes them look shady almost by default. This inability to control the information coming out of their organisation makes it look far worse than it probably is, and the fact that they try and divert people to slack, where the reception to people asking questions has been questionable at times and the main thread is often full of gifs and random clique-y banter doesn't help matters. Unfortunately the whole situation has somewhat backfired on them now. Any serious investors who want to research ion will be confronted by this thread and the main GAW thread and will most likely be put off. Given the rather tenuous grasp on good PR practices that they've displayed thus far, I would be surprised if there was more than a couple of thousand downloads for any game they release, if they even manage to get as far as any of the app stores. They spent too much time in their various echo chambers that they forgot what would happen here. That plus they can use us "fudding" them us evidence back in their echo chamber about how we are out to get them. It's a play straight out of a familiar playbook. |

Much better strategy, now if you are confident in picks you can bet more regardless of the results of the last bet.
One other suggestion, it may make things a little more complicated, but can help a little since you are good at tennis (which is not usually 1.9-2 odds) and do some of these parlays that don't have ridiculous payouts is to adjust the bet amounts slightly based on the odds.
The idea is that you should be more confident in a bet that has 1.5 odds than one with 1.8 odds, regardless of whether you classify is low/medium/high confidence since it is an easier bet. To take advantage of this when the odds are below 2 you bet enough to WIN your bet amount, instead of just betting the set amount. So if you have a low confidence pick with 1.5 odds, you bet enough to win 1% instead of just 1% that way you can still bank some profit when you are correct on low odds picks.
