681  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Top 10 Cryptocurrency Exchanges in 2017 on: August 12, 2017, 11:52:53 PM
Lol. What is coinmama? I don't even know that it exist. The site is bullshit.
There's a lot of exchange out there which is more trusted by people. I think the rankings are based on the experience of the creator of that site. Coinbase is the number 1?! Come on man, Poloniex is the number 1 as far as i know because of they are the highest volume of traders who trade on their site. Where is Kraken? This should be at the list too. I see some unknown exchange on the list. Which means they are not that popular.
682  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Making profit day trading but losing opportunity short term on: August 12, 2017, 02:25:41 PM
The situation is that i am making small profits day trading. Cant completely say that its day trading but i buy coins and sell them in 1-3 days when price increases. But whats happening now is that the coin i sell keeps increasing after me selling those coins and thats why i am missing opportunities on short term. Is there any solutionso that i dont miss those opportunities.
Just use stop-loss system or function which you can set your order. Just type the figure you want to sell and the target price you want to sell. The advantage of it is, you won't lose the opportunity. Because the sell order feature can prevent you fron losing huge amount. You can also set your selling point. Which can give you assurance that you won't lose huge amount. It will automatically sell your tokens at the fiugure you enter.
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Outlawed: Get Away from Bitcoin or Be Imprisoned! on: August 12, 2017, 02:11:40 PM
That's possible. But i don't think they can contain us or stop users for using this technology. Also bitcoin users are so many. I don't think local jails are enough to imprison the people who use bitcoin. Anyway, government already have solutions to regulate users from abusing this technology. KYC is enough to regulate people. They don't have to do such actions like arresting the users which may cause a lot of trouble and can turn people to be against the government
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Watch out!! Bittrex ETH deposit missing on: August 11, 2017, 04:15:42 PM
Ouch! That's unfortunate. I usually trade and deposit there and never encounter such thing like that. And i hope the support gives you the answer immediately. Usually they are giving some notice before doing some action. But in your case, they've just deleted your old address and never give any warnings. That's their fault. Are you inactive on trading for a long time?
685  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Accept bitcoins, no fees, all countries on: August 11, 2017, 04:04:42 PM
Am I the only one to think what a weird domain name for something related to cryptocurrency. It does look you recycled an old domain after busting it. You say no fees charged but then you say there is a 0.01% + $0.02 so It's not free at all, even if the fees are minimal. A domain name costs just some bucks, why not choosing something decent for your business?
Yes, that's really weird. I thought it was an incest porn site or something like that. Lol

The title also is misleading. He said no fees, but showing that he is charging 0.01% + $0.02 for every transaction made. This is a kind of suspicious site we should be watch carefully. I have bad feelings about this. Besides from it's weird name of the site. I can't find any reviews appeared on google. Incest anyway is very bad and immoral. For me, this is an epic fail. Can't stop laughing while typing this.
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how do you predict a coin price ??? on: August 11, 2017, 12:34:34 PM
by Market Cap ? Circulating Supply ? or volume 24 hours or all ? (im new to this ..looking for a advise  Smiley )
Actually you are right. You can actually predict a coin's price by it's circulating supply. The market cap determine how popular the token is. Also it's volume. But there are some things which are missing. You need to know the feature of the token. You know some tokens are just replicating other feature just to attract investors. You need to be careful about that because some of them are just creating tokens to scam people. Also one of the indicator if the token you buy is good is their community. Most good tokens have good community and active dev team. That means they are determine to make the project successful.
687  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Strategy for most profit in 10 years from now on: August 11, 2017, 12:21:36 PM
$100 is to small for investment. I don't think it can make you rich just by buying bitcoin and hold it for a long time. Me i prefer trading. $100 worth of bitcoin is too small. So i will try to make it huge by just tarding altcoins. Not everyday bitcoin is always going up. Sometimes you need to jump from sinking boat to save yourself. Altcoin market when bitcoin dump, it's getting bullish. So I'll jump to altcoin. And when i reach the huge amount enough to buy bitcoin and hold it for long time. That's where I'll stop trading and wait for years when bitcoin reach atleast 20,000.
688  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mining Cloud. May or Not? on: August 11, 2017, 12:11:01 PM
Do you all (cryptocurrency experts) recommend us (the newbie) to invest in the mining cloud?
Your answer will be a valuable science for beginners (newbie). Thanks.
That depends to you. Are you willing to wait and risk? Im asking you because this is not an easy money because this may take a long time to take back you roll of investments. Usually cloudmining is for long term investments. But the risk is, how long will they operate their cloudmining? Many cloudmining just ran away this together with the investor's money. And even your you already get your roll of investments, i don't think it can give you a decent profit.

First thing you should do is to study first. Make a research how it works.
Good to see that you are asking our opinions about cloudmining. And for me, cloudmining is not profitable anymore. But still, it's up to you. Best of luck.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin on Uber on: August 11, 2017, 11:56:22 AM
That's a good news since Uber in the Philippines is very popular. Actually it is more popular than the traditional taxi. If they are going to accept bitcoin, much better. But the transaction fee plus the rate of meter, isn't that a bit expensive? Anyway, this is a good help for bitcoin because this will promote bitcoin more. And hopefully bitcoin will be a part of people for their everyday lives. Good job Uber.
690  Economy / Economics / Re: stable currency on: August 11, 2017, 05:34:28 AM
i was just wondering
how much more time BTC needs to become a little more stable?
in past 24 hours BTC exchange rate have increased 19.1%

i am not really sure why it went down on the first place
but i am happy that they are UP now
& i am still wondering what make the price increase :/

to be honest i dont know much about the tech.
all i know is the rate is decided by the trading ratio & volume...

and according to news 2 largest dark web market(alphabay & hasana) have been shutdown by feds
& i think that most of the BTC transaction come from dark web......
so closing of those market should decrease the trade volume
and it should affect the price......
so down it mean that exchange rate will decrease again??
Look at the price mate. And also those exchange are not really major exchanges. Those are came from darkweb. And tye volume of people who use darkweb for their transactions are smaller compare to clearnet users. Actually i don't even know those markets. That's the risk of having transaction on darkweb. Some of them were busted and closed and a lot of people were scammed.

Poloniex, Kraken, Bitfinex, or Bittrex. Any of these exchanges collapsed. The price will decrease for sure because their are major exchanges.. Anyway, this is just one of the many reasons why bitcoin 's price decrease or dump. FUDs also can create panic for bitcoin users and eventually sell their bitcoins. For that, bitcoin will also decrease.
691  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Where to buy nano ledger s in Philippines??? on: August 09, 2017, 12:07:40 PM
Mukhang malakas kita natin ah.. Medyo in demand ang ledger ngayon. Kaya pang may kamahalan sya.
692  Local / Pamilihan / Re: BUY BITCOIN IN COINS.PH? ADVISABLE OR NOT on: August 09, 2017, 11:59:07 AM
Ok naman bumili since trusted na site naman ang Coins.ph. But i believe kailangan mag-comply sa policy nila na know your customer.
693  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC go up or down after segwit lockin ? on: August 09, 2017, 03:02:52 AM
As of now. No significant movement on the price that it could go to the moon. It only increased a $100 on the price and decreased quickly. It's just a marketing strategy i guess. Im seeing altcoin market is getting recovered from massive correction. I guess this is a good sign for altcoin market. In my opinion bitcoin will drop to $3000. I think im gonna go for altcoin for now and dive in when i think it will go up.
694  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bittrex User Narrates How He Almost Lost His Funds To A Phishing Site on: August 09, 2017, 02:12:24 AM
That's why you have to be more careful when logging in to your accounts. I've seen same case with the victim. But not bittrex, it's a mixing service bitmixer. Usually the original site was bitmixer.io. But instead it's bitmixer.com. That's very confusing especially to newbies. So i suggest enter the correct URL directly if you know it. Delete other search engine extensions to your browser. Sometimes they screwing with you. So better rid them.

697  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin is not Anonymous on: July 27, 2017, 03:01:16 PM
Bitcoin itself is anonymous. But due to interference of governments. The anonymity is turning into a centralised system. Example of this is the KYC (Know your customer)policy. We often experience this when we are going to trade on an exchange. You must provide the necessary document like government issued IDs or passport. So from anonymous, it's turning into regulated system.

Anyway, they are many ways to stay anonymous. There are still anonymous exchangers or tumbling service to stay anonymous. But seems they are getting fewer and fewer.
698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gift For Kid on: July 27, 2017, 02:48:38 PM
I went to store to buy a toy for my kid and I was surprised to see this "toy"

What surprised me was that "+8" sign. While gambling is not allowed for persons under 18, toys like this are pretty much allowed.

In my honest opinion that sign should be "+18" and no one should be allowed to sell this to kids.

I mean, seriously? Would you buy this for your kid?

Probably made in China?

Of course, I won't buy this kind of toy for my kids. Last board games I bought was a millionares and monopoly. Possible that the sign was a mistake by the vendor. But who know? I don't know how this kind of mistake are not checked before offering this kind of toy to the public, specially that this kind of toys are for kids. December is just a few months from now, so parents should be careful of getting toys or kids or as a gift.

A gambling toy for kids? No. Hell no. I will never give a toy like that if ever i had a child. Who's sick parents would give their children a gambling toy? 8+? I wonder why a store owner would sell that kind of toy. Are they blind or something? Anyway, you can report the owner and the distributor of that toy for selling or distributing that kind of toy. No wonder kids these days are exposed to this activity.

You should educate your child while they are still young. Exposing them to this activities could make them suffer in the end.
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: July 27, 2017, 02:34:01 PM
The Cavs are looking to contend for a championship still, they wouldn't trade Kyrie for a rebuild.

They don't have to rebuild but they need to adjust with their new roster together with Derrick Rose. Rose isn't good as the old times, they need to take the time for having the chemistry with Lebron. This is everyone has been waiting for to look for an adjustment and change in roster regarding their hopes to hit again another championship.
Let's see if rose can really bring success with his stay in the cavaliers, I think he will be welcome by the fans as D Rose is a legend IMO.
Not literally a legend but the way he played when he was healthy is something that people will never forget.

But frankly, that guy has brittle knees. He'll just get injured all over again.

Yeah. Just like T-Mac. T-mac is a monster back then. But the injury destroys him. But i hope D Rose will back to his play like he was on his prime. He is unstoppable at his prime. Even Lebron and D Wade can't stop him. The problem with D Rose was the injuries. As i saw him playing after he was injured. It's not the same as he was before. I hope we see a healthy D Rose this coming season. I miss his moves and his hang time moves. Man, his hang time moves are sick.
700  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why BTC will never be over 30K on: July 27, 2017, 02:15:05 PM
That's called marketing strategy. Ofcourse they will say that because they are also owners of bitcoin. Many have state their predictions that "bitcoin could go over $10k blah blah". That's very unrealistic to me. $30k is even more impossible to happen. But only time will tell if bitcoin could go that far or not. Who knows? After 5-10 years bitcoin maybe bitcoin could hit that price.
