701  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 02, 2015, 11:36:15 PM
I think theres no point if you dont save money.

At a certain point in time when you make a ton of money, youre going to park it somewhere.
702  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: September 02, 2015, 10:37:58 PM
The more people use bitcoin, the more it becomes stronger.Prices may go down but it value would always be higher compared to fiat money of many countries

it becomes stronger? I dont know about that man.

you can see how price movments are based on whales not us regular small time users. The value goes based on manipulation 90% of time seeing from bitcoin history.
703  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Affordable | Netflix | Spotify | Xfinity | DirectTV | Much More on: September 02, 2015, 10:33:22 PM

704  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: September 02, 2015, 10:32:03 PM
Another way of earning Bitcoins is to scam someone to get their coins, although is not a recommend path to choose right now.  Roll Eyes

Your life wouldn't happy if you're going to do that
so many job out there that you can make much money more than you ripped someone,
how about if you get ripped?

I know how hard it is to rip someone (including myself) stealing their money is not a good idea. It is the fastest way to earn Bitcoins, but as I said before it is not recommend. I'd just rather offer my services in exchange for Bitcoins (I'm pretty good in IT related stuff)  Cheesy

Lol what a way Tongue, how fun is to steal someone's money? I don't know if anybody scammed you.
But it is a terrible feeling when you understand that you have been scammed.
In another way you will loose these money as it is not yours.

if no one has experienced it before, i dont think they would want to in the 1st place.

its pretty bad feeling like a part of you died for being stupid or just cause the fact someone took your hard earned btc then being gone. regardless is wrong on all levels, but some people do it to make their quick dream money.

then probably lose it all on drugs or gambling..
705  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin investing on: August 31, 2015, 11:48:15 PM
Its better to invest something you know will profit in fiat form and then use the profits to conver to bitcoin.

Most though arent in this situation though, its irrelvant to me. lol.
706  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 31, 2015, 11:45:51 PM
Save money, then invest in Bitcoin. Forget that money. 5 years later check the price again. Ta-da! Your money is 10 times more now.

Thats more like 50 years from now though.

It can be less, or I can be wrong, but its going to take a ton of time for it to make 10 times of value what its now.
707  Economy / Economics / Re: Stock Market Crash =\= Bitcoin Surge on: August 31, 2015, 11:43:42 PM
Well knowing from history, the stock market has no logic.

IT can fail for no reason, and it has little to deal with people who actually trade, but more on the companies that like the banks choose when to buy back or raise funds buying selling theirs.

It can be manipulated so however the stock market is, its only a temporary state.
708  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: August 31, 2015, 11:38:24 PM
Regardless of speculation, I don't see fiat disappearing anytime soon. Only expand, remember there are bazillions of currencies in existance. Working in parallel. Each have it's niche, either beeing locally accepted or universally applicable (as in world's reserve)

They will both fight with eachother until all of them simultaneously reach their intrinsic value:  0.

Its called currency wars, and it will end in a few years, of that I have no doubt. Now it can end softly, or it can end the hard way.

But eventually hyperinflation will be inevitable. So then bitcoin will have a strong up-hand!

Its no doubt that intrisinc value will become zero.

But its a matter of when and how many more years it`ll take to be zero is the waiting process lol.

I personally dont think it`ll happen anytime soon though.
709  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to use Bitcoin on? on: August 31, 2015, 11:36:23 PM
i bought some steam games once for it. and now im saving it because i believe its price will rise a lot

Speaking of gaming...

http://www.greenmangaming.com/

I forget the name, but there was a place where you can actually earn btc by playing cs-go and how many kills etc.

Of course, its for people who are pretty good at the game so yeah. As for what I use on bitcoin, I personally just buy giftcards.
710  Economy / Speculation / Re: 3rd World War on: August 31, 2015, 11:34:28 PM
I think wars are actually impossible to avoid.

But a WW3 must mean we failed at all level negogtiations with other nations on something. And it wouldnt be wise to go start another war since we seem to be never paying our trillions of debt we owe.
711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: August 31, 2015, 11:31:03 PM
if you lose, then it's wrong
if you win, then it's true  Grin

It should be more like, if you lose, you cry then cry more.

If you win, you cry still because you lost it again based on personal greed lol. Its actually a addicting for people if they win since it comes so easy.
712  Economy / Speculation / Re: We will break $200 again on: August 31, 2015, 11:29:34 PM
It will happen.

I'm a long term bull. But in the short to medium term. We are generally going down. Best case (side ways for a while).

Probably hit $133 or so.

Just my smooth-cents.  Grin

I hope we hit 133$. I have a lot of dollars I need to buy Bitcoin. Smiley

well buy now, because i doubt the price will ever fall so low, falling at 133 would mean falling even lower guaranteed

it's better to stick with the 200 mark as a best low target, you won't get something better as a average value, not talking about random exchange where the price fall to 170 like happened with bitfinex

I think if its falling, it`ll just fall around that price.

We seem to be barely holding $200ish, so its a matter of risk I would say.. pretty much at this point.
713  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS Full Member Account on: August 31, 2015, 11:27:56 PM
What I dont get is, cant you just wait for it to be a sr. member account which isnt that far away..

and then price it at like 1 btc minimum..?
714  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Starbucks Active For Sell !!! Big sale 75% !!! on: August 31, 2015, 11:25:21 PM
any answers for negative trust you got..

regardless of the trust, you take the risk if the cards do go bad or not.

But I`d suggest to buy something within less then 24 hrs that you can flip imo or resell it I guess. Cause cards like these arent able to re-sell on the giftcard sites.
715  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTB A FULL MEMBER ACCOUNT on: August 31, 2015, 11:23:23 PM
can you share us the details?

how much activity does the account have? some full members barely get 120ish. while others are closer to being a sr.member.

that and if it has any rep as well.
716  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which Bitcoin Exchange do you use and why ? on: August 31, 2015, 11:21:01 PM
I recommend people if you can build your rep, the forum in the exchange itself is good.

If not, you`ll have to pay a slight more premium on like localbitcoins, but I suggest to do those transactions in person anything more then $100.
717  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best online marketplace for sellers who want to be paid in bitcoin? on: August 31, 2015, 11:19:22 PM
I think the best case for people is to build a rep.

And that takes a bit of time to do, but after you gain rep, the forum itself in those sections will do well for you.
718  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How I can earn from the Signature campaign? on: August 31, 2015, 11:16:39 PM
rank up ur account first then join a signature camp and keep posting to earn, very simple Smiley
it might be much easier if he would decide to buy the accounts instead of leveling up his new one though its my thoughts only

I don't suggest buying accounts.   Raising an account will always be better.   And you gain knowledge from your time on the forums.

If you use a bought account a lot of them are crap farmed posts.  This means not all people will want you if you buy an account and have bad post quality.  Yes some will get away with buying, but it really should not be supported as far as for signature campaigns.
youre definitely correct. from time to time using your own account and you ranked up your account up to sr. or maybe hero member, theres so many things that you may learned and also you will have a friends that may help you in the time when you are down or you can borrow to them in case of need coins urgently.

Human greed as always and we can't stop that. They want to claim more and never get satisfied. Everyone can having more than 1 account but there will be some risk for it so think wisely

We cannot stop greed.  But the funny part is likely some of them will buy accounts full of "one liners" like thanks or my favorite is offtopics like favorite drink.  Gee every day they say what they drink.

These accounts will apply to a "good" sig campaign and be turned down.   Yes a few will make it through but most of the farmed accounts really are quite crappy.  I wish everyone would enjoy the forums and not try to fast track.  But I do see why one would be wanting to fast track, I highly suggest them thinking twice before doing it.
what do you mean fast track? i didn't know what is it? and i didn't heard about what they do or something that you make angry with them.

Fast track as in buying an account.  It fast tracks them to a certain level, but as you can see from my posts I personally am very against this for just getting on a sig campaign.

I think you should get an account and raise it from newbie to whatever.  But I could be old fashioned.

As much as I support buying accounts.

Just know the risks of in the buying process and if that user cant claim that account back. Theres incidents where the users secondary questions or security were answered leaving the buyer screwed over.
719  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lets Play A Game- Am I Being Scammed?! on: August 26, 2015, 03:08:04 AM
UPDATE:

The ebay account was reported as compromised from a third party. My bank however initiated the chargeback process because of a fraudulent user attempting to steal money. Paypal has also been notified by both myself and my bank, and within 10 days I will have my money back. My bank also shut down my debit card to issue out a new one. They said in the case of a fraudulent user whether its eBay or anywhere else they will automatically shut down the account. My word of advive to anyone is when you are using Paypal, always link your bank and have the money come out of your bank. You will want to do this because if Paypal does not side with you in a dispute, your bank will charge it for you.

What I Learned:

Do not buy Bitcoin below exchange rate on ebay. Will you be covered? Yes. But will you actually receive the Bitcoin? No you will not. I took a chance because I knew I couldn't lose in the long run. However it was not worth the time! I had to get a new debit card, and wait 10 days for a refund. Just a huge waste of my time.

Oh so pretty much your experience was a horrible one, but youre good now after 10 days.

So Imma assume that you`ll consider this as a lesson.
720  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lets Play A Game- Am I Being Scammed?! on: August 26, 2015, 03:06:52 AM
Recently I purchased 1 Bitcoin through ebay for $215 which is below the going exchange rate right now. Considering its through Paypal, I figured that I would be protected if it ended badly. Anyways, the user has 101 feedbacks and its all good things. I then noticed they have NO completed sales, and that they sold 6 bitcoins that day for the same price. They haven't responded yet although its still within 24 hours. Is this just a scam attempt? If so, how long should I wait before disputing the transaction?

I think you pretty much got screwed since it is a digital goods listing..

And paypal usually respond horribly to these things similar to gift cards as well. Theres not much they can do, besides you pointing out that you were promised in some levels of transparency with this transaction.

You need to speak to a higher manager level with paypal to consider the reversal, or youre credit card with this issue of a charge back.
