I have just returned from a holiday around New Zealand, I highly recommend the North Island, north of Wellington the climate is very pleasant.
They also don't seem to be as strict with visas as Australia.

trollercoaster's link reminds us (Americans and others NOT from Europe) that there is relatively little time to go and see Europe as tourists before it changes completely. Some 10 years ago our daughter was studying for a semester in France. We went to visit her in Paris, and things had really changed in just the five or so years before that. France is/was on the way to becoming a Muslim Majority by 2040 or so (year might be wrong, but you get the idea). So get you & your kids or grandkids over there before Europe as we know it disappears forever. I have been trying to get relatives to leave Europe, it's like they have their heads in the sand. I probably should have visited, but it's really dropped off from my list of toursit destinations. |

I don't think the establishment will have him assassinated only as a last resort, they will find another way to screw him out of the nomination.
Though historically they have used assassination, information travels quickly around the world these days.
The official story will be debunked quickly and they will have an international crisis on their hands.
Either way, confidence in government will collapse.
Also I think they are smart enough to realise if they assassinate Trump, their elected puppet is likely to suffer the same fate, but at the hands of a pissed off Trump supporter.
