7161  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency or Stock Market? on: July 09, 2018, 04:40:19 PM
I am here at this crypto forum and I guess that already answers the question.

I have tried the stocks before and also tried to apply it to crypto but sadly there is a lot of difference with both.
Although some say they are almost the same, they should really start trading crypto first. The fluctuations are way higher and you will never know what could happen. Prices are jumping in just minutes unlike with commodities also.
7162  Economy / Exchanges / Re: yobit or hitbtc on: July 09, 2018, 02:59:01 PM
Though it is not easy to suggest you from that two exchanges. Because Hitbtc and Yobit both have many bad reviews. Many people got scammed from yobit dice game and Many traders lost their coin from Hitbtc. As you need a suggestion from those exchange then I can suggest you hitbtc, but you shouldn't deposit big money on it. You may lose your assets. I don't like yobit, and i think soon or later they will scam forever.

Yes and one more thing about Yobit are the dead coins being pumped and then telling in the trollbox that it is in the bull run. Although the same group is just doing it over and over again with just different accounts for different names.

I was once a victim of this kind of tricks. It is not funny at all. Even if we say that is just .02 BTC it is still money which could have been invested with a better one.
A good lesson for me though. Do not go with the hype.

Meanwhile, Tony Parker sign with Hornets, also a big loss. He's a good playmaker and scorer. I won't be surprised few years from now this team will have the same faith as Lakers that can't enter the playoffs.
Oh what a news.  Cry

I don't like this change but if Tony decided to go with Hornets I'll respect him.

I thought he's going to be one of the players that will be in history that never transferred and became loyal to his team just like Kobe.  Undecided

They still need to make money for retirement. Even if it will be just like how much Dirk is getting for 5 million dollars, that is still a lot of money.

This guys will retire at 40 and will live for another 30-40 years. They need enough money for that. If they do business then it will be good if not then that money they earned their whole career could end up zero. There are a lot of taxes to be paid considering they have lived a life of luxury and expensive items.
7164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: July 08, 2018, 11:46:28 PM
Tony Parker's departure from the Spurs is not a big deal anymore so even he left, it's not much of a loss right now. He is closed to retirement and he already gave what he can do for the Spurs. Just feel regret for other fans because it's way better to see him retire as a Spurs.
Is this has something to do with the Kawhi Leonard trade?

Quote
Time to move on though. As for me, I can't imagined him wearing another NBA team's jersey.
Me too, he is one of the face of the Spurs and i would be happy to see him retire as a Spur.

I just got to think of that.
Is this release of Parker got something to do with Kawhi?
Will they keep Kawhi now?
Why Parker?

A lot of rumors now. It could that it is Parker and Kawhi that are having problems within the team. If I am mistaken then they might let Kawhi go also and look for a fresh team.

But I doubt Pops want Kawhi out. They still want a stronger team with younger ones.
7165  Economy / Exchanges / Re: yobit or hitbtc on: July 08, 2018, 10:54:04 PM
If there is only those two and there is no choice indeed then I would pick hitbtc rather than Yobit.

Yobit have been running like that for so long and it looks like there is no more human behind it.
All are automatic and they have no more updates that would invite traders to come in.
They just let it be and no events that is happening.

If you will have a problem with them, then you might want to forget it.
7166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hello traders on: July 08, 2018, 03:49:12 PM
Question. Why would you cut loss if you are seeing a red market? You already made an analysis by seeing a bearish market and try to take advantage of it.
Now it goes even deeper. That doesn't mean it will stay that way.
Bitcoin, Ethereum and most of the coins that are being traded have the same market now. We are all down.

Don't sell, you will just ruin the decision that you have made already. Try to create another capital. Use it to take advantage of the market again.
7167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: July 08, 2018, 02:04:18 PM
Carmelo Anthony part ways with Thunder. Good move though. Melo style isn't fit in OKC as simple as that.

Meanwhile, Tony Parker sign with Hornets, also a big loss. He's a good playmaker and scorer. I won't be surprised few years from now this team will have the same faith as Lakers that can't enter the playoffs.

Thank God for that Melo decision of the Thunder. They cannot slice the ball on half to give it to Melo and Westbrook.  Grin

I have seen about the Tony Parker signing the Hornets. It is not a loss. Have you seen just how many games Parker played and how bad it is when he is in game? They made that decision for that reason.
He is old and he is still in NBA just for retirement money by now. This could be his last year. Respect for the though for giving the Spurs championships.
7168  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be greedy! on: July 07, 2018, 06:28:16 PM
We know it is really bad for it is one of the greatest sin.
But there are circumstances that it could also lead to a better profit. That is if you know how to control it.

We are at the the crypto world so we can all say we are all greedy for wanting a larger income for just a minimum span of time. Who else doesnt want that instead of banking and mutual funds which can take a lot of time before profits.

We took the greater risk which is most likely called greed. By waiting a little bit we could end up at a better state.
You've shown 90 percent of loss (lessor typo error maybe) then I will take that 10 percent as a chance of a higher profit.
7169  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who believes in HODLING? on: July 07, 2018, 05:02:30 PM
As long as there is a product and also can be a good service. You can easily spot them when you are really reading the whole whitepaper.
Aion, Qtum and a lot more. This projects have been dont with great minds and it was not just created for money. It is for long term services.

You have got to be careful into where you will be stepping at. There are too much bear traps now in the crypto field and you might want to do a lot of research before jumping in. I have already given you 2 examples already. You can read their project to see some light.
7170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big news!! Now Bitcoin is accepted at whorehouses too! on: July 07, 2018, 04:06:14 PM
I wonder when will Blacked.com will ever accept bitcoin.  Grin

Should I use incognito before I search Bunny Ranch so that my wife wont see it at my history?  Grin'
Anyways, good or not as long as there is usage then I guess it will be okay.
Somehow my Uncle can use some and maybe spread the news about it.  Grin
7171  Economy / Economics / Re: How much more fall is possible ? on: July 07, 2018, 04:01:14 PM
It is getting messy since the sickness of people in the crypto world is being spread.
Even the holders who believe in the project are now being taken by those who are just looking at the price. In just 7 months since the 19k up of bitcoin people are starting to doubt.
That is freaking 7 months and bitcoin was way low in the freaking 2 years. Now, they want fast bull again.
Where could you see something that could soar this high in 2 years when it was always valued like dust before?

Think twice. No, three times.
7172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader Future life? on: July 07, 2018, 03:21:19 PM
it depends on the professionalism of the trader and partly on his luck. I think some traders will be rich, others will not.

I do agree.
That partly luck though. It comes with discipline too. Let us say you are really lucky making the right decisions at the right time since crypto world is unpredictable so you will still have to think about what is next. Without it those lucky moments where you made profit will just vanish in an instant.

Same with the rich people. This could eat up all their money without even knowing it. We want big profit and it takes a lot of risk too. We tend to not think and just try one then do it over and over again without knowing we are losing more.

One story I have seen in telegram. Family is already disgusted with the man thinking he is crazy for investing with crypto. That is why we are seeing a lot of suicides now. Some of it came from trading in crypto.
7173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: July 07, 2018, 02:04:30 PM
As a Kings fan I was happy when I read this:

"The Sacramento Kings signed Chicago Bulls restricted free agent guard Zach LaVine to a four-year, $78 million offer sheet, sources told The Undefeated's Marc Spears. The Bulls have two days to match it if they want to retain him."

But, then...
"The Bulls have decided to match Sacramento's $78 million offer sheet to Zach LaVine, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski."
 Huh

Oohhh that was tasty. LaVine in the peak of his career. Dont know what the Bulls is thinking but they are letting go a lot of good players for many times. Bad management. Keep the kids and let them get experiences until they get to the Finals.

East is filled with good teams but I don't know how they will play against west ones. Cleveland did beat boston but I think boston, sixers and toronto have great chance in the finals. No matter which one comes out is still in trouble against warriors tho. The only enemy of warriors is themselves, they looked like they were bored this season, they didn't look like they were giving their %100.

So if warriors plays unwillingly and drag their foot during playoffs, houston has a great chance. I know iggy was missing but houston was missing cp3 at a very crucial time. They could have beat the warriors, at least come close to as much as anyone.

It is just an equal fight.
Remember, what if Iguodala was there at the start of the fight against Houston? Could have finished it early.
Same with CP3. If he was not injured then they might have took the Finals from GSW. That is why I am always trying to say here. They have to stay healthy. So there will no rumors lurking around like this and no more what if's that will happen again.
7174  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and credit cards on: July 06, 2018, 10:24:38 PM
Hello, I open this post to ask if there is any prohibition or regulation regarding cryptocurrencies and credit cards.

They told me that there is a prohibition on credit cards with cryptocurrencies.

That you could not buy cryptocurrencies with credit.

I use Bank of America. Will I have problems if I use this card to join my Wallets as CoinBase and Poloniex?

Do not use it or you will have a lot of problems.
Bank of America will not let it and you might be blacklisted with them or worse freeze your accounts and you will die starving. Grin

Look for another option. Just one tip for you. If you do not have any option but just banks then use those who are not that popular. Once you get through then you will have no problems next time.
7175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning Crypto trading as a beginner on: July 06, 2018, 08:36:29 PM
Tried to compare it with my experience in forex trading and yes this is much easier.

No one really guided me also into trading crypto currencies. This forum is my only guide. Reading experiences from traders. Loss and profits, and what reminders you should have before stepping unto it.

The fact that involves money makes it scary. You will need capital for you to experience it. The good thing is you wont need much. Let us say .1 ETH which is just $47 and you could already buy cheap tokens and try to play with them. That could already add up to your experience without spending much.
7176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: July 06, 2018, 07:49:25 PM
Let us see. Maybe Dirk could become a monster again before he retires.  Grin
I doubt it that he'll remain as a monster or can play that way as he did before.

He's going to retire soon and that's why he's no longer capable of playing that way. We all like him as a legend for staying long with Mavs just like Kobe did.

Well everything changes when a team enters the playoffs.
If they can somehow make it there then he could make another run into that scoring monster. I am not saying as strong as before, just that  big helper that will take the team to the 2nd round or maybe the Finals.

They got a good line up now, all they need is to work harder with every game to win it.

One question now, where will Kawhi Leonard go? The heat within Spurs is getting stronger.

Let us not forget about this guy that could make some big changes in the Lakers team. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope

For Dallas Mavericks fans: (What do you think? Competitive now? Smiley ) Hope they reached playoffs again even at 8th spot. Cheesy

PG: Dennis Smith Jr.
SG: Luka Doncic
SF: Harrison Barnes
PF: Dirk Nowitzki (if re-signs) (announcement just made last April but no signing as of now)
C: DeAndre Jordan

Bench: Seth Curry, Wesley Matthews, JJ Barea, Nerlens Noel, Dwight Powell, Yogi Ferrell.

Yeah. I already made a post about them  Grin
They look very interesting this season, at least to me. But, as someone said, I think they need one more star to be able to fight for Playoff spot. This way they are too weak. And I think they have enough cap space to sign someone good.

Here are some of the estimated big numbers at Dallas Mavericks.

Harrison Barnes - $24m
DeAndre Jordan - $23m
Wesley Matthews - $18m
Dwight Powell - $9m
Dirk Nowitzki  - $5m
J.J. Barea - $4m
Dennis Smith Jr. - $3.5m

That is $87m estimated total and the other players are not there yet. I think this will their full blast for the season and let us just hope they will all be healthy to reach again the playoffs.
Let us see. Maybe Dirk could become a monster again before he retires.  Grin

Seth Curry will now not be part of the Dallas Mavericks in the upcoming season. He is now signed with the Portland Trail Blazers.

With that, there's another room for Mavericks to fill their slots. They still have enough cap space to acquired at least closed to All-Star caliber player.

What?
I dont know what Portland is thinking but they have 2 good guards there already.
They need a big man there.
Are they trying to create their team to be Houston like?
Whatever happens a big is still a need. It might be a successful play with both Houston and Celtics playing small with speed but that is because of a good play. I dont see Portland having that kind of plays.

Mike D'Antoni already did that with Phoenix making Steve Nash MVP and now Harden. He is good with it, I dont know about other coaches though.
7179  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin a Bubble? on: July 05, 2018, 08:56:00 PM
Bitcoin may did behave like a bubble due to investors joining the hype. It is hard to control though as too many would want to get rich immediately with bitcoin. This is a natural reaction where one would want to follow another person's success. Some are lucky others are not. So for me it is for this reason that bitcoin behaves like bubble and yet I don't consider it this way. One that can be considered bubble is when a coin doesn't have any utility at all.

This could be the accurate answer that I have seen.
Hype, too much FUD created by whales and also spreading news that it is a bubble. Those kind of events made it look like it will explode and a sudden panic happened making low and average holders of bitcoin sell it without even thinking what could happen.
Well I guess they saved themselves from is about to happen which is right now. A dump, but do they know when to come back? A sudden pump could also happen and the 19k dollars is one example of it.

Thanks for the links. Didn't know this guys have some crypto currencies as I am not into Hollywood or anything about celebrities.
Looks like there are some bad things that happened with Kate since the other guy is FUDding. He should have some proofs of what he is claiming about bubbles.
Just mere words wont prove it.
Luckily, bitcoin didn't end up on this kind of high value because of those celebrities. It was just Satoshi and the believers of bitcoin.
