I was confident this was her: https://encyclopediadramatica.se/MagicalPockyUsagi NSFW

Her YouTube states that she is a Japanese Princess trapped in a pretty hot caucasian body and that she is Japanese although both she and her parents live in and were born in America. She has also stated in one of her videos of fail that she is also a vampire.

Now, this could all be a trolling ruse but whatever.

Also, the dividends are pure profit at this point. So there is absolutely no capital dilution as far as I can tell.

The dividends have to come from somewhere....If they haven't spent money on equipment to generate any form of revenue and then earnings, the dividends are likely just coming from the initial capital from the sale of the shares in the first place.

However, they aren't. The capital was actually lent out to another mining operation which will either be returned or replaced in the future. The dividends are the interest.

Well then those lending practices are an added risk and may explain why some people believe the shares are to be worth less than you do.

I find BTC-Mining to be highly competent. The entrepreneur makes the business in most cases and I doubt that will not be the case here.

People could be selling for under 1 because they see a better investment elsewhere... BTC-Mining probably won't get their equipment for a while if they haven't ordered it yet. By the time they get it, what was once worth 1 BTC of ASIC hardware could be worth less than .8 BTC

They will not be paying the same amount in BTC if they hardware buy in the future. The left over will be reinvested into more hardware, thus the share price will remain the same or grow. If this left over is stolen or fraudulently used while the price stagnates, well, then we are going to have a problem.

This isn't a fixed megahash bond.

I am sorry that some of you haven't got the memo but BTC-Mining hasn't spent a dime yet on the mining equipment it's set to buy and with good reason. As far as anyone is concerned, with integrity in-check, every share in BTC-Mining is backed by the 1 BTC it was bought with.

So, please, continue selling them for .8 BTC. I will buy them every time.
711  Other / Politics & Society / Iran may launch pre-emptive strike on Israel, conflict could grow into WWIII. on: September 24, 2012, 12:00:27 AM
http://rt.com/news/iran-strike-israel-world-war-803/

"An Iranian military official has warned that military conflict between Iran and Israel could “turn into World War III.” He added that if Israel “is putting the final touches on attacking Iran,” a preemptive strike against Tel Aviv would ensue.

Israel “cannot imagine” the force of Iran’s response if Tel Aviv attacks it, Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh told Iran’s Arabic-language television network. “It will sustain heavy damage and that will be a prelude to its obliteration,” he said.

Hajizadeh added that Iran does not see this happening at the moment because he does not believe that Israel will conduct an attack without its strongest ally – the United States.

If America does decide to back an Israeli plan to strike Iran, Hejizadeh insists Tehran will retaliate against both Tel Aviv and Washington.

“Tehran will definitely attack US bases in Bahrain, Qatar and Afghanistan…there will be no neutral country in the region,” Hajizadeh said. “To us, these bases are equal to US soil.”

The statement comes after the head of the Revolutionary Guards, General Mohammad Ali Jafari, said that a war between Iran and Israel “will eventually happen.” Jafari did not speculate on a possible date or location of the war.

"If they begin [aggression], it will spell their destruction and will be the end of the story," Jafari told local news agencies.

Jafari’s deputy backed up his statements, telling Fars news agency that Iran will not start a war with Israel, but will respond to provocation.

“Iran’s defensive strategy is based on the assumption that we will engage in a war, a massive battle against a global coalition led by the US,” Deputy Commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Brig.-Gen. Hossein Salami said.

"If the Zionists act against Iran, it will be a historic opportunity for the Islamic Revolution to wipe them off the world's geographic history," he continued.

The latest statements come in response to Tel Aviv’s threats to strike Iranian nuclear facilities. Israel insists that numerous sanctions have failed to curb Tehran's alleged nuclear weapons program.

On September 2, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused world powers, including the US, of failing to draw a “clear red line.”

“Until Iran sees this clear red line and this determination, it won’t stop advancing its nuclear program. Iran must never be allowed to acquire nuclear arms,” Netanyahu said.

The Obama administration refused to meet Israel’s demand. On September 14, President Obama said that there would not be any “red lines or deadlines” because “there remains time and space for diplomacy.”

The statements coincide with US led anti-mine sweeping exercises currently taking place in the Persian Gulf. The drills are being interpreted as a show of force – warning Tehran not to disrupt vital oil routes in the Strait of Hormuz.

American officials insist that the exercises were entirely defensive in nature and not directed at any particular country.

As tension continues to mount between Israel and Iran, Tehran continues to insist that its nuclear program is only for peaceful purposes."
712  Other / Politics & Society / An idea for a new tax since we have a free-rider problem. on: September 23, 2012, 09:26:15 PM
The EPA is doing a wonderful job of protecting the environment and keeping our air clean, yet some people are not paying for this service.

We have a free-rider problem: People are breathing unpaid-for clean air. We all know that if it weren't for this one government initiative, people would devolve into anarchy and air would be made unfit to breathe. You would probably die! And you owe your life to the government for keeping you alive!

So, to make sure the government is made whole again for its wonderful service to the community, how much should the tax be? A few pennies on the hour of breathing time? Sounds fair. Life is very valuable after all.

714  Other / Politics & Society / Libertopia: Private city in Honduras will have minimal taxes, government. on: September 23, 2012, 05:10:47 PM
http://www.foxnews.com/world/2012/09/11/private-city-in-honduras-will-have-minimal-taxes-government/

Small government and free-market capitalism are about to get put to the test in Honduras, where the government has agreed to let an investment group build an experimental city with no taxes on income, capital gains or sales.

Proponents say the tiny, as-yet unnamed town will become a Central American beacon of job creation and investment, by combining secure property rights with minimal government interference.

“Once we provide a sound legal system within which to do business, the whole job creation machine – the miracle of capitalism – will get going,” Michael Strong,  CEO of the MKG Group, which will build the city and set its laws, told FoxNews.com.

Strong said that the agreement with the Honduran government states that the only tax will be on property.

“Our goal is to be the most economically free entity on Earth,” Strong said.

“Our goal is to be the most economically free entity on Earth.”

- Michael Strong, CEO of MKG Group

Honduran leaders hope that the city will lead to an economic boom for the poverty-stricken country south of Mexico. The average income in Honduras is $4,400 a year.

“[It] will bring a lot of investment into the country [and be] a center for many employment opportunities for our people,” Honduran President Porfirio Lobo Sosa has said.

The laws in the city will be separate from those in the rest of Honduras. Strong said that the default law that will be enforced in the city will actually be based on Texas state law, which has relatively few regulations.

“It will be Texas law with more freedom of contract. Texas scores well on state economic freedom rankings,” he explained.

“Texas law is also very familiar to American business people, and it is very familiar to Hondurans, because a lot of Hondurans have gone there or have family there.”

Investors who think the city will do well will also be able to buy land there.

“There will be a free market in land,” Strong said.

The rules for immigrating to the city have yet to be finalized, but are expected to be loose.

“It will be designed to be very welcoming to those with a minimum threshold of skills or capital,” Strong said. However, businesses in the city will be required to employ a minimum proportion of native Hondurans – a requirement imposed at the outset by the Honduran government to ensure that the city’s benefits largely go to Hondurans.

To insure the city against political change, the Honduran Legislature has agreed that a two-thirds majority will be required to interfere with the city.

MKG will invest $15 million to begin building basic infrastructure for the first model city near Puerto Castilla on the Caribbean coast, said Juan Hernandez, president of the Honduran Congress. That first city would create 5,000 jobs over the next six months and up to 200,000 jobs in the future, Hernandez said.

Strong said construction could begin in months.

“First, we will build the critical infrastructure -- roads, water, power, sewers," Strong said. "In collaboration with the [Honduran] government, we will then create the city’s government system and the security, and 3 to 6 months after that we will build the first factories.”

The MKG Group city is the first to get approval, but Honduras plans to create other “free cities” as well.

The bill to allow the creation of such cities passed the Honduran Legislature nearly unanimously, by a vote of 126 to 1. But not everyone is on board with the project. Left-wing Hondurans have filed a complaint before the Honduran Supreme Court, arguing that the free cities project violates their constitution and treats “national territory as a commodity.”

The indigenous Garifuna people in Honduras also have protested the creation of free cities, saying that they are worried the cities will be built on their land.

Strong said that they need not worry.

“The media reports are full of inaccuracies. We're not even remotely close to [the Garifuna]. We're literally hundreds of miles away,” he said.

Additionally, the new city will be built on unoccupied land.

“We will be selecting unoccupied land so that everyone will be opting in by choice,” Strong said.

But some oppose the project being built anywhere in Honduras.

“I can't help but suspect that the promise of plenty of jobs is nothing but a Trojan horse,” Teofilo Colon Jr., who runs the Garifuna cultural group Being Garifuna, told FoxNews.com.

“The prospect of setting up a charter city, with its own laws, [that] is sovereign to itself and doesn't have to pay taxes, is a dubious one at best. It'd be tantamount to inviting pirates to come in and have free reign to essentially raid the country's resources/riches.”

The MKG Group says its plan, however, is not to take advantage of natural resources, but rather to attract entrepreneurs using good laws and low taxes.

Strong cited Hong Kong as a city that prospered under that model.

“Hong Kong’s poverty once was roughly on the level of Africa. Today it is one of the wealthiest places.”

Strong says that the same could happen in Honduras.

“We'll see Hondurans having more jobs, higher income, and more security than they've ever had.”
