721  Economy / Speculation / Re: How low will Bitcoin go? on: June 26, 2021, 06:04:57 AM
IMHO, I'm strongly believe in saying, that anything can happen in the crypto space, so honestly speaking the Bitcoin price could go up or go down in no time and no one knows when it will happen because its a game of speculation anyone can predict or say its opinion but one thing I'm very sure that no one knows the future price of BTC in advance. Here is my personal prediction it will return to $20K but not going lower than that level within this year.
722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polkadot [DOT] is a bad investment because it has unlimited inflation! on: June 25, 2021, 02:53:00 PM
Yes I agree with your observation, And I believe it is a very vital factor for choosing a coin/token especially if you have a broader plan to hold it for a long term period, But sometimes the difference can be noticed easily Like Dogecoin it's just created as a meme coin so literally, it has no critical usage plus the unlimited supply that clearly pointing that it will not be a store of value no matter what happens, while PolkaDot is different it has a critical use for smart-contracts that might be a source for future demands on Dot tokens and also it serves as an Ethereum alternative so for me Dot is not a bad choice of investment compared to all meme coins that flooded in the market today.
723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jack Dorsey vs Elon Musk(meme Master) on: June 25, 2021, 02:20:49 PM
This is crazy but will bring a good exposure regarding some important factors about bitcoin problems and adoption including environmental issues etc. Jack Dorsey is undeniably a Bitcoin supporter and Mr Elon Musk is also a supporter but the difference is Mr. Musk is playing an experiment involving Dogecoin and Bitcoin so if that works as intended then it will bring the hype back on Bitcoin and the market hopefully.
724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Any profitable project in bounties altcoins? on: June 23, 2021, 03:42:44 PM
I want to earn extra income through bounty hunting and hopefully you can share good projects worthy joining for in signature campaign.

I agree with the most of reply's in this OP, IMO, I believe that bounties are partly driven by luck and there is no guarantee in the end, But I also believe that good reputation bounty managers have also a contributing factor to that so-called luck. In this forum, there's a lot of good reputation bounty managers but sometimes even the good reputation bounty managers were also victimized by the unfaithful project team or owner so the risk is always high. Anyway just scroll the bounty section and hopefully, you can find any good bounty that can accept your rank. good luck.
725  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC fall below $30,000? The high-yield risk opportunities are in MEME? on: June 23, 2021, 03:07:33 PM
I am now neutral on whether the bull market is still in place.

If the market changes to a big bull market, does it mean that meme coin has better returns?

After all, there is only 1-3 times the room for BTC to increase. Memes coins such as Dogecoin, SHiba, Dogira, TadPoleTADP and other animail coins have even higher declines, and rebound gains will be dozens of times. maybe? What do you think?

I think meme coins are relatively riskier compared to other coins/tokens in the market because I believe they have no real demands and mostly run by speculations that's why all of their gains are only temporary meaning in the nearest possible time it may become zero value so think first before you are going to invest in those meme coins especially in this very challenging times in the crypto industry, why just invest in more stable cryptocurrencies which is has a real value. It's just advice base on my personal experience lately from a BSC meme coin that has Trillions of supply that ends up losing my BNB.
726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether bug in CMC. on: June 23, 2021, 02:56:26 PM
Thats a funny bug, with that Tether price I am already a billionaire base on my Tether holdings on Binance that's crazy, Anyway, that kind of glitch will be very common and I think that was easy to fix, CMC has a lot of bugs recently they should fix it asap before its getting more serious and become a complicated problem just saying.
727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alternative to USDT on: June 22, 2021, 02:52:54 PM
Recently we see more news about Tether going shady and stuff and deep inside I know Tether will fall or get their asses in trouble with the government at some point.

This made me wonder which alternative stablecoin would be the best choice instead of USDT.  I was thinking about USDC but it has adoption problem. AFAIK USDC can be bought only in Coinbase and Turkish exchange called BTCTurk.

I think BUSD and USDC are good alternatives But it has an adoption problem because it is not yet widely available on most crypto exchanges, But I hope it will be solved soon and it will be available on most crypto exchanges like what the USDT does. so let's wait and see how they will solve that problem.
728  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do Not Sell! Don't Let The Whales Get Your Precious BTC! on: June 22, 2021, 02:43:55 PM
I think that was a good suggestion Mate, but the question is how long people can hold if they will not possess the so-called diamond hands? sarcasm, Anyway I believe that only noobs will think to unload their holdings because of the recent FUD's. But because we cannot control their mind/decision so let it happen anyway whales are waiting too. I strongly believe that in the recent Bitcoin price spike many noobs are entering into the market and because of the FUD that currently happening this people are also feeling nervous now.
729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some words of encouragement during this market crash on: June 21, 2021, 02:56:10 PM
The markets is looking horrible and I know some of you want to hear some fact based words of encouragement. Its hard to comprehend this at the moment. But we have not reached the top of this cycle yet. This looks a lot like 2013 when the market crashed half way through the cycle before continuing upwards. Just check the charts and compare it your self. Bitcoin bull markets end in fireworks not crabbing formations. If you are in then just hodl and do something productive until August. If you aren't in yet, then start DCA'ing. Peace.

I think we are just paranoid, I believe that the market was still in a good shape, currently, the total market cap settled at $1.345 Trillion dollars see it guys the cap stay in a trillion and also have the $345 Billion buffer zone, and if we compare it during the 2018 market Cap it was 2 times more the size of the Cap in 2018 great crypto winter. that's why keep the faith and relax the best of things is yet to come.
730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China FUD on: June 21, 2021, 02:45:54 PM
China seems to be close to the full suite of Bitcoin restrictions:
1) No crypto exchanges allowed in China, restricting fiat to crypto flows
2) No mining companies allowed in China
3) No Bitcoin related spending allowed using bank accounts in China

If all three bans are enacted and enforced, do you think this still considered FUD or reason for concern?

China FUD is real that's why it can provably affect the whole market as well, but I believe it's only temporary the Communist Party of China is experimenting with blockchain and because Bitcoin is a product of Blockchain that's why they considered it as a threat to there Digital yuan ambition. The crypto mining companies can hit China in return by not acquiring china made mining hardware and try to source it elsewhere.
731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Monero so heavily undervalued? on: June 20, 2021, 04:29:32 PM
Monero is undervalued, in what sense? If you talking about the price I think it's pretty good compared to other privacy-centric cryptocurrencies, Because we all know that most of the governments are against the proliferation of privacy-centric cryptocurrencies so the risk is there that anytime those privacy coins might be banned or delist in most exchange that scenario is not far from happening so I think that was a reason why Monero's price is stagnant.
732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL...until when? on: June 20, 2021, 04:15:27 PM
Those who advocate hodling, when do you cash out?

I mean, dying hodling is not the plan, is it? Eventually, you'd need to enjoy the fruits of your patience, right? When is that, when someone says "hodl"? Is it a savings plan? A retirement fund? What does it mean to hodl?

IMO, I think it depends on any personal timeline, but for me, I don't hold longer than what I've set upon in the very beginning, my reasons are mainly about the fund's availability because I'm not rich, and my funds are very scarce and limited that's why I can't afford my capital (funds) remain idle for a very long period. the longest period that I was holding is about a year or more during the 2018 crypto winter but it does not end well.
733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much power does Elon still have over the crypto markets? on: June 19, 2021, 04:26:50 PM
Just because he says some negative or positive stuff, why do people react so much?

Whatever the reasons, are people done listening to him now or what?

I remember when he first tweeted anything about crypto it was doge. He just had a simple rocket with doge on the shuttle and posted that.

SOmehow.... this made doge go from less than a cent all the way up to 7 cents! Wtf kind of power is that?

Then he did some more doge tweets making it go as high as 70 cents.

But then with just one simple tweet, he dumped the bitcoin price. HOW!?

But yeah, has he numbed peoples nerves enough yet or what? It seems like it considering his last positive tweets haven't done much to bump the price up. What gives? Is his power done with or is it just easier to crash a market instead of pump it?

The previous events that you quoted are clear pronouncements on how the crypto market behaves, and for me it's dangerous, Elon's tweet is just simple there's nothing special about it. But the message of that tweet depends on the one who reads it. (interpretation) suddenly many speculators and risk-takers are buying that 1 cent tweet and driving the price of the corny "joke" to what is now. but sorry for those people who bought it on the peak.
734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, Dogecoin Gain After Musk's Tweets, But Will There Be Another Bull Run? on: June 18, 2021, 04:17:23 PM
What are your thoughts about these 2 coins' future and is it possible that Musk will decide to the hype on something else also? Green coins are getting more popular. Why doesn't he mention any of them? Which one do you think needs such a kick?

I don't think Bitcoin and Dogecoin are comparable, Anyway, my opinion about these two coins are; for me, Bitcoin is a real deal because it has a store of value,(SOV) while Dogecoin is only a meme coin or a (joke coin) But suddenly Elon Musk shill this meme coin, and then hype comes in, driving the price to what is now, but the question is how long Dogecoin can sustain this pump because Dogecoin can't be a store of value because of many reasons. and also some red flags, like most of its supply was monopolized only by few wallet addresses and for me, that's not good. Anyway, let's just stick to that issue for now.

On the other side, the so-called green coins are being popular nowadays because they have an impact on climate change issues, and being environmentally friendly coin functions is a huge advantage.
735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: A crypto chat - A place to chat about crypto! on: June 18, 2021, 04:04:09 PM
I have been heavily developing this, hope everyone likes it and would like any criticism or improvements that could be made! The altcoin is TALK, A crypto chat currently has chats for eth and bsc chains but I plan to expand it as much as possible!
Check it out https://acrypto.chat

I think your motivation is strong and I believe it is good for you. but in order to compete with the existing crypto discussion chats and social media like Twitter, discord, and forums you must be unique from them. I never discourage you for any reason, instead, I encourage you to make it better if possible you can add more features and strengthened its privacy and security function so that crypto enthusiasts will be interested to use it.
736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron network possible on Metamask? on: June 17, 2021, 12:35:13 PM
Can someone tell me how to run Tron network on metamask wallet or this isn't possible? Since RSK mainnet and BSC are possible on metamask why not Tron so before doing anything stupid that's why I think I should ask you guys

Tron Network is different and has no resemblance to Ethereum that's why it is not supported on Metamask yet, while the RSK, Polygon, BSC, and others are an identical copy of Ethereum because their codes are base on Ethereum thats why their address started in 0x, By the way, dont make things more complicated just choose another wallet that supports Tron network any other than Metamask. the good one is the Trust wallet, Imtoken, Tokenpocket and many more.
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I have $500,000$ in this token can I sell them immediately and get ETH? on: June 17, 2021, 12:13:25 PM
If I have for example $500k in coin with low market cap coin opendao (1.9m)

Can I sell it imamdietely?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/open-governance-token/holders/

and get money in eth same day?

If the coin/token that you hold is already liquid meaning it is already traded and has a good trading volume then you can sell it immediately because you have the token in your position so there's no problem with that, anyway one of the most common problems of any project coin/token after the listing is the liquidity and if the coin/token has no liquidity then you cannot sell it immediately.
738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you "swap" your crypto for a Tesla? on: June 16, 2021, 09:14:28 AM
Why not, if it's needed? Tesla cars are run by electricity so it creates differences with ordinary cars run on fossil fuels and also it has a huge impact on the environment because it has no pollutants, lets us think in advance, and it's not all about crypto it's about the necessity if I need a car for transportation definitely I will buy a Tesla car if they were accepting crypto then I will pay in crypto that simple because crypto serves its purpose.
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are meme tokens dangerous or moon on: June 16, 2021, 08:50:39 AM
This is a thread where we will discuss meme tokens that are unrugable and which can moon. We will detail steps to avoid being scammed. We will discuss signs that a token is going to moon. We will give updates on our offical meme token Jomon Shiba aka $JSHIBA.

IMHO, If we believe that the regular cryptocurrencies are already risky then I believe its far riskier on meme coins/tokens because it's just a meme or a (joke) and no solid use cases to support its demand for the long term, that's why preferably most of the early demands are from those people who speculate and only after for short term gains.
740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Impact of Basel 3 on Bitcoin on: June 15, 2021, 12:11:45 PM
IMHO, I think it has no big impact on the Bitcoin side when it comes to that Basel 3 update. Because Gold is already an old asset that's why it has its own function's as a stable asset for a long time. so there's nothing new about it. While Bitcoin is different than Gold, it has no physical form that's why it was easy to carry anytime, anywhere via a hardware wallet or even a smartphone. while physical Gold is not, (otherwise it was a digital Gold? but on the other side, because Gold is more stable than Bitcoin that's why it is suitable for reserve purposes. while Bitcoin is not, due to its price volatility. But overall Bitcoin is a very attractive asset for the risk-takers and we cannot deny that because many investors love it.
