Dobio si merit  Ne znam zašto ali nekako su se svi ''uspavali'' i prestali prijavljivati svoje kvalitetne postove za merit. S obzirom da su mi kao merit source-u meriti nastavili dolaziti a ja nisam imao puno vremena ''tražiti'' kvalitetne postove ''domaćih'' a nisam želio da mi ti meriti propadnu, počeo sam nagrađivati i kvalitetne postove drugih korisnika na forumu, a naravno nagradio sam i svaki kvalitetni post na kojeg sam naišao u hrvatskom subforumu. Podijelio bih i više merita ovdje da sam mogao ali s obzirom da ste prestali prijavljivati svoje postove za merite, nagradio sam samo one postove na koje sam naišao. |

In my understanding, good example for ponzi will be some HYIP program when owner paying old members with the money from new members and no services offered.
Bitcoin exist on the market and its price depends on supply and demand from real people.
So, I d on't see any ponzi here, really.

Many factors, I think.
We have many rumors and speculations about Bitcoin.
SEC and other financial institutions still didn't approve futures or other financial instruments connected with btc.
Merchants still didn't accept Bitcoin as main payment alternative.
Also, who is legally responsible for bitcoin?
Who is owner of btc?
Many unsolved issues, really.

In the beginning I used btc in order to cover some of my personal expenses and also to invest in my business.
I also tried to trade.
Now, I just hold because price is to low.
No meaning to sell and it's difficult to trade.

Yes, I have reason to stay.
I believe in the vision behind bitcoin.
In my opinion bitcoin is the future and it will help a lot people to achieve financial freedom.
I believe that soon bitcoin will become mainstream and ''must have'' for many merchants out there.
It will be crazy to give up now and be sad later.
Right now we have a lot speculations and rumors about bitcoin and some people panic and selling bitcoin.
Huge mistake.
We should just hold and wait.
Trend will change.

Sincerely, it is not so easy with this long time dump/bear market. Long awaiting promises weakens the heart. I hope guys have learnt their lessons like when next the bull run appears you take the best opportunity and invest for the raining day. What's your lesson too?
In fact, I made several mistakes here. First, I didn't sell when price was high. Even worse, I exchanged part of my btc to some other coins. I also spend some btc when price was low. To many mistakes but what I can do now? Just wait, hold and hope the best. Next time I will be smarter. Just, I'm worried if will be next time. |

I really don't understand why people are so much interesting in Satoshi, who is he, if he is still alive etc.?
Do you think that anything will change in your life if you find answer to this question?
I don't think so.
In my opinion, more important is to understand blockchain technology, bitcoin, crypto world and how it can change your life.
Satoshi shared his vision with us but now is our turn to develop it and to convince others to accept it.
All this idea developed a lot in the last 10 years and now this story is about us, not Satoshi any more.

More and more countries, like Chile or India, are trying to tax their citizen for the crypto they hold. Please don't pay taxes on your coins. You really don't need it, unless you are totally ignorant. It's simple: they cannot prove you have the coins on your PC/phone , so you don't have nothing to pay taxes on, as far as they know. It's just their attempt to trick the ignorants that don't know about that  Even if they look for your wallet on your PC/phone , your wallet data is not accessible to them because it's encrypted with password ( uhm.... have you set the password protection on your wallet... right? ). Of course you are not going to give them the wallet password. Oh.. they tell you that you withdrawn the coins from an exchange, so that's the proof you have the coins? Just say that it was an hacker that stole your coins from the exchange, not you. You got robbed, and you don't have to pay taxes on the money that was stolen from you, right? P.S. for the geeks: use Veracrypt It's good advice if you just hold crypto in the wallet. But, what if you need some money and withdraw some of the funds (after exchange) to your bank account? Authorities will see your unreported income and punish you if you don't report it and pay taxes. Please don't give advice which can bring legal problems to others. IN my country is already very strict law about crypto and taxes. |

My bankers told me, I need to help them to create an bitcoin wallet and hand it to them, and they’re too busy to learn it and it’s very difficult to use, they don’t believe cash would die, they deal with thousands of clients everyday who need bankers to create banking account for them, and they know a lot of people, despite having a smart phone, are not good enough to use the phone for simple online banking, they are only good enough to make phone calls with a smart phone, they don’t even know how to send texts to friends, they don’t believe their clients are capable to create their own bitcoin wallet and use it as cash, their clients would always come to them for help with their banking problem, and bitcoin didn’t provide any help as friendly as banker, it’s why it would fail to gain their attention. And more shockingly, they’re talking about their clients as young as 20-30s, they’re not gonna learn to use bitcoin, only a handful of very young people are tech savvy enough to use smartphone to their fullest, the rest of them are just like our grandma dealing with smartphone.
It's funny but I also had similar experience. When I tried to explain bitcoin and crypto to my friends they was very skeptic. If some of them showed interest they will later give up after learning what they need to learn and do in order to use crypto. People wants everything in easy way, don't have desire to make any effort. I even talked with some friends in financial industry but received the same reaction. |

I ja sam to primijetio. Komentari u regulusovom topicu su bili kao da netko želi reći :"Ispod kojeg ste vi kamena ispuzali? Vracajte se nazad, ovdje nemate što tražiti " 😑
Zapravo jako jadno i to puno govori o postojećoj klimi i duhu koji trenutno vladaju na ovom forumu. Zapravo se vodi borba za moć i utjecaj, borba se vodi za ući na DT 1 i 2 listu, stvaraju savezništva i vode virtualni ratovi protiv onih "drugih ".Kada te neki moćni i utjecajni član foruma "uzme na zub" to praktički znači da nemaš šanse i da si na forumu gotov.
Pomalo me sve podsjeća na "Igru prijestolja ". I sa meritima su zapravo otežati život novim korisnicima, posebno onima koji ne vladaju tako dobro Engleskim i uglavnom
pišu na svojim lokalnim sekcijama. Kakve oni imaju sanse dobiti merit za svoje kvalitetne postove ako oni koji ih pročitaju nemaju merit da im daju?
Oni koji su ranije došli na forum i vec su legendary su u privilegiranom položaju i više se uopće ne moraju truditi.
Razina rasprava na forumu je takva da to odbija ljude. Iskreno, sve mi se to manje sviđa i sve zajedno je ružno za gledati.
Jedino gdje još volim dolaziti je ova hrvatska sekcija foruma jer je ekipa još normalna ;nema klanovskih ratova i borbi za utjecaj.
Drago mi je i kad mogu pomoći lokalnim članovima sa meritima kada napišu kakav dobar post i to je otprilike to.
Ostalo na ovom forumu pratim tek površno i informativno. Žao mi je kolege Regulusa no na žalost mi smo nebitni na ovom forumu i nikoga ne zanimamo.
Vidi se to i po tome što nemamo čak ni moderatora niti ćemo ga vjerojatno ni dobiti. A vidi se da je na ovom forumu teško bilo što dobiti ako nisi "poznat i utjecajan " član ili dio nekog klana. Žalosno je sve to. Nekada sam naivno vjerovao da bi po defaultu bitcoin zajednica trebala biti otvorenija,
mjesto slobodne razmjene ideja, mišljenja. ..
Očito sam bio naivan.

Evo čuo se sa Regulusom.
Razočaran je i više se ne nada previše da će mu skinuti permaban ali pokušat će još jednom.
Razmišlja da pošalje privatnu poruku theymosu ili email i da se možda još jednom javi u topicu u meti.
Ja sam mu s naše strane rekao da ima podršku naše male hrvatske zajednice i da ćemo pomoći koliko možemo.

It's good advice but personally, since alts drop so much, I don't care really. I just keep it on exchanges, hoping to see price rise again. If nothing happen, I will simple forget it. Of course, Bitcoin is safe at the wallet |
