The results are uncertain. But we are possibly see split bitcoin. Maybe 2 or more split coins. But of course only one coin will on top and will be the king of cryptos. But there's a possibilty of community split. Look at ETC and ETH. This is the disadvantage of this forking. The diversified support from people. But it's hard to predict what's going to happen to bitcoin after that forking. But i still hold btc no matter what.

I think that's a mandatory decision should be make by exchangers. Japan exchangers recently release notices to their customers that bitcoin service like sending and receiving bitcoin is not operational until the forking  successfully takes place. Using bitcoin while forking is undergoing will be risky. That's why they decide to disable all bitcoin service. Bitcoin services i think will be fully operational after the fork.

Using bitcoin or sending/receiving bitcoin on that particular day and time is risky. No... Because of it's technology. The blockchain. It can't control by anything or by anyone. But governments can manipulate it to regulate bitcoin. But they can't do it directly to bitcoin but they can manipulate the users of it. They can just ban bitcoin to avoid the usage of it. I have read about people who put into jail because of using bitcoin which banned from that country. Other countries have been threatened about the growth of this technology. So they delivering warning or FUD to make users panic. But still, bitcoin is just too strong

Tezos. I just don't know if the ICO is still going on. Same as IOTA. But it's already on the market. Bancor also. It's popular but i don't know about this ICO. Xtrabytes seems a good ICO too. I prefer them than Coval. But it's up to you what ICO you want to invest. Market is sleeping. So ICOs is worth to invest  than the market for now. Goodluck anyway.

For me. 50/50 because we still dont know what will be the outcome of bitcoin hardfork. So 50% in case the price grow up. You still get profit in case bitcoin surges. And 50% in fiat. It's for the safety and make sure you won't feel guilt whatever happen. Anyway, it's still safe to store your tokens to bittrex and Kraken.
