721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: FAQ: All About Unconfirmed 0 Confirmation Transaction Fee (READ before posting!) on: February 14, 2014, 06:43:28 PM

How do I resend a transaction with extra fee?

Third party client users

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thing waiting 48-72 hours is sometimes not necessary.
If you send transaction with very low or no fees it will not propagate in the network very well. It might even get stuck after being announced to a few nodes. If you send coins again with the fee and use only the nodes that has not received your first low-fee transaction then you do not have to wait more than several minutes. Using only uninformed nodes should not be difficult as this will be majority of network (your low-fee transaction is stuck only on several nodes.)

I think you are right but i really want to know how to use nodes that has not received your first low-fee transaction because i sent 0.01btc from blockcain.info with 0 fee and it wasn't refunding those coins after 24hours so i decided to double-spend on my bitcoin qt 0.8.6 while it was synchronizing(about 20hours behind or so) and no active conections to the network i sent those coins and then i checked the tranasctions id on blockchain.info/tx and other blockchain explorers it sayed that tranasction dose not exist what could be wrong and why and why does this happens?

Hello all, i have question about bitcoin protocol today i did a transaction of 0.011+btc using brainwallet.com (raw transaction) and then i tried to do another transaction using same inputs but i failed it sayed An outpoint is already spent [(112121274, 1)] but i remember that i was able to do second transaction simply in the past (qt 0.8.5 time) so did bitcoin protocol changed or what tell me how to the second transaction using same inputs as before in the previous transaction.
Same inputs? If you used all of the inputs before in the first transaction, isn't that a double spend? Tongue

It IS a double spend. The BitCoin protocol hasn't changed, it's you being dumb and double spending without realizing it.
It wasn't me, it was yakuza699.  Cheesy

Yeah I know, I was directing that comment at the author, not you. Sorry for misunderstanding.

Wait wait wait isn't double-spending on bitcoin imposibble i used that method to troll my friends because you can only double-spend if you own 51% of the network isn't it?

Closed found by my self.
727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Fast confirm? on: January 31, 2014, 06:09:44 PM
You need to pay 0.1 mBTC per 1000 Byte of your transaction.

1 input is about 180 byte.

So if you have 1000 Inputs you'll need to pay at least 18 mBTC or 0.018 BTC to send it.

There is no going around that.

And how much time it would take to confirm?
728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Fast confirm? on: January 31, 2014, 01:35:38 PM

738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: DogeCoins sell/buy site (PayPal) on: January 16, 2014, 01:07:02 PM
I would suggest a alternative due to chargebacks.

it could be solved by sellers registration.
if seller do this once, his "reputation" goes down and no one will sell him anything in future...

I know this comment is not about this site but i am still wondering how did virwox survived that long as they do accept paypal too how do they fight against chargebacks?
739  Economy / Services / Re: 0.08btc for person who will create a video on how to send with 0 fee on: January 14, 2014, 03:06:07 PM
