725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting On IPL on: April 19, 2015, 05:03:47 PM
i already have my money on MI when they go for bat first, so i am in safe mode it doesn't matter who won that match in current situation if RCB won than i will get almost double profit than MI.

Nice.. I never heard of this before.

How come you managed to do that? I never found any bet till now on which I would do two bets and I would still profit if either one of them results in a loss..
I suppose you did a live in-play bet and a bet before the match started Smiley
726  Economy / Gambling / Re: Any experience to have a high chance to win the soccer betting ? on: April 19, 2015, 05:00:55 PM
That does not really make the site bad, they are provably fair, so you can always verify your bets.
And they are vouching for Sports here, not dice.

I don't think I ever said that the site is bad! I just said I am unlucky especially when I play there! I understand that their system is fair. And I can vouch for them too for both their dice and sports bet Smiley
727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting On IPL on: April 19, 2015, 04:53:27 PM
I suggested my friend to Bet at Chennai and he bet 0.1 BTC! The odds were 1.95 when his bet was confirmed! I was shocked to see that 360 odd at the end of the match! Suggested another friend to put a small bet, he put a bet of 50k doge  Undecided

CSK played very bad or was my prediction very bad?

is your friend all money on CSK @360 odds? that was impossible to happen to win that team, it was like a miracle if CSK won with that odds.

No! Not all money! He had 4 million doge out of which he lost 2 million last night! 2 millions were left with him until he had sent that bet!
Now he is currently on 350k after losing a huge amount on dice! I feel sorry for him!
And ofc, If CSK had won It'd be miracle.. No site gives you that high odds if win required No "miracle" Smiley

yes true Gyle and De Villiers can change the match if they perform than that is not big total if see strike rates of both but in fact 210 is awesome total to defend for any team. i am also waiting for twist in that match.

I suggest you not to expect any twist! Expecting much only brings disappointment. That's why whenever I put money in bets, I consider it lost before the occurrence of the even I am betting at Smiley

Hey Directdice,

730  Economy / Speculation / Re: Let's create scarcity via crowdpumping on: April 19, 2015, 04:30:37 PM
Don't expect people will follow you!
80%+ of the people don't invest in bitcoin and enjoy freebies (like sig campaign, games and rounds)
And the rest 20% wouldn't do what you say Tongue

Anyways, not a bad idea! If you find some 20k people to buy 1 BTC for crowdpumping , go sell your house quick and invest, Bitcoin is going to the moooon Grin
731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would you pay for the keys to the genesis block/address on: April 19, 2015, 04:22:52 PM
Simple! The account holds 65.44243457 BTC! I would send 65.44233457 (0.0001 tx fees)!

732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Total number of bitcoins will DECREASE on: April 19, 2015, 03:05:03 PM
One thing that most people don't seem to understand is that after 21 million Bitcoins have been produced, the TOTAL number of Bitcoins in circulation will decrease in a LINEAR fashion each year.  Why? Because a consistent number of people (maybe 0.05%) will always - ALWAYS - lose their private keys.  This is inevitable.

So with the number of Bitcoins DECLINING (after 21 million) and the demand RISING, classical economics tells us that the price will SURGE.

And most of the people don't share their private key with anyone and if they die its gone forever..
I guess that's even bigger problem than you stated but I heard multisignature can be used. I don't know how it actually works though.
733  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2 more activity and I will become a Sr. Member. on: April 19, 2015, 02:51:32 PM
There's not much of a difference in terms of priority between FULL & Sr. ; still you will get banned for posts like this. So no need to get your hopes up, post carefully.

Instead , say congos to him . I dont know why admin bans anyone . Any guy should pnly be banned for spam links and characters

Its Ok to say congos to him! But he's done a wrong thing posting this! He is involved in a signature campaign and posting posts like this are considered "unconstructive"! It creates clutter! And this is what I call "signature spamming"! And another thing, Meta isn't a personal diary! I can't post about what I ate, what I drank, when I slept, I am this, I am that etc. He well knows he is going to be a senior member and there's no need to spam the forum! The forum already has enough spams to make it unreadable and I hope OP wouldn't repeat such mistakes in the future! Smiley
734  Local / India / Re: Best BITCOIN Wallet In India on: April 19, 2015, 02:18:47 PM
Hi,

Can anyone recommend me best bitcoin wallet in India. I am starting BTC mining with cloudminr.io what you guys say about that too.
I am fairly new to BTC. I would really appreciate anyone helping me.

I am not from india but I don't think there are some specific wallets best for specific countries!
What matters is how many bitcoins you want to hold! If its less than a BTC or two then  use Blockchain Wallet. If you wanna store large amount of BTC then use bitcoin core wallet!

And another thing is:

You are not mining with cloudminr.io! That's a Ponzi site! Incase you don't know what a Ponzi is,
Quote
A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation where the operator, an individual or organization, pays returns to its investors from new capital paid to the operators by new investors, rather than from profit earned by the operator.

Better withdraw your funds before its too late Smiley
You can try stakeminers.com instead Smiley
735  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: April 19, 2015, 12:25:56 PM
I don't know why you are ignoring me whenever I say there's something wrong with the bot  Undecided
736  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: April 19, 2015, 12:15:00 PM
From this moment on: Meta, auctions, politics & society do not count towards a user's post count. This will last until the start of the new campaign, when things will change. (1 or 2 weeks from now).

This big change was brought by the large increase in spam.

Beginners & help may soon be excluded too, if posters do not improve.

If you spam, or post unneeded replies, you will be kicked. End of discussion.

Please play your part in keeping this forum readable Smiley.

That's great Cheesy
But please fix the bot! I have to type uid five times before it shows any result! It always show "signature delted!" or "add contact info!" and after I do it 5 times, it shows the real info
737  Other / Off-topic / Re: IS UFO or ALIENS are real ? on: April 19, 2015, 10:35:52 AM
Let me tell you! The story is a little scary though!

It was a sunny night! It was raining! Was a very hot night! Then Suddenly I saw something flying in the ground! I turned down to the sky! There was a bus in the ground! Then the window opened! Then I saw some aliens came out from the door!

Believe me! This is a real story Tongue

Edit: You can continue if you like
738  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering Loans [No Collateral] on: April 19, 2015, 10:21:06 AM
There's a simple rule NO COLLATERAL NO LOAN

Also, he can't take coins from your sig. campaign payment and that's not a valid collateral too.

Dude just go and read this- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0
That's why it was pinned at the top  Smiley

There is a rule! But collateral isn't compulsary! He can take 0.065 BTC from my sig payment because he hosts the bot and bot does the payment automatically! And I well know what is a valid collateral and what isn't! Thank you for your time Smiley

740  Other / Meta / Re: Define spam. on: April 19, 2015, 08:52:46 AM
I think that something like that shouldn't be allowed either-> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1029097.msg11131472#msg11131472 This user Sithara007 wrote 5 (sic!) consecutive posts one after another in a row. Is is a prime example, but there are many more users who seems to not use EDIT function at all.
You don't need to worry about those spammers! Marco has already rejected to pay sithara007 due to excessive signature spam Smiley
